Stayed here twice during the same trip. Only ate dinner at the hotel one night. The Sushi restaurant was good, but there are also lots of restaurants and bars walking distance

Hotel is within 10 min walk to Ginza main shopping area and there is also ancillary retail around to provide necessary amenities.

The hotel's location is excellent and the view is extraordinary.

Oh yes, the airport bus limousine transfers at the hotel for Narita which is great for worry free transport. Only letdown was the morning breakfast buffet spread which was small but acceptable

Many business travellers and not much family goers so the general atmosphere is quiet. Front desk is efficient and gets **** done very quickly

Location there’s no complaints as the main Shiodome/Shimbashi train station is below the hotel building so rain or shine transport’s there

There's another metro station Ningyocho (人形町駅) within 5 mins on foot. You can get to Akihabara in under 15 mins (walking + metro), Shinjuku in 30 mins, Asakusa in 20 mins

Extremely wonderful stay! Location: Royal Park Hotel is located above Suitengumae Metro Station (水天宮前駅), accessible by an escalator located right at the hotel lobby

Facilities: Hotel is extremely well-maintained and clean despite established in 1989. The room was very spacious and quiet. Beds were plush, quilts were clean. Even the sofa bed was very comfy

Complementary bottles of mineral water is available at the room, with refills by room service. You may also request to have several more at the front desk, extremely convenient

The Royal Park Hotel Nihonbashi offers exceptional service and a fantastic location. The staff are attentive, professional, and always ready to assist, making the stay truly comfortable

You do have to pass immigration control point to stay here. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities you might need and then some more

Absolutely a fabulous location with a wonderful view of the city, including Mt. Fuji in the distance beyond Tokyo Tower. The bar serves up very tasty drinks

Nice location, 10mins walk to jr station and 3 mins to metro train station. Offer free coffee but have to pay for bottled water. The room is clean and tidy.

We love this boutique hotel, the friendly staffs and the books! The hotel is far from most attractions, other then Tokyo tower, but there are numerous train lines within 5-15mins walk and plenty of F&B options.

Location was convenient, able to reach most places within 30 minutes. There is filtered water provided at each floor. The room was spacious and there are bathtubs

Every level has tiny too room with books tinted an relax. The lobby library offers more books and reveals in the evening a comfi place to stay and read

Came with amenities we hadn't considered, such as a razor, facial oil to clean off makeup, etc. Bathroom was clean and easy to usd and room was great, though small. No complaints as the bed and covers were soft and warm

Very small rooms , but good location outside , near to airport , direct bus service to the airport , will reach airport in 30 to 40 minutes

Nice hotel with a very great location near to Shinjuku station, one of the big and best station with plenty of train routes across Japan. 10 minutes walk to the station. The hotel room is relatively small, Japan standard

Spent 2 weeks of my quarantine period at Keio Plaza Hotel. The facilities were fantastic, room cleaning was quick and attentive, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful

The hustle and bustle area (think izakayas and sushi) is a 5 minute walk nearby. If you can afford it, I highly recommend staying here, great for couples

Stayed here for 4 nights in a Double Superior and room size was pretty good for Japan. We had Breakfast included in our rate and there was 3 restaurants you can pick from - we liked the glass court the best

Location is good, near a park and station. Staff can't communicate in English well and some are snobbish. Toilet deodareriser is not working. Some electric plugs are not working neither

On June 10, 2024, my family checked into Hotel New Otani Tokyo the Main. Shortly after midnight on June 13, my daughter suffered a sudden and severe asthma attack that left her struggling to breathe

The room was a bit dated with a view of shinjuku, disappointing considering the advert and photos show views of the gardens. Located in a quiet suburb but was a 12-15mins walk to the nearest metro

Because she had never experienced asthma before, we had no medication on hand. As visitors from the United States with no knowledge of Japan’s medical system, we felt utterly helpless

Everything went well except for an issue with our luggage and snowboard, which we sent from the hotel to Narita Airport via Yamato. (黑貓宅急便）Unfortunately, the luggage was damaged beyond repair and is no longer usable

The complex is humongous! So many services and restaurants, you cannot make up your mind on which restaurant to choose. The buffet dinner in the restaurant at 17th floor is amazing. The Japanese garden is a gem!!!

