Another very good stay at Shinagawa Prince Hotel! Location: very convenient as it’s just by the station and even if it’s raining we can go to few shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and seven eleven! Room: very small but we had everything we need for our stay

It’s always full of tourists at the hotel When we were staying we could hear voice of next room which was quite noisy and they were chatting quite late with loud voice so this was the only disappointment that we experienced this time

This time our room was the opposite side of the station so it was quieter and great night view from windows. Amenities: Good amenities especially we love body wash towel

A comfortable and lovely stay at hotel. Located conveniently opposite the Shinagawa train station. Lots of eateries in the station. Easy to move around Tokyo.

Only request was that if they could prepare not only Green tea but also black tea that would be lovely

This is my home for 14 days as part of the JET Programme. My room is spacious, clean, and homey. As for the food, it's a different story (nothing beats my wife's dishes)

Stylish, modern and spacious rooms. Very quiet, great views from the top floors. There are several restaurants downstairs and a little convenient store for your late night snacks

The hustle and bustle area (think izakayas and sushi) is a 5 minute walk nearby. If you can afford it, I highly recommend staying here, great for couples

What I love about staying in Keio Plaza Hotel is the view from my room not to mention the late night hot tub dips

Ideal hotel for families.  There are many restaurants within the building.  Most importantly there is car park and it’s free if you are guest of the hotel.

Everything went well except for an issue with our luggage and snowboard, which we sent from the hotel to Narita Airport via Yamato. (黑貓宅急便）Unfortunately, the luggage was damaged beyond repair and is no longer usable

The complex is humongous! So many services and restaurants, you cannot make up your mind on which restaurant to choose. The buffet dinner in the restaurant at 17th floor is amazing. The Japanese garden is a gem!!!

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk for two different underground stations - but not difficult to get too. Staff arranged a cab to the airport for us

Additionally, one of the Yamato staff in the airport  had a very poor attitude  We were not satisfied with how they handled the situation

There is almost everything inside. Nice view from the window on the ocean. There is a park near the hotel; an electric kettle, fridge, and USB join, a hair dryer, all the bathroom staff in the room

The hotel is nice modern and affordable, all staff are really kind and delivers a great "omotenashi" service, parking is available, rooms has optional themes, spacious and tidy with very large double king beds, rooms view has basicaly two options, the Tokyo bay side or the opposite where the rooms faces the local westernized cemetery, which is not too bad, however, funeral services can be seem from...

But if you are coming from Europe take care of the plug adapter 🔌. It differs from the ones in Russia and Europe

The coronavirus measures were taken strictly, and the staff at the front desk and lobby were also very good. The room and windows are large and have a good view

The check-out time was 12 o'clock, so I had a lot of free time, so I was able to enjoy Sanbanjo by walking after breakfast

Good room and bathroom space. In a business district so it’s a distance to the typical tourist attractions I guess. But it’s near the metro! Will come back if I’m visiting Tokyo.

The hotel is in a quiet area but there are some nice bars and cafes nearby as well as a Family Mart across the street for anything you need

Housekeeping ladies were very helpful and friendly. Short walk to train stations and family marts around.

A great hotel if you are attending a show at the Tokyo Dome, as it is just 10 minutes walk away

The view from the window was of some industrial building, with huge, humming, industrial fans. There was a line for breakfast - we had to wait 20-30 minutes for a free table

There are shops and a bunch of restaurants in the hotel building. Awesome view from the restaurant on the top floor. The rooms are clean, compact, but everything is there. Good location.

Hotel was easy to reach via Airport Limousine bus service. There were quite a few people checking when we arrived so it took us a while but made it to our room

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel. The beds are cozy, the staff are nice and the location is very great. One thing I always love about the hotel is the view from the top floor while eating breakfast

The accommodations were a little small but pretty typical for Tokyo. My partner found the bed to be uncomfortable and had trouble sleeping. Additionally the breakfast was just so-so

Very nice hotel and even has a bus that will take you to the Disney monorail station. From there it's just a couple of stops and your at the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland.

