Hotel is a lovely well presented place located just outside Verona.
Found it very easy to get around using the bus. A quick 7 min bus journey from a bus stop located just over the other side of the road.
The hotel staff were helpful and attentive.
Asked for extra pillows and the lovely lady from reception brought them up to our room.
The bed was nice and comfortable, rooms were quiet, clean and had plenty of plug sockets.
WIFI needs a little improvement in the rooms, in some places it was a bit patchy but it was useable.
Breakfast is included and was perfectly fine.
Had a good selection that should be fine for everyone.
The roof area was also lovely especially the fact they have real grass on the roof instead of artificial grass. Was a lovely surprise.
Room we stayed in had a slight issue with the lights in the cupboard where they’d just keep flashing, wasn’t much of an issue because we just left them switched off, Hair dryer was also broken but the hotel staff we’re notified and said they’ll get it sorted asap.
Don’t really have any complaints. Would recommend this Hotel

Overall the hotel was ok for the price but it's not definitely a 4star or even a great 3star hotel.
Room:
The room was ok but wasn't eye catching.
Two separate mattresses was used for a double bed which can cause back hurt over night and the paint on the wall was quite old.
There is no free amenities, just little shampoo.
Internet:
The internet was good, and there wasn't any coverage issue.
Breakfast:
Breads are simple toast and not even a fresh ones. I expect more kind of cheese.
I needed to ask staff too please refill the milk or give me spoon or cup which is not good for a 4 or 3 star hotel.
Parking spot: parking is free however it has 6 parking spot.there is underground parking for 10€ too.
Location: if you have car,it's kind of near the old town and also near a big shopping center.

Hotel was just “ok” and nothing above that. Disappointing breakfast, limited variety and small portions that would finish quickly and does not get refilled unless you remind the staff. Like first there is no bowl for your corn flakes, you ask for one, then they run out of milk, and when you get the milk, there is no spoon for it!

Hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. No heating in the bathroom, no tufers for make up removal, no earsticks, no slippers.

I spontaneously booked 2 nights at Hotel Corte Ongaro together with my husband and a child on our road trip in Italy.
Fantastic hotel, great location, clean rooms.
I am very pleased with our choice of accommodation.
Breakfast was simple and good.
The receptionist Shady was absolutely wonderful and service oriented. When we needed something, she solved it without any problems.
If we go to Verona again, we will definitely visit Corte Ongaro!

Bad experience! In the night there was a totally disgusting smell coming from where ever so we had to close the windows. But the air conditioning didn't work so it got too hot for us to sleep. There was no one at the reception at night so we had to open the windows and tried to sleep always ready to puke. When we mentioned that the next day they said sorry but we didn't get anything back and it seemed that they didn't care at all. Luckily we just stayed one night in this nightmare.

It's amazing how such a nice place can be found in a mostly industrialized location. Very nice, clean and modern rooms, nice and helpful service, cool roof terrace. They should come into some (discount) agreement with an electric scooter hire business in Verona to make the overall experience excellent :-)

I stayed there over the weekend for one night. The room is clean and lean. The aircondition can be turned on and off by the desk personnel. The breakfast is quite good. There is a rooftop to get some sun, but I didn't try the whirlpool. The staff was extremely helpful!
