Hotel Paris

Room was big and clean with a huge comfortable bed. There was a bath in the room which was useless (no water supply to it) TV didn't work. WiFi very intermittent. Lovely clean bathroom with a big shower which was excellent. Breakfast was ok, quite a limited choice and the same everyday but it was something to eat. Reception staff ok. The hotel was quiet and served it's purpose if you just want somewhere to have a good night's sleep, which is the most important thing for me especially when you're visiting somewhere like Rome and you need to be well rested. All in all it was an ok stay.

The online picture on booking com was not the same standard as the room we got. I appares like 1 floor are redecorated, but not 2nd floor where we lived. The breakfast was a simple, Italian breakfast, but with a very good coffee (ask for cappuccino or café from the staff, do NOT get your coffee from the machine). The staff in the breakfast area was great and very friendly.
The location is sentral, with a walking distance to everything. Metro and Termini station are close by, as well as the most popular tourist attractions.
We can recommend this hotel if you want to stay on budget, but still be in the centre of Rome.

+ The room was clean, the beds were cleaned, everything was fine
- There was a closed door between my room and the next one. My neighbors were constantly having sex and everything was perfectly audible through the door. The street was also a little noisy, but this is due to the location of the hotel almost in the center of Rome.

- The room itself was small but pretty nice. But the bathroom haven’t been cleaned up for a looooong time (at least 20 years ?). Also the drain of the toilet was clogged and the water had a minimum pressure so we had the whole stay a toilet which didn’t work. Really smelly and annoying.