Sometimes I have a problem getting ice at a hotel, but this was super easy. You just call downstairs and they deliver it super fast

The check-in was incredibly easy, and the checkout was a simple drop off of the cardboard scan keys. All the staff were kind and helpful, especially the ones who help me ship my luggage home

Great hotel to stay at while visiting Tokyo Disneyland. Cheaper than the official Disneyland hotel but still conveniently located in the resort precinct. Family friendly hotel with a classy old world charm

With covid there seems to be no demand for hotels or the parks nearby, which I recommend taking advantage of. The room was very clean and was super comfortable. The tub was an awesome relaxing area for me

our room was huge, huge bathroom, there was a living room, and hallway inside our room. with 2 double beds push together, that looked like a super king bed + size. looked almost like a presidential suite

In addition, I thought that there would be no cleaning because I used it for consecutive nights at this price, but I was surprised that the room was cleaned neatly and the amenities were replenished

It was a hotel that I wanted to use again because the service and cost performance were very good. I felt that the facility was a little old, but it was clean and well-maintained

Recently, there are many places that do not clean even if you stay for a long time, so I was grateful to have the room cleaned despite the price

Bathroom is very small. Room is a bit small. Cleanliness is good. Breakfast is not variety. Close to train station.

The only reason i gave it a 4 star for facilities is that this hotel is not tailored for children, the swimming pool are for adults only. However, who wants to stay in the hotel while this is the centre of Shibuya

Very great location as it is very near shibuya station. Just need to head down and there are many restaurants and shopping malls already. View at top floor is superb. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.

we have been staying in this hotel quite several times, although the interior may start to age, the service and the view is flawless and the location is only getting better with 2 new malls (Shibuya scramble square and Shibuya Hikarie) only 5-10mins walk through the flyover

The staff was very warmth and welcoming from the entry to the reception and even room service. The room was tidy and clean with all necessities available for use in the room

I was very thankful for the 2nd stay I was allowed for an early check in with my room ready that really help to make my whole day or itinerary smooth

The room was clean, spacious (especially by Tokyo standards), and had a stunning view of the skyline. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the air purifier and the in-room fridge

Overall, Tokyo Dome Hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s perfect for families, business travelers, and anyone who wants a comfortable and well-connected base in Tokyo. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Check-in was smooth, and everyone I interacted with spoke English and was eager to help with directions and recommendations. Breakfast at Rilassa was delicious with a wide variety of Japanese and Western options

There's also a Lawson convenience store right inside the hotel, which was really handy. It can get a bit busy during events at Tokyo Dome, but the hotel is well-organized and manages the crowds efficiently

The room was great, clean, big, good aircon, international plugs. Great services, breakfast was very nice. Very well placed, 200m aways from the subway station. And of course amazing views of Tokyo

The only downside was the check in, you do it on an automatic machine that didn’t work well for us. In a fancy hotel like this, I would love to have a person in front of me instead of a machine

For a cheaper meal, there’s always the hotel convenience stall. Rooms was very big, kids were happy with the size. To have 4 beds, one for each of us was welcomed when in Japan

Had buffet dinner on my first night, it’s nothing to wow about, but everything was quite yummy. Selection was okay, we had our fills. Not the cheapest meal for sure

Beds were nice and softer, the smaller ones for the kids were harder, which was actually better for adults. Water pressure in the bathroom was also awesome

Hotel for Disney land trip. Stayed 3 days. Good that there are bus to station. Few restaurants but seldom try except breakfast.

Sheraton Tokyo bay is a great hotel, especially for those visiting Disneyland. The location is very convenient, with easy check in and check out. The beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful

The front desk staff was helpful, although the hotel is in the process of implementing a self check-in and check-out service. The room was spacious enough for two people and accommodated our luggage comfortably

And the hotel itself is really nice. I had a panorama room on the 33rd floor, and the view of the city was spectacular - especially at night. The room size is very typical of Japan - what we Europeans might find cramped

Room was spacious (for a solo traveller), bed was comfy and shower pressure was good! Staff is also friendly and speak basic English. Would love to stay again if I could!

