Excellent location, just 3 minutes walking distance from Termini (Central train station). Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Simple, all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet.

Room is clean and equipped with air-conditioning, perfect for summer; shower water is hot enough.

The lift is a true heritage, very old fashioned but safe enough.

We stayed for a few nights in December. The location is great, very convenient. And the price for this area is more than pleasant. That's probably all the pros. But we understood that for such a price with such a convenient location you don't have to expect much :-) the room is small, but that's not very important. The main minus is that the room is cold and damp in winter, the heating was turned on at night for about three hours, judging by the radiators. Old/torn wallpaper doesn't count either, we didn't look at it :-) the water was often cool in the shower. Breakfasts - well, we didn't expect anything special either, coffee/roll/sausage +- jam/chocolate spread. But there are a lot of cafes and shops nearby, a train station with a food court. This plus outweighed all the minuses and for such a price it's quite possible to stay for traveling around Italy by train, for example )) If the heating was okay, then overall I would recommend it boldly for a budget trip.

The hotel is 5-7 minutes walk from the railway station. There are many cafes and restaurants around. The room is small and the shower is small, the windows overlook a busy street with restaurants, but it was not noisy at night. The air conditioner worked properly. The breakfast is European (rolls, butter, cheese, sausages, coffee, tea)

Close to the train station and the city center. The air conditioning in the room didn't work. Breakfast was rather poor. Staff at the reception very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t have nearly so intense of a bad experience that many here did. The beds were definitely hard, and there was a hair from a previous guest under the pillows but honestly for how convenient it was to the train station I didn’t think it was that bad.

The day concierge was super helpful and kind, perhaps because I was traveling solo. If I had to do a one night stay near Termini again, I would come back.

The elevator was cool! Very old fashioned.
