Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Tokyo, Minato-ku, Takanawa 4-10-30 🧭 Map
Parking: Free parking
The most popular hotel in Shinagawa because if you want to get to Shinagawa Station, you just have to cross it. The hotel is divided into several towers, depending on the type of room you book
Affordable hotel and very centrally located (Shinagawa station is a main hub station - Shinkansen, JR lines and Keikyu). The hotel itself is OK, most staff speak English and there is a good level of service
I stayed there twice for the LoveLive Hotel & Ticket Package for Aqours 5th Live and LoveLiveFes. The rooms are nothing special but they offer everything you’ll need and are well cleaned
The staff at the hotel is nice and always helpful. The whole hotel complex is huge and offers everything you’ll might need during your stay. Breakfast is also very enjoyable
Highly recommended! From the moment you walk in, the clerk will immediately start self-check-in. The location is very strategic as it is in the heart of Shinagawa
Additionally, there are multiple shops and restaurants right outside of the hotel. While the rooms are kind of small (most rooms in Japanese hotels are) they include all the necessities needed

Edmond on food ❗ I used it at a wedding. Exquisite presentation and taste that is considered by the general public and food lovers to be delightful enough to welcome all diners for their satisfaction
I stayed at the East Wing Family with my wife and two daughters. It was a spacious 37 square meter room with two beds and two couches. For $140, it was a bargain to stay in a hotel of this class
Very pleased from one and a half years old to an old man over ninety ❗ The ceremony was calm and ended successfully. He said he was able to spend three days comfortably at the hotel
Experience working in a hotel in central Tokyo. The company has become a remote worker and is recommended as a place where you can focus on your work outside the home
There is a mini market and bakery on site and it feels like you don't have to go out for small items. Thank you very much for your kindness, Hotel Edmond
I would definitely stay here again

This is my home for 14 days as part of the JET Programme. My room is spacious, clean, and homey. As for the food, it's a different story (nothing beats my wife's dishes)
Stylish, modern and spacious rooms. Very quiet, great views from the top floors. There are several restaurants downstairs and a little convenient store for your late night snacks
The hustle and bustle area (think izakayas and sushi) is a 5 minute walk nearby. If you can afford it, I highly recommend staying here, great for couples
What I love about staying in Keio Plaza Hotel is the view from my room not to mention the late night hot tub dips
Great stay, excellent location. Staff were fantastic as we needed a doctor during our stay. Very helpful
Amazing place to spend your weekend or to call home for a few days while in Tokyo

Beautiful property that is central to train stations and other destinations. Great breakfast at the restaurant and awesome place to grab a drink in the afternoon or evening at their bar.
I had to go out to buy a nail file
Enjoyed our stay for our anniversary here. The service was great, everyone spoke excellent English. The our room came with breakfast - the choice of the Japanese style set or Western style buffet
Absolutely incredible service and staff. Could not imagine having a better hotel service experience. Anything you want is done immediately. They are super accommodating and kind. Great room, shower, bed was super cozy
I really loved the day couch in the rooms that overlooked the city. I could have laid there all day! My only complaint is that nail file/emery board was actually a cushion and not strong enough to file your nails
The woman who was working at the gym is the absolute cutest. But make sure you don’t wear your shoes near the pool only slippers! It would be a nice addition if they had razors available in the locker room though

Great experience and service from all staff members who tried to spoil your stay I wanted to try the Pizza Bar on 38th but the seats were fully booked, the staff has managed to asked the chef to prepare the pizza for in-room dining perfectly
Exceptional service and ambience. Incredible hospitality and care from all staff - will definitely come back!
We had such a fabulous stay! We were celebrating my husband birthday and you played a huge part in making it the most memorable one. Thanks for the kind notes and attentions. Despite Covid, you made us feel very safe
The views are incredible, the rooms are spacious and modern, the gym is great, the pizza restaurant is one of my Tokyo favorites, breakfast was simple and delicious and the service was top notch
Great location, beautiful design and well-aged property! Everyone was tentative, especially the restaurant manager, Mr. Robin, made sure that we had a good time
We ended up getting engaged during the stay so we will definitely come back! Thank you so much for the wonderful memories, Mrs

