Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Tokyo, Minato-ku, Takanawa 4-10-30 🧭 Map
Affordable hotel and very centrally located (Shinagawa station is a main hub station - Shinkansen, JR lines and Keikyu). The hotel itself is OK, most staff speak English and there is a good level of service. It does have quite good facilities surrounding it. Cinema, bowling alley, karaoke, food court & aquarium - all directly accessible without leaving the building. Also has some great views from the...
Beautiful hotel with any service you can think of available at this location. Additionally is right across the street from Shinagawa Station. Which makes it perfect to move around. Additionally, there are multiple shops and restaurants right outside of the hotel. While the rooms are kind of small (most rooms in Japanese hotels are) they include all the necessities needed. Lastly the rooms are always...
I stayed there twice for the LoveLive Hotel & Ticket Package for Aqours 5th Live and LoveLiveFes. The rooms are nothing special but they offer everything you’ll need and are well cleaned. The staff at the hotel is nice and always helpful. The whole hotel complex is huge and offers everything you’ll might need during your stay. Breakfast is also very enjoyable.
Highly recommended! From the moment you walk in, the clerk will immediately start self-check-in. The location is very strategic as it is in the heart of Shinagawa. The most popular hotel in Shinagawa because if you want to get to Shinagawa Station, you just have to cross it. The hotel is divided into several towers, depending on the type of room you book. As far as I know, the single room is in the...
This hotel is pretty awesome. The Annex tower is nice and clean, plus they have a bowling alley and aqua park in the hotel. Free cell phone in room? Didn't use it (not sure if there are hidden fees)
The room is very small. Good access to St. Shinagawa. I stayed there on business trip, and it'a enough for business trip usage.

The rooms were a bit small but clean and comfortable. As I don't like using air conditioning, the fact that I could open the windows (if only slightly) even high up a multi-storey building was bonus. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel had a pâtisserie downstairs.
This was my second stay. I stayed at the East Wing Family with my wife and two daughters. It was a spacious 37 square meter room with two beds and two couches. For $140, it was a bargain to stay in a hotel of this class. I would definitely stay here again.
Very comfortable bed in superior rooms but I'd expect to have a better view over the city in this kind of upper class room. The view was just the annex building on the other side. Streaming services and English menu available on TV was great!
Stayed at one of their renovated rooms. They offer YouTube and Netflix on their smart TV which is a big plus for me!
Edmond on food ❗ I used it at a wedding. Exquisite presentation and taste that is considered by the general public and food lovers to be delightful enough to welcome all diners for their satisfaction. Very pleased from one and a half years old to an old man over ninety ❗ The ceremony was calm and ended successfully. He said he was able to spend three days comfortably at the hotel. There is a mini market...
Experience working in a hotel in central Tokyo. The company has become a remote worker and is recommended as a place where you can focus on your work outside the home. You can register at 9am and use it until 12pm the next day. We have an environment in which you can work comfortably. Monitor, printer, comfortable chair, height-adjustable desk and coffee maker for breaks. There are also balance balls...

Clean, neat, and convenient to subway station and local stores. Many options for breakfast and all good. A little bit pricy though.
Spent 2 weeks of my quarantine period at Keio Plaza Hotel. The facilities were fantastic, room cleaning was quick and attentive, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Amazing place to spend your weekend or to call home for a few days while in Tokyo.
Staying here for quarantine, and it's a great place, but the bento meals they serve (while they taste great) are served cold.
Amazing place. This is my home for 14 days as part of the JET Programme. My room is spacious, clean, and homey. It kinda reminds me of home. As for the food, it's a different story (nothing beats my wife's dishes). What I love about staying in Keio Plaza Hotel is the view from my room not to mention the late night hot tub dips.
Great stay, excellent location. Staff were fantastic as we needed a doctor during our stay. Very helpful
Great place! Very satisfied, excellent service👌
The hotel is close to a subway Bed was comfortable, lots of good toiletries. Room was clean Excellent customer service
When the room was cleaned by the staff, the garbage was not removed, the dirty dishes were not cleaned or replaced. Nothing was tidied, the way i expected from a hotel of this type. It seemed room cleaning, only meant making beds and cleaning the bathroom.

Enjoyed our stay for our anniversary here. The service was great, everyone spoke excellent English. The our room came with breakfast - the choice of the Japanese style set or Western style buffet. We chose the Japanese style both times and it took a little longer (30min) but was delicious both times. The restaurant in the hotel was unfortunately just so-so. The food is a little ordinary.
Beautiful property that is central to train stations and other destinations. Great breakfast at the restaurant and awesome place to grab a drink in the afternoon or evening at their bar.
Spent our anniversary here and had an amazing experience. The view was breath taking and had an awesome service during our stay here. 2 star off because the housekeeping was rude and not very helpful after I called them the same evening of the check out date. I mentioned that I left my GoPro charger in the room in English. I mentioned the exact spot which was still plugged in on the usb outlet next...
Place has to get 5 stars. Absolutely incredible service and staff. Could not imagine having a better hotel service experience. Anything you want is done immediately. They are super accommodating and kind. Great room, shower, bed was super cozy. Great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We stayed here at the end of our honeymoon. We had stayed at the Conrad Hotel Tokyo for our first few nights in Tokyo and then the prince Gallery for our last few nights before leaving Japan. The Prince Gallery exceeded our expectations. The gym has a view over Tokyo, pool is big enough for laps and steam room was hot enough (although always room for improvement as I prefer it very hot). My wife was very pleased with her stay at the hotel. She loves the Nihonbashi area very much, because of this she chose the hotel - Mandarin Oriental Tokyo. The hotel has a very good location and a great view of Tokyo. Wonderful service at the SPA salon.
Great experience and service from all staff members who tried to spoil your stay I wanted to try the Pizza Bar on 38th but the seats were fully booked, the staff has managed to asked the chef to prepare the pizza for in-room dining perfectly
An incredible hotel and one of the top hotels I’ve stayed in while in Tokyo. The views are incredible, the rooms are spacious and modern, the gym is great, the pizza restaurant is one of my Tokyo favorites, breakfast was simple and delicious and the service was top notch. Overall an incredible experience and will definitely be back.
Exceptional service and ambience. Incredible hospitality and care from all staff - will definitely come back!
Great location, beautiful design and well-aged property! Everyone was tentative, especially the restaurant manager, Mr. Robin, made sure that we had a good time. We ended up getting engaged during the stay so we will definitely come back! Thank you so much for the wonderful memories, Mrs. Brossard
We had such a fabulous stay! We were celebrating my husband birthday and you played a huge part in making it the most memorable one. Thanks for the kind notes and attentions. Despite Covid, you made us feel very safe. Thanks for the lovely experience in our own city!

