The location is excellent! Very closed to main attractions and public transportations. However, you need to check out every day even though you stay there for days. They do offer pyjamas, towels, toothbrushes. Staff is friendly and nice.

Overall is okay. The capsules were not new, a bit dusty in some corner. Have vending machine and hot water but I wish there is some room temperature drinkable water available. Shower room is not enough during peak hours(night). A bit too crowded im my opinion.

Spent only around 60$ for this cube. As you can see, it’s very spacious. I think from bed to ceiling is about 160cm more as I can stand inside it without bending my feet. Location is great, just a minute walk from A3 exit (no lift) kuramae metro station, for those wanna go Narita airport, can walk to A0 entrance (have lift) for kuramae station. The capsule space is big, same as luggage storage is also really big (able to put 2 bug luggage inside) and it is just below the capsule, so convenient! Not many eating choices around the guest house. Is very clean places. If you have heavy luggage, the only exit is A5, all others no escalator going down. Relatively easy to trsf train to go anywhere.

Arrived early and staff held onto our luggage for us. The staff is also up pretty late, till around 10-11pm. Modern looking capsule rooms and clean washrooms. But there are only 2 bathrooms for the entire hotel. The area with beds is not ventilated and is quite suffocating. The lounge area is good but even the basis nuts are chargeable. Quite expensive based on what they offer. Not recommended.

Best place for Solo travellers, even with friends. I am extremely grateful to have experienced the public bath and artificial hot spring that made me feel in love more into Japan’s culture. There is rice with various condiments and soups, coffee and drinks, massage chair to relax all you can enjoy for free. Will definitely come back again in the future.

All mens hotel. Pretty cool place. Hot springs, sauna, free food. Free alcohol for like 10 hrs a night. Kinda felt like i was a monk or cult member with brown shirt & pants they give you. Great location, right by Shinjuku train station. My favorite part was showering with all the guys & seeing them naked. Just joking. Capsules were a little loud at night but, i slept well. The location is good which is very near to shopping mall and JR Akihabara station. However, there is few lockers for storing big luggage which I needed to put my luggage into the reception.

My stay was an excellent one. The lounge had decent options and allowed for outside food. The pod had decent enough space and was relatively comfortable. They were very accommodating with storage options and lounge time beyond check out time. Only wish my stay was longer.

The check-in experience was very easy. There's a dedicated floor to enjoy free curry rice and drinks or read free manga. The best part about this hotel is the location. You're pretty much already in the main akiba area as you get out. If you don't mind staying in a capsule hotel then it's a great choice.

25$ per night with service like this... That is more you need. Hot water, comfortable wide bed as capsule, clean pyjamas and rooms. What else do you need. Especially in case that it's almost right in the centre of Tokyo 10 minutes walk to Tokyo Station.

The capsule was very spacious for me! I could sit up and move around with ease. There is no ac and it got quite stuffy while I was in there. The lockers are small so larger backpacks and suit cases won’t fit but they will lock your bag up down stairs. Would give more stars if there was ac. You have to check out by 10 am and can’t check in until 1300. It’s a pain if you are staying multiple days but...

Fantastic place to stay if you're budget conscious. Great amenities for the price you pay. Clean and we'll maintained place. Close to bars and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here next time. About 10 min walk to the Shimbashi station.

It's decent for an emergency stop. Beds are so stiff and hard, and because you need to vacate your space for them to clean at 10 am till 3 you are stuck. Overnight stays only. Convenient capsule hotel. As the bed is not exactly like a capsule, you can have some extent of privacy. There were not many guest staying so I could enjoy shared bath alone.

First cabin, first class in the capsule accommodations. If you want to experience that capsule feel and yet a little bit of claustrophobia, this is the best to try. First cabin even have options for a full room for two people. As the name implies though, the price is high but worth it.

We stayed here for the experience of staying in a capsule hotel. My 15 year old son was keen to stay in one. We enjoyed our stay and even my husband who is 198cm found the size of the capsule pretty good. It was very clean and we al felt very safe.

As a plus size person my concern is always regarding comfort. It was way beyond my expectations. I didnt feel like I was going to suffocate, and even their large Pajamas fit me (uk size 18) Very clean and organised. Friendly and welcoming staff. The facility is old but well maintained. I think cospa is good. The capsule I stayed in was not clean enough, and there were dead insects, used tissue, and long hair between the entrance of the capsule and the mattress. Others were at a level that I was not dissatisfied with, so I was disappointed there.

The building is old, but the cleanliness is guaranteed. The bath is small, but it doesn't get so crowded, so it doesn't seem to be a problem. The sauna is about 98 degrees Celsius and it is quite hot. The disadvantage is that there is no water bath. (The shower on the left is cold after leaving the sauna. The shower on the right is warm.) I often use it at work. At a reasonable price, the nearest station is easily accessible by JR and some metros. It's free for one night when the stamp card is full.

The location is located very close walking distance to train subway station. The hotel is a great place to reset and clean up in a little jet bath house. I would stay again.

Food and drinks included is a big plus for a quick stay kind of place like this. Capsule quality didn’t feel exactly like the pictures to me but were decent enough for the time I spent there.

Excellent capsule hotel experience, even for someone like me who never spent a night in one before. I really liked the showers/hot tub as well as the lounge. The modern look overall made me feel at home. And excellent service! We were even provided a tour in Spanish since we stated that it was our first time in this type of hotel.

It’s a nice place to experience. Be advised though, Two things: 1) Capsule can get a little hot at night, you can pick up a fan by the elevator. 2) It only has a Public bath which means that you shower naked with other people. There was one semi private bath space but no one used it. They provide pjs but we decided to wear our own to the capsule and no one minded that.

Even compared to regular full sized hotels this place was really nice, especially for the price. They have instructions in English, the beds are soft and cozy, and there's free drinks (soda, coffee, tea), free miso soup, and free rice with all kinds of fixings if you want breakfast, light dinner, or just a snack. Right next to it is the subway station. Surprisingly, there is a bathhouse! You can take a bath and even enjoy a sauna, which is very exciting. The service is excellent. For sleeping at night, you need earplugs.
