Very functional hotel with big rooms (for Tokyo) and friendly staff. Close enough to walk to Shinjuku Central but far enough to be quiet and chill. 24 hour laundry machines are a life saver if you're in town a while and don't want to over pack. Besides the 7-11 there's not much open in the immediate neighborhood before 11am. If you just want a place that gets the job done at a reasonable price this...

Fine rooms with a small kitchen. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's possible to eat breakfast close to the reception, which was okay. A walk to the National Garden or Shinjuku centre is recommended. The 7/11 close by was great since the room had a microwave.

Comfortable and very clean rooms. Nice kitchenette facilities. Staff are wonderful and speak fluent English. Great central location, just 10 or 15 minutes walk from Shinjuku station, with Lawson, Family Mart and 7-11 very close by to self-cater.

Great place to stay with one child. Close to great food and station. Staff are amazingly helpful. Definitely worth the stay.

This is a comfortable and convenient hotel in the Shinjuku area of Tokyo, a bustling and lively area, though it is a five minute walk from there, thus guaranteeing a quiet stay. The hotel does not have many amenities, yrt who needs them. The staff are very pleasant and all speak English. Notable are the electrically heated toilet seats. The junior suit was fully self catering.

This apart hotel was lovely. The room was really big, we had a lounge, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette. The rooms and the whole hotel was clean and tidy. The staff are all friendly , helpful and there English is really good. They are happy to help out where they can and have good knowledge of the local area. Hospitality is fantastic. Attention to detail when it comes to furnishing the apartment is fabulous. Keep up the good work. Provide twice a week room cleaning service. It would go a long way in making the stay more pleasant.

I just had a fantastic stay here for three weeks. The flat had everything I needed for my stay and was very high quality. The staff were excellent, spoke english and were very helpful. It is only 10 minutes walk to Shinjuku station and it is surrounded by restaurants, over 10 on the same road! The supermarket around the corner is cash only, but there are others nearby.

I stayed in these Apartments for 5 weeks whilst on business in Japan. Covid restrictions were in full force at the time. However, the team cleaned the room one a week and made sure fresh towels and bedding were in the hall to collect on a daily basis. The rooms have washing machines and a small kitchen so you have everything you need. Wi-Fi was good and local shops are within walking distance. Overall...

My room had no desk or chair! It was very hard to operate from there. It had a huge dresser and a large nightstand instead. Wasted space in my case. Otherwise all amenities were very good. The staff are also helpful and friendly.

This accommodation was clean and in a great location. The staff were really helpful and aware of our needs. Be care not to break dishes (broke the plate inside the microwave) and it was expensive to replace.

I love that you were so accommodating towards my medium-sized dog, who was turned away by all of the condos that we applied to in Tokyo. Thank you for providing us a home when we were stranded. For that, you have a life-long loyal customer in me.

Very spacious room size for Tokyo standards. Great view of Tokyo tower from the room and we enjoyed our stay. Came with all amenities for a comfortable stay.

thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the apartments. although staying in a studio apartment, the room is big and spacious, well equipped to handle any long term living. stove, oven, coffee machine... it was as comfortable as it can be. the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, adding to the plus points of staying here. Simple grab and go breakfast is served daily.

Good long term accommodation (1month or more). A really central location, friendly staff. The units are very quiet, even the outside noise is barley heard. Restaurants and grocery stores just a minute or two away. The units are fully equipped for doing your own meals, washer dryers keep your clothes clean. The TV's come with Netflix and Google Play.

This penthouse apartment was very modern and well appointed. The kitchen was a great size for cooking a family meal. The pod style sleeping arrangements were comfortable and functional. The bathroom was excellent. There was also a second toilet. The rooftop area had a great view of the surrounding area, including of the Tokyo Sky Tree.

it was clean and unique. I wish I could remember his name but the employee in the coffee shop made phenomenal drip coffee and gave great conversation.

My wife booked a birthday dinner in the inn on floor level and I have to say it was an extremely pleasant experience. The owners are really nice and attentive people, it was a treat.

Was comfy.. good view of the skytree.. spacious bed.. however, no elevator.. difficult for people with luggage

Great capsule hotel, prices are very cheap and location is very central to skytree. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. If you don't mind the idea of capsule hotels this is definitely a great option.

This is a very convenient hotel for tourists. A lot of facilities in there. Also you can take breakfasts for extra charge. Subway located in 5 minutes. Only 3 stars hotel don’t expect more. Some stores not far away and A LOT of places when you can eat. I recommend this hotel.

unbelievably amazing, I just finished a conversation with the staff and they were more helpful than the average helpful Japanese staff. Train station is close, they have free phones with unlimited calls and internet and they even have saizeriya nearby. this is the ultimate hotel

hotel was good, staffs are too much co-operative to guest. But rooms are little bit congested. Breakfast was awesome.......but no complementary water bottle at room.

The overall experience was very convenient an pleasing with only some inconveniences; we were not given the rooms we requested as they had no single beds to offer, but the staff tried their best and were very helpful. The room space is almost non-existent besides the bed, but that is to be expected in Japan; a small country with a lot of people! The rooms were clean and the staff spoke English as well...

It was a very clean place we had the fifth floor of this area and it was beautiful however there is nobody in front and it is booked through Airbnb the room was very spacious for a place in Tokyo we paid around 382 overall including cleaning fees for three people and there was a spacious bedroom as well with a nice big bathroom and even a mini kitchen in the 5th floor everything was provided downstairs...

Great experience, location of AirBnb was about 7 minutes away from train station. Not much to do near the hotel itself, but nearby Ginza area is packed with shopping and restaurants. Room was very easy to check in to, very clean, and much more spacious than the other AirBnb we were in Tokyo. Owner also had small things such as an iron and umbrellas to use that helped out the experience. Would recommend...

Using Airbnb Pros: It is clean because it is the latest building. Location Gut. Netflix Disadvantages: Upstairs noise. Space is less efficient

Wonderful Location and wonderful Room

The room is ok, but it is very noisy, you can hear everything in the street and from the neighbour. The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is close to JR line, supermarket and restaurant. You can easily reach Ueno, where it is a bit more animated in the evening.

This is perfect place for family and good friends. This family room including two bedrooms and one living room where is suitable to communicate with your family. The kitchen includes the basics tools for cooking and washing machine, those are very convenient for family life. This place is very close to metro and easy to transfer to other station. This room will be my first choose when I take my family...

We booked a family room here for a week. It comprised 2 single beds in one bedroom, a double bed in the second. There was a kitchen dining room with a table and four chairs. There was a 3ring gas hob, but no oven or grill. There was a small fridge with a freezer compartment. The bathroom had a seperate toliet room with one of those cool Japanese electric toilets, a separate Shower with a deep short...

Clean, quiet, and located quite close to two metro stations. There is a sukiya and 7 eleven close for late or early meals or last minute purchases. The accommodations themselves were quite satisfactory. Ensuite laundry, water closet, and Japanese shower and bath - you can fill the bath up to have a warm soak. Small, but practical kitchen with a gas stove, large sink, and a small fridge for the essentials...

Quiet neighborhood, near small supermarket, neighborhood stores and reasonable priced restaurant, near train stations Shin-Mikawashima and Mikawashima, very convenient. Apartments for 4 people with kitchen & utensils, bathroom with Japanese tub, towels, toilet with electric bidet seat, washing machine no dryer, ac/heat, elevator, slippers, free use of umbrellas, very affordable place to stay.
