The place has an elevator!! It’s super clean. The bed is very comfortable and shower is bougie! Super easy self checkin with QR codes!!! The host is super nice, communicate with you at anytime of the day and left us welcome kit basket! The room is very cute, it has AC and nice big windows. The location is very central with plenty to do nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

I stayed four nights in this hotel. It’s very close to the Rome shopping district and is only about a ten minute walk from the Spanish steps and fountain de Trevi. What I did like about the hotel was that it was very clean, but it is definitely more of an air b n b feel with the front desk working from 8am to 4pm. There is no breakfast option and coffee is offered in the mornings but only depending on who is working the morning shift. My main concern was that I messaged the hotel in advance asking if the hotel was handicap accessible and they confirmed that it was and that they had an elevator. The elevator had about 3 steps leading to it though to enter the hotel so it was NOT handicap accessible and I spent every day climbing the steps to get into the hotel. I think confirming that the hotel was accessible was extremely misleading.

I stayed at Parisii Luxury Relais for one night with my girlfriend and I highly recommend it. It's very conveniently located at walking distance from Roma Termini station and from main locations. The room and bathroom were large, comfortable and clean. The lady at the reception provided helpful tips on restaurants and bars. Would definitely come back there !

Can’t say enough about this hotel and their staff! So much attention to detail and we felt it was very good fair price for us. My mom and I had the best time in Rome, huge part thanks to the convenient (just close enough to the must-sees without being in the extremely crowded area) hotel’s location, metro, ease of QR code for keys, big bathroom and comfy beds and linens after a long day. They were also so quick to respond to anything on WhatsApp! The front desk girls were spectacular 🙌

We had a lovely stay here! very nice clean rooms. free coffee and cake in the lobby every morning. excellent location - quiet street but close to everything, no need to use public transport. Nice staff🤍. We will definitely be happy to come back. Thank you☺️

The warm welcome with refreshing juice and Espresso, along with delightful in-room treats, made our honeymoon trip special. The 'Deluxe Room' was incredibly cozy, with a spacious shower.

This is the perfect hotel if you enjoy an AirBnb type experience. Access to the hotel is super easy with a QR code and once given the key you are essentially left alone by the staff. We hardly saw anybody the whole time. The room was a decent size as was the bathroom. The quality of the hotel is very good and the location in my view is perfect for access to The Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and all the resturants in the area. We didn't have any breakfast but it is available.

When the manager saw my birth date on my passport he congradulated me on my birthday and up graded our room to a most spectacular one. The breakfast was enormous and really good. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Loved this place. Staff was excellent, especially the young woman who chatted with us on our first day. The rooms, while small, are very nicely acquitted. The owners took the effort to use quality finishes, fixtures, and lighting—it didn’t go unnoticed. AC worked well. Beautiful big windows. Overall, a great stay!

Where to start, everything was excellent!
A small boutiques hotel (only 5 rooms), just a short walk from trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps, but in a quiet street.
Incredible service, welcomed us with espresso, some explanations about Rome and recommended restaurants, and even did their best to allow early check in after our night flight.
The staff is always available via whatsapp for any questions.
QR accesses system worked great.
The room was modern, spacious, nicely decorated and spotless clean. The shower was amazing, with great water pressure, towel warmer and heated floor.
Great experience, excellent value for money.