My stay at the hotel was very convenient, as it is connected to a large mall with a handy shop on the first floor—perfect for avoiding the bad weather

This hotel is very convenient for everything, just take an airport limousine bus directly. We travelled from Narita so its about 1h40mins sleeping time on the bus. The Sunshine City mall is very big, with many shops

Stay there for business trip. Good value for money and very big hotel. Required a bit of walking like 5-10mins from JR station up hill. Awesome garden inside is a must to visit during your stay!

We really loved our stay here with spacious room, balcony and kind stuffs! Whole hotel is specious so we didn’t feel crowded at all since lobby is also spacious with beautiful interior

There are many restaurants and cafes too so it’s very convenient. Even if it’s rainy day we can just spend time inside the hotel which was very good

The room is comfortable. The washroom is big. Very convenient.

Be aware that there are two towers and that the lobby is on upper floors for both hotels. This might be a surprise for some travelers. The gradens are very nice and the breakfast was well worth it

Stayed in room 3018. Big clean room with awsome view. Service was exceptional. Short walking distance to a few differe t subway stations. Will definitely come back here again if I ever revisit tokyo.

Friendly staff, nice and well kept rooms. The hotel is huge and the garden is very beautiful. Location is not bad either, it's just a short walk to the subway station.

The employees are very helpful. To travel to food and shopping places you will need to catch the subway. They have restaurants and bars but expensive

Bar Capri had a reasonable price for food and if you smoke cigars that's a good place with higher end quality drinks

Bot all of theme speaks English, but at least some do and even those that don't do their best and try. Single bedrooms are narrow which is totally fine. Everything about the room is good except for the loo

To use it you gotta sit in a bit of an awkward way IF you're an above average structured person (big). Totally recommending it as it is a bit in the middle of everything in Tokyo

I liked the location because you are kind of central to all the interesting places and Roppongi doesn't sleep. The toilet was too close to the wall and bath. Didn't like the service of this hotel

Good location, clean and affordable. Loads of nice restaurants close by. The subway is located within a couple of minutes walk. The room are small and suits good for single travellers or couples

Compared to others they still have a lot to learn. Every time we asked for something they couldn't understand half of it and even when they did, they would ask us to do it ourselves

Rated the hotel 3 instead of 4 due to the fact that we had to pay extra to check in to the room 1:30pm (after a long flight with a baby) even if it was ready

Clean rooms, front desk staff helpful and convenient location with good neighbor shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. Need to book reservations for the shuttle bus

They are very prompt, on time both going to Disney and returning to hotel. Morning breakfast buffet is great to start off the day. Ice machine available next to vending machine on each floor, mini fridge in room

1st time here. Work in the hotel industry. Staff are so friendly. Rooms are really good for a 3 star. Breakfast was great. Has it's own little supermarket "brilliant !"

A really good budget hotel! Definitely worth the visit!

The toilets are adequately sized though again the temperature control seems to be a little off leaving you wondering half the time if the heater is on since there are no heater switches anywhere within the room

We also saw Gundam light up at night and had fun completing the Gundam challenge. Will definitely return to stay in this area again

Location wise, you are on a smaller subway line which is very close, but you will need more time getting to Tokyo proper area

Very spacious hotel, not just the rooms. But also the hotel lobby, car park and gym. It even has an art gallery. Staff has good English. They are helpful and sincere. Worth to stay again next time.

Everything was great except breakfast buffet was the same everyday and not much egg free option. Wouldn’t mind a simple separate ala carte (payable) option. Thank you.

Monorail is coming every 5 min, 15 min and you’re on Shimbashi station, also an airport limousine bus departs straight from the hotel (15 min to HND T2) I think it’s better to live in 5star Daiba hotel for the similar money rather then Tokyo business hotels with 12m2 room where you can’t even open the suitcases, especially if you’re with the kids

Subway is closer to HND but further away from NRT with multiple transitions required, so safer to use the limo bus(~20/pp) which comes to the hotel if possible as number of times for departure is reduced vs subway
