Arrived early and staff held onto our luggage for us. The staff is also up pretty late, till around 10-11pm. Modern looking capsule rooms and clean washrooms. But there are only 2 bathrooms for the entire hotel. The area with beds is not ventilated and is quite suffocating. The lounge area is good but even the basis nuts are chargeable. Quite expensive based on what they offer. Not recommended.

It's in the middle of the places where you might want to go but it is only 1 block from the train station so the location is decent. Capsule quality is pretty high. Honestly your experience would depend on which capsule you sleep in. I was lucky to sleep at the end of a corridor. But if you sleep near the entrance, shower room or the locker room, you'll always hear people walking around. The capsule hotel was noisy very noisy on my first night due to it being near the door. Then I asked the reception to move me to a different place on the second night. The receptionist was generally nice except for 1 guy that has a long hair. His tone was really bad compared to the others staff. The location is excellent! Very closed to main attractions and public transportations. However, you need to check out every day even though you stay there for days. They do offer pyjamas, towels, toothbrushes. Staff is friendly and nice.

Overall is okay. The capsules were not new, a bit dusty in some corner. Have vending machine and hot water but I wish there is some room temperature drinkable water available. Shower room is not enough during peak hours(night). A bit too crowded im my opinion.

Best place for Solo travellers, even with friends. I am extremely grateful to have experienced the public bath and artificial hot spring that made me feel in love more into Japan’s culture. There is rice with various condiments and soups, coffee and drinks, massage chair to relax all you can enjoy for free. Will definitely come back again in the future.

All mens hotel. Pretty cool place. Hot springs, sauna, free food. Free alcohol for like 10 hrs a night. Kinda felt like i was a monk or cult member with brown shirt & pants they give you. Great location, right by Shinjuku train station. My favorite part was showering with all the guys & seeing them naked. Just joking. Capsules were a little loud at night but, i slept well. Would stay there again.

Excellent set up for a capsule hotel. Locker to store things,some sweet threads to getaepubdthe hotel, big bath on 2nd floor and free food and drinks on 3rd floor. Great to have a big soaking bath post marathon and super easy to get.to the start line in the morning 😁✊🏼

Very good location right next to Shinjuku station. The capsules are nice and clean and the onsen is absolutely amazing and fully equipped.

If you are looking for a real capsule experience, this is it. Don't go anywhere else. Also, make sure to ask for a suit. Its perfect during carnival, but also for any other conceivable occasion. :-) Men only.

Friendly English speaking boy working at the counter. Good rooms though no AC which means super humid. Low price though and plenty of extras. Some good people seem to frequent the place. Overall good value. Some people might give the place a lower rating but you have to understand that you're staying in Shinjuku at night which is the shadiest place in all of Japan.

For what it is, this place is fine. The concept is a little strange but it works. The location is superb! Some really brilliant places to eat and drink all around.

Very nice hostel, friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and the cubes have everything you need: USB connection, bed light, hangers, locker. They also have a great kitchen, a nice area to play Nintendo, listen to music or just hang out. An breakfast is also great!

Location is good and the locker is big. There is bathroom/onsen provided for each gender. The only cons is that you're not allowed to leave or enter the building from 11pm-6am due to the building's regulation unless emergency.

Superb hostel, very well located, very clean, nothing to complain about. Good to know: the bathroom is shared (women/women and men/men), Japanese-style, so it's a "public bath." It's best not to be prudish.

The location is very convenient, with the first floor of the building leading to the subway station. The room is on the 18th floor, and you can see the night view of Tokyo. The public bathroom is very clean, with a bath and a shower. The only problem is that the quilt does not have a quilt cover, only a single sheet for isolation, and the sheet is too small.

The location is good which is very near to shopping mall and JR Akihabara station. However, there is few lockers for storing big luggage which I needed to put my luggage into the reception.

My stay was an excellent one. The lounge had decent options and allowed for outside food. The pod had decent enough space and was relatively comfortable. They were very accommodating with storage options and lounge time beyond check out time. Only wish my stay was longer.

The check-in experience was very easy. There's a dedicated floor to enjoy free curry rice and drinks or read free manga. The best part about this hotel is the location. You're pretty much already in the main akiba area as you get out. If you don't mind staying in a capsule hotel then it's a great choice.

Great capsule hotel located very close to Akihabara Station. Felt really safe and comfortable, the amenities were wonderful and I felt relaxed and refreshed every day. The capsule was very spacious for me! I could sit up and move around with ease. There is no ac and it got quite stuffy while I was in there. The lockers are small so larger backpacks and suit cases won’t fit but they will lock your bag up down stairs. Would give more stars if there was ac. The hotel is not far from Kuramae Station and I can take train straight to Narita without transfer. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. I can leave the luggage before check in. The hotel is clean and safe for solo female travelers!

Spent only around 60$ for this cube. As you can see, it’s very spacious. I think from bed to ceiling is about 160cm more as I can stand inside it without bending my feet. Location is great, just a minute walk from A3 exit (no lift) kuramae metro station, for those wanna go Narita airport, can walk to A0 entrance (have lift) for kuramae station. Not many eating choices around the guest house. Is very clean places. If you have heavy luggage, the only exit is A5, all others no escalator going down. Relatively easy to trsf train to go anywhere.

Super chill and brand new cafe/hostel with spacious outside patio. You can take off your shoes and lie down on artificial turf. If you’re lucky, they often have random food truck or some yoga events going on in this cool patio. You should definitely check out this place if you’re around Asakusa or sky tree area. I already invited couple of my friends and they loved it too. :)

My stay in wise owl hostel was short but i enjoyed the place. The staff was approachable even though they cant speak English. The venue was near the train station and lots of convenient stores.

Not only close to the sightseeing area(Asakusa, skytree), but also quiet and chill at night time. Highly recommended to stay in dorms which were spacious, had a good bed light and comfy bed. There was a “home” party with other guests and hostel staff which you can get along with them more. Had a lovely stay at wise owl. Can’t wait to get back there again soon!

This is a second time I stayed at this hotel after had been here couple of years ago. Never disappointed. The staff was so helpful and had a warm welcome. I like its location the most. I had two 28" luggages and two carry on bags, walking from the Ikebukuro station didn't feel any tired.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sakura Hotel during my visit to Tokyo and it was an absolute delight. The hotel is conveniently located near Ikebukuro station exit C6 and is incredibly cost-effective. What really blew me away, however, was the staff's warm hospitality - they were so helpful and approachable. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice staff. Little rooms with carpets. The carpet was very dirty. It's unhygienic. A lot of things under the bed. It wasn't clean. The situation is good, not far from metro.

The location is quite close to one of the Ueno station entrances, so it's quite convenient. The bed is kinda hard and not comfortable. And the bunk bed stairs are hard to climb, so it feels dangerous when you want to go down at night.

I really liked this hostel, the location is great, very close to Ueno station. There are many restaurants and shops nearby and Ueno Park. You can store your luggage under your bed, and there is enough space to sleep.

First cabin, first class in the capsule accommodations. If you want to experience that capsule feel and yet a little bit of claustrophobia, this is the best to try. First cabin even have options for a full room for two people. As the name implies though, the price is high but worth it.