Great service, clean hotel, and pretty good location. Overall a wonderful and clean hotel. The only dowside is that the fridge does make a bit of a sound; it's not completely silent. I'm a pretty sensitive sleeper yet it didnt bother me, but it may for others.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and was pleased with our experience. The room was spacious and clean. Pretty close to the train station. There was also plenty of restraints and shopping close by.
Hotel is reasonable priced. Located about half a km from Kinshicho station. Big mall nearby. Burger king and McDonald's are near too. There is a 7 11 and 2 Lawson convenience store across the street. Staffs are friendly and the rooms are ok sized for Japanese standards.
The location is great. There is a nearby road that has a view straight down to Skytree. Nearby, there's also a nice mall and the train station is close. The hotel also has a shuttle to the airport. They helped us book spots for 8 people even though we wouldn't be staying the night before leaving to the airport. If it's hard for you to fall asleep because of noise, warning, there's the train tracks...
Hotel is nice and clean. Had a few issues with staff booking shuttle to and from Disney. Just make sure to repeat everything and get a slip of you don't speak Japanese

solid airport hotel great location If you are in terminal 2
I had a chance to stay this hotel. Great access to airport, but need some time to walk to go to the nearest convenience store. They have USB charging hub and hanger in the room. This is awesome and very helpful! If you need to use flight in Terminal 1, you have to move from hotel as this is located in Terminal 2. You can take bus service for free, or even on food it will take around 5 minutes.
Great hotel right on the airport. Extremely clean and staff are very helpful and friendly.
Excellent location. I could catch the flight in the early morning. The room was clean and quiet.
Great hotel right on the airport domestic terminal.
Best hotel for an overnight stay in Haneda, plus they have a fantastic food section downstairs. Workers here are amicable and accommodating to your every need.
I didn’t know it was directly in to the air port what a bonus plenty of food and shopping Room was a good size beds were great air con worked well and shower was nice and hot You could see that the cleaners were doing a great job The front desk people were very helpful and the auto book in went very smoothly

I am currently staying here as part of Japan's mandatory quarantine program for foreign travelers. APA hotel rooms are for business travelers and the rooms themselves are very small, in fact the bed is too small for my body so my feet hang off a bit and the blanket doesn't cover my toes. My major gripe this morning as a quarantined guest, is that they will not provide us with instant coffee. Quarantined...
Stayed here for a week and I will definitely be staying here again in the future. Staff is friendly and I was able to communicate with them easily. Hotel is very modern and clean. The hotel was good enough for our 8-day stay. Good neighbourhood that’s less tourist-like and with more locals. The hotel service itself is pretty good and the rooms are new and clean. Elegant and refined. Japanese and western styles available. Beautiful small forest inside Tokyo, magical feeling.
Great service and facilities! This is a scenery taken from the garden view suite and the room is quite big compared to other Japanese hotels. The curtain and rug patterns are a little bit old style but i think that's what they're going for. Breakfast is served with two options: western and japanese. I really recommend taking a walk in the garden at night, truly beautiful.
This hotel and banquet complex is fantastic. Top quality. The food is excellent in the service is great. They put Hospitality first and you really feel it when you walk in the door

Nice and new hotel. We booked early and got really good price. The train and metro stations are close by too. This area is quiet at night which is sometime hard to find in Tokyo.
Stayed three nights. Great hotel, recently built. Rooms are modern, our room had a balcony. Lots of extras in room. Has a lovely onsen. Nice view of Tokyo National Stadium. Good bakery.
Really new, clean, and nice design. Not particularly large rooms, but really thoughtfully and sleekly designed. There is everything you need and it’s comfortable. There’s a big, common bath that was excellent too. To top it all off, this place is super cheap for what it is. I am going to tell all my friends visiting Japan to consider staying here.
This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Spaces might be tight but for Japan its amazing. You will find everything you need in your room. Their Pajamas are AMAZING!! Most comfortable thing ever. Can’t wait to come back and stay with them again. Thank you for taking such good care of me 🥰❤️

Central location near Kabuchiko, and close enough to other attractions
Small, but big for Tokyo. In party district so expect clubs outside with people trying to get you in there (worth it for its location though) all round good with the only negative being the bed is quite firm, which would be alright if not for the rock hard pillows.
we had a very pleasant time while we there i will stay there again. the staff were very helpful .
Not bad location. Relatively good amount of space that you can have your suitcase open probably, which is not always the case at some Tokyo hotels.

Overall just a great five-star experience.
Clean, beautiful, and convenient hotel. Stayed here the night before my trip to DisneySea and will definitely stay here again. Got here on a Sunday afternoon to find that it was pretty deserted.