Stayed here for a week and I will definitely be staying here again in the future. Staff is friendly and I was able to communicate with them easily. Hotel is very modern and clean
My brother stayed in a different room and he is over 6’ so it was definitely small for him. Also very close to restaurants and the train station is down the street, plus convenience stores all around that are open late
The rooms are small but I’m a petite person and had the room to myself so that wasn’t a problem. Has modern amenities and was clean
Great location, nice area. The hotel is very clean, quiet, staff very willing to help - to the extend they can.
Neighborhood is very quiet, a little far from major things but I loved how it was quiet
The hotel was good enough for our 8-day stay. Good neighbourhood that’s less tourist-like and with more locals. The hotel service itself is pretty good and the rooms are new and clean

The place offers mix of Japanese, asian and Italian dishes in the buffet. The highlight has to be the Peking duck and the dessert spread. Beside the dinner, one can enjoy the amazing light & sound show
This hotel and banquet complex is fantastic. Top quality. The food is excellent in the service is great. They put Hospitality first and you really feel it when you walk in the door
The curtain and rug patterns are a little bit old style but i think that's what they're going for. Breakfast is served with two options: western and japanese
Went to have have buffet dinner at the Banquet. Thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of the staffs. Impressive assortments and spreads on the buffet menu
Great service and facilities! This is a scenery taken from the garden view suite and the room is quite big compared to other Japanese hotels
Elegant and refined. Japanese and western styles available. Beautiful small forest inside Tokyo, magical feeling.

It’s conveniently located right next to a subway station and about 5 min walk away from a JR train station. The area is about 20-30 min walk away from Shibuya, Shinjuku and Harajuku, yet it’s very green and quite
Can’t wait to come back and stay with them again. Thank you for taking such good care of me 🥰❤️
The hotel has facilities like self-use washing machines (with dryers), microwaves, an ice machine and three vending machines for drinks and snacks on the 2nd floor. The gym is a bit basic but it’s okay
The rooms are on the small side, but they are beautifully designed. The bathroom with the nice and deep bathtub is amazing. The bathhouse is also very nice (bring towel and pajamas from your room)
This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Spaces might be tight but for Japan its amazing. You will find everything you need in your room. Their Pajamas are AMAZING!! Most comfortable thing ever
Stayed three nights. Great hotel, recently built. Rooms are modern, our room had a balcony. Lots of extras in room. Has a lovely onsen. Nice view of Tokyo National Stadium. Good bakery.

The customer service and commitment to quality always leave an outstanding impression when at the New Otani. And, membership in the New Otani Club just adds to the enjoyment. Staff are attentive and caring
So beautiful, is extremely big so be careful with not getting lost, the garden is really amazing, it has its own waterfall
The rooms are clean and equipped with individually controlled central air conditioning. The cosmetic kit in the hotel is decent. Views from restaurants on the 1st and 44th floors
I stayed one night at the "EDO ROOM" with free-stay gift. I especially love the hinoki bath. I think the room has been newly renovated recently
This hotel is amazing!! The best place I ever stayed at. I love the bathrooms and the heated toilets. The nature walk is beautiful.
Luxury hotel. Rooms are 350-400 dollars per night. But chic. There is a boutique where they sell real samurai swords

Perfect stay in Il Fiore Kasai. Staff was nice, room was new and clean. With an amazing sound and light proof! The location is very convenient if you have to stay in Edogawa area.
A little far for the main attractions but next to the train, metro and bus station. Nice rooms. Complimentary coffee, tea and flavoured water. Restaurants and shops around.
Close enough to get to Disney seas on a local bus. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Close to train station kasai
Nice hotel with fast wifi with good transportation access through the metro station and bus hub. Lots of neighborhood supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants are also accessible within a few-minute walk
The 10AM checkout is earlier than what I'm accustomed to, but they are able to hold luggage for no fee. All electrical outlets in the room and the common area are two-prong, so some may require an adapter
Great location. I’d give it more stars if it were a higher class hotel but it has all the basics. You get what you pay for. Nice and clean.

