Hotel Dina

Bed Bugs. That’s all I have to say. We arrived and the price was different to what booking.com said but we stupidly did not query. We got to our room and it seemed nice enough, but what we found inside our bed was disgusting. Bed bugs. Staff attempted to tell us these were “small ants” and “silly bugs” which we told them they were not. They offered to change the sheets which they did, but after they left these sheets also had bed bugs. The only positive about this place was that they gave us a refund. Wish we had have read these reviews before booking. Get it together and fumigate your hotel !!!

Do not stay at this Hotel. I booked online with booking . Com for $307.80 euros for 2 nights but they charged $445.50 Euro cash.
The room had bed bugs but they said it was an ant so replaced the sheets and yet again more bed bugs.
After complaining they eventually agreed to pay the refund. However within 30 mins of leaving, they tried to charge my card for the $307.80 however my bank declined it. How incredibly disappointing they still tried to deduct funds after all that.

Very bad condition, because of the old bathroom, dirty towels (very thin and not normal towels), no refrigerator, old and dirty walls, ceiling. Everything is unappealing and disgusting. The elevator is old and cranky. You can feel the spirals through the mattress, so the beds are very uncomfortable. They said the water was drinkable, but i wouldn’t recommend doing that. It seems dirty and tastes bad. Also, the breakfast wasn’t good at all. It feels unsafe to eat the eggs and sausages, croissants were dry as sand… the ,,orange” juice tasted like soap infused drink. Not drinkable at all. Cheese for the sandwiches was like plastic. Couldn’t eat anything. The location is also not the best. Creepy people are around. Another downturn - they collect the key, when you leave, so it’s not safe. They don’t even check if the key is yours, anyone could come and get into someone’s room. It’s a surprise that a wifi works well, because it seems like a hotel was built in 20th century. Doesn’t seem like a appropriate accommodation to me… the only advice i can give is to upgrade everything.

The hotel had very bad hygiene. It was not well maintained. There were also insects present.

The bathroom doors are broken and the kit and paint is hanging loose. The wallpaper was coming loose and even in the first room we got there was mold in the bathroom.
In the end we did not feel like it was a good idea to even sleep here and decided it was better lose our money and stay somewhere else then in hotel Dina.

The rooms were poorly cleaned and not in a good condition! Toilet was dirty, fridge was dirty and poor service in general, if you are trying to not spend too much and are counting the money in your hand like there’s a world crisis coming tomorrow you should go to hotel Dina, if not do yourself a favor and go to a better hotel. This below is the photo of the ant gathering that took place in my toilet!

For me and my family it was disgusting the bathroom smells like blood the room Design was so not it the bed sheets were dirty the room I was in there was no air conditioning there was only one light and it was yellow it was so hot and the breakfast was really dry and not good at all I don’t recommend

Dirty room and bathroom. Found hair in bed, pillows were dirty with hair coming out off the pillow case. Bathroom was disgusting, dirty floors, grubby hair dryer. I had to buy bleach because the smell was horrendous. Great location though.

Small and a little dirty bathroom. Air conditioning switched off middle of the night so I wake up wet and sweat. Breakfast is disaster. Few crossaints some bread and juice taste like pineapple mixed with toilet cleaner. Breakfast rooms very small. Payment must be done on check in so no one escape earlier after see the conditions. No Wi-fi.
