We arrived directly at Hotel Brandoli without making an online reservation. Upon entering, the receptionist didn’t leave a good impression—he seemed quite indifferent, as if he didn’t really care whether we stayed or not. Before booking, we asked if we could see the room, and his response was: “Just check on Booking, why should I go all the way upstairs just for you to see it?”
Hmm... quite an arrogant attitude.
Anyway, we were tired and decided to stay regardless of what was waiting for us. The room was fine—clean and everything in order. The hotel has parking, which is a big plus. However, the breakfast was very poor.

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel, from the service to the rooms and the balcony …also the housekeeping was beyond amazing!!! No complaints even the breakfast and dinner was superb! Lots of vegetarian options…Had a wonderful stay. Also, I found it convenient to take a taxi as it not too expensive and very quick to get to the city centre and/or train station

Nice hotel with garage in peacefull area. Close to highway and easy to come to Verona center by bus.

We chose the hotel based on price and location. It offers a reasonable price inclusive of breakfast. The room was spaceous with a large balcony. Bed reasonable. Breakfast buffet had sufficient choice. Reception very friendly. Ample parking and very easy to reach just off the eastern highway passing Verona. Reaching the 'fiera' from here is 20 minutes via the southern ringroad. Reaching parking for the historic center an easy 12 minute drive.
The only negative point was the shower. Shower tap had calcium and we could not get sufficient warm water to shower comfortably.

We ordered a room for 4 ( 2 adults and two little children). Asking for a baby crib for our little one at the reservation page website - at the time of check in we were asked to pay an extra 15 euros for it (it was actually the first hotel we visited in europe that requiers an extra cost for it).
The receptionist started to argue with me with a mocking face that we should have known about it and it is obvious to all even though it was not written anywhere.
When we refused and asked to cancel the baby cot, he then decided to give priority to the next guest after me, having me wait for at least 10 minutes after accepting and dealing with my request.
The room was outmoded, low lightened had squicking doors, with a narrow and a bit challenging to use shower.
Breakfast was ok though full of carbs.
Location is far from center.

Very very very very very clean hotel! It's the second time we have visited this hotel. Stuff is very kind and friendly. Breakfast is simply good. Best value for money.

Tough to beat Hotel Brandoli for the money... The rooms were nice and clean; the location was close enough to the city center; and it included a very tasty breakfast. What's not to love?