Great place to stay! The staff were extremely helpful! Rooms are clean and has all amenities you would need! Location is right above a Lawson which is super convenient
It is a bit of a red light district, watch out for street hawkers
In party district so expect clubs outside with people trying to get you in there (worth it for its location though) all round good with the only negative being the bed is quite firm, which would be alright if not for the rock hard pillows
Not bad location. Relatively good amount of space that you can have your suitcase open probably, which is not always the case at some Tokyo hotels.
we had a very pleasant time while we there i will stay there again. the staff were very helpful .

Nice.....hotel. Excellent management, behaviours and well managed. Best wishes for the APA HOTEL.
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around. I've stayed in many hotels in Tokyo specifically in the Shinjuku area
Location and room were nice. Service was kinda non-responsive and unwelcoming.
All the usual amenities were provided - toothbrushes, razors, brush, etc. Our room did not offer a view of the city. If you would like a view, it doesn't hurt to ask when you check in
This was one of the smaller of hotels I've stayed in this area. However, it was big enough for two average size adults. The bathroom was also small, but enough room for one person

It is a good hotel to stay. Small but clean. No noise at night. Coin laundry available. Staff is friendly and decent breakfast. Love the choices of the pillows, we fell in love with our choices and sleep like babies.
Small yet incredible rooom! Very clean and the bed was comfy. Especially if you prefer a firm bed, this one serves you best. You also need to try their breakfast and choose the Japanese menu set, it's the best!
Location is very good, near public train station exit. Room condition is perfect and clean. Staffs are very nice and willing to help. There is only one thing to take in consideration is no slope way entrance
Very clean hotel amid a bit old. Daily cleanup, amazing attention to detail. It is located very close to JR and subways lines, and only a few stations away from Tokyo
Great value and location, the customer service was top notch and the beds super comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel and even has a bus that will take you to the Disney monorail station. From there it's just a couple of stops and your at the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland.
Sometimes I have a problem getting ice at a hotel, but this was super easy. You just call downstairs and they deliver it super fast
The check-in was incredibly easy, and the checkout was a simple drop off of the cardboard scan keys. All the staff were kind and helpful, especially the ones who help me ship my luggage home
Great hotel to stay at while visiting Tokyo Disneyland. Cheaper than the official Disneyland hotel but still conveniently located in the resort precinct. Family friendly hotel with a classy old world charm
With covid there seems to be no demand for hotels or the parks nearby, which I recommend taking advantage of. The room was very clean and was super comfortable. The tub was an awesome relaxing area for me
our room was huge, huge bathroom, there was a living room, and hallway inside our room. with 2 double beds push together, that looked like a super king bed + size. looked almost like a presidential suite

Nice rooms, central location
A little far from the station, but no problem if you're familiar with Shinjuku. Room and equipment were sufficient for single travel, staff was friendly. Convenience stores, bus stop, coin laundry and restaurants nearby
The only thing that bothered me was that I had a room on the non-smoking floor, but the room and sheets reeked of cigarettes which seemed to be coming out of the air conditioning
Good location near subway stations yet still far enough away from bulk of activity. Clean and spacious rooms
Rooms were a little small (coming from American hotels) but it was clean, their restaurant was delicious.

It's also near the train station, it's a great if you want to go around Tokyo. The resto in the 1st floor also serve good food and the staff are accommodating, especially their breakfast are good
nice room! it was a bit of a walk from the station, and you have to remember to exit from the correct side or it's impossible to find. we didn't have e much of a view, though

Even though rooms are small, it equipped with all necessary items. This includes toiletries (Towel, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, razer, etc. ), slippers, kettle, mini fridge, and even a torch and a nice origami
Everything was nice except the tap in the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. Couldn't take you hand off the tap otherwise water stops or comes out at full force into the tiny basin and splash onto the floor
Stayed here for four nights recently. Our room was small but neat, modern, bright and clean. Large window allows fresh air in and softness of bed mattress was just right
Good location with three subway stations and convenient stores with yummy food and drinks close by
Chambermaids have been exceptionally courteous made us feel like we checked in a much expensive luxurious hotel. Rates are alot cheaper comparing the bed and amenities they are offering
Great hotel, the bed was very cofortable and the personell very polite and nice. It had everything I needed.
