Hotel Firenze in Verona is excellently located within an easy walk of the Porta Nuova train station. The staff were friendly, the rooms were well appointed and a good size, the breakfast was tasty with both hot and cold options, and the coffee machine provided a variety of choices. The hotel was suitably located near the historic sites and shops as well. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel just a short walk from the train station. Amenities are great but the room abnormally large for Europe.. a real delight!

the room was smelly due to a restaurant neer by (frying smell at 5 am), and at work days there are constructions in the buldind neer by. drilling 8-18 each day. after consulting with the manager we were offered by a smaller room with no view, but not smelly. took it. all in all, helpfull and pleasant staff, breakfast good, loakation very good. i can't hold them responsible for the rstaurant neer by...

Great hotel that is in a great location. A short walk from the train station and a short walk into the historical section of beautiful Verona. We paid for the breakfast when booking and it was well worth it. Verona quickly became our favorite city out of the 10 we visited recenty. We will return.

Very comfortable hotel, kind staff, comfortable bed, breakfast is ok. I liked the location, just 7 minutes walk from Milan Cntral Train station. That is some station. I recommend going to the market, ground floor on left as you look at the station front, for lunch. It's street food, but very good street food. I had arancini, and semifreddo to die for.

Nice and cosy hotel in Verona where we stayed for two nights. It would have been a great hotel in the past but we could observe signs of neglect in terms of maintenance and house keeping. For example, two lights in the bathroom and one in the room were dis functional. Breakfast was good but the staff were unfreindly. The reception staff were responsive. WiFi was poor. With a bit of attention to details and better maintenance this hotel can regain its old glory.

Rooms outdates, but we got with balcon so it was really nice. Staff was helpful, breakfast delicious. Would recommend, just a little high price for the hotel with so old rooms and quite far from center

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Firenze for 2 nights in early March. It was close to all the attractions in Verona and very easily accessible.

The hosts were super friendly and helpful. They spoke excellent English and the breakfast serviced was also very good. Would recommend the location for anyone visiting Verona. Short walk from train station and then to city centre.

Its a nice, cosy city hotel in Verona.
Plus points:
• Room size
• Comfort of the beds and pillows
• Bathroom size and ammenities
• Bathroom heater is very good, keeps the room warm
• Many TV channels
• Close to a halal kebab restaurant
Minus points:
• Location is quite far from train station - about 10mins walk. But very tiring if you have lots of luggages.
• Also quite a walk to the main city centre (tourists attractions/shopping area)
• Poor sound proofing. Can even hear the noise from the walking pedestrians.
• Room heater is not very good. Room feels very cold.
