Perfect location near Trastevere and walk distance from center of Rome. Spacious and clean room.

Super good location and very sweet hosts. Fine room with good Wi-Fi a refrigerator and a tv. A little noise from the street, but all in all good.

Terrific B&B, with a great location in the center of Rome. There's a tram nearby, and it's within walking distance to all the major attractions and nightlife districts such as the Centro Storico, Trastevere.
The staff is knowledgeable and courteous, the rooms are clean and well equipped.

We had a wonderful two nights stay here. The rooms are small but have everything you need. The owners are polite, helpful, eager to accommodate and have lots of information to explore the city. It is a safe location easily reached and within walking distance of all the sites. The warm crossant in the morning is an added plus. Even after checking out they told us to call if we needed anything while in Italy. We would definitely consider this again if coming back to Rome.

The location of this hotel is simply perfect. When you learn more about Roman public transportation you understand why you need to stay at a strategically so well located hotel. The idea of having a hotel where desk service ends in the early afternoon makes you feel like an inhabitant of the building. It strengthens the illusion of "ownership". The room was beautiful and it is huge! We have been there in the winter season and heating was functioning well. The pressure and the temperature of the water was also exactly as it should be. Albeit located on a busy corner of a street, the sound isolation was very good. Service was very friendly and for the Christmas Eve we got a little present too! A small bottle of a very good quality Prosecco. At the end of our vacation we felt already attached and we will definitely go back once we are in Rome again. Book this place, you will not be disappointed! Literally everything is at walkable distance. Trust me, when there's so much food to try and such great wines to drink, you want to burn some calories. Walking anywhere in the vicinity of the hotel is a pleasant experience of discovering those small details that make your stay in Rome very special.

Better than expected!
Stayed there for 5 nights in July'21. The hotel is a Guest House with only a small number of rooms in a side street in a nice and secure area in central rome. A coop supermarket is almost behind it.
The self-checkin after the Reception hours (only till 12.30, we arrived at 5pm) was very easy. They were also reachable via whatsapp and contacted us a few days before our stay.
The room was clean, equipped with a large tv and a very large shower. The small breakfast was good as well as the daily room cleaning.