Very nice hotel and even has a bus that will take you to the Disney monorail station. From there it's just a couple of stops and your at the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland.

Sometimes I have a problem getting ice at a hotel, but this was super easy. You just call downstairs and they deliver it super fast

With covid there seems to be no demand for hotels or the parks nearby, which I recommend taking advantage of. The room was very clean and was super comfortable. The tub was an awesome relaxing area for me

Great hotel to stay at while visiting Tokyo Disneyland. Cheaper than the official Disneyland hotel but still conveniently located in the resort precinct. Family friendly hotel with a classy old world charm

our room was huge, huge bathroom, there was a living room, and hallway inside our room. with 2 double beds push together, that looked like a super king bed + size. looked almost like a presidential suite

The check-in was incredibly easy, and the checkout was a simple drop off of the cardboard scan keys. All the staff were kind and helpful, especially the ones who help me ship my luggage home

Avoid Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel — the smell is unbearable. I stayed here knowing the hotel is a bit old, and the price seemed to reflect that — but nothing prepared me for the smell

we have been staying in this hotel quite several times, although the interior may start to age, the service and the view is flawless and the location is only getting better with 2 new malls (Shibuya scramble square and Shibuya Hikarie) only 5-10mins walk through the flyover

The moment you turn on the water, it hits you — like walking into a public restroom. It was disgusting and made the whole stay feel unhygienic

The only reason i gave it a 4 star for facilities is that this hotel is not tailored for children, the swimming pool are for adults only. However, who wants to stay in the hotel while this is the centre of Shibuya

Very great location as it is very near shibuya station. Just need to head down and there are many restaurants and shopping malls already. View at top floor is superb. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.

A little tired with the furnishings. There's 2 wings to the hotel. Within the Tokyo Disneyland monorail. A good option for dining within the hotel.

It was one of the best hotel experiences we had. Lots of amenities and very convenient if you are visiting Tokyo Disneyland.

Situated just next to the bayside station. Yet shuttle bus is still available. Didn’t felt it was needed till we visited Disney, the shuttle was awesome after a 20k+ step day at Disney

For a cheaper meal, there’s always the hotel convenience stall. Rooms was very big, kids were happy with the size. To have 4 beds, one for each of us was welcomed when in Japan

Had buffet dinner on my first night, it’s nothing to wow about, but everything was quite yummy. Selection was okay, we had our fills. Not the cheapest meal for sure

Beds were nice and softer, the smaller ones for the kids were harder, which was actually better for adults. Water pressure in the bathroom was also awesome

The service is top notch. The room is clean and well equipped. The style may not be trendy but furnitures are well made and high quality.

This hotel is in a great central location that is within walking distance of everywhere in the Ginza area. Hotel is a little old and thus showing a little bit of wear-and-tear. Nevertheless, the service was great.

I particularly like the private Japanese garden of the Hotel, it is very rare in hotels in Tokyo where land prices are high. Room size is also big (comparatively as most hotel rooms are smaller in Tokyo)

We really loved our stay here with spacious room, balcony and kind stuffs! Whole hotel is specious so we didn’t feel crowded at all since lobby is also spacious with beautiful interior

There are many restaurants and cafes too so it’s very convenient. Even if it’s rainy day we can just spend time inside the hotel which was very good

The gym had just two treadmills and two exercise bikes, all crammed into a very small room with no air conditioning. For a five-star hotel with hundreds of rooms, this is far below expectations

Be aware that there are two towers and that the lobby is on upper floors for both hotels. This might be a surprise for some travelers. The gradens are very nice and the breakfast was well worth it

The employees are very helpful. To travel to food and shopping places you will need to catch the subway. They have restaurants and bars but expensive

I have extended for an additional day to spend the weekend there outside of my work trip but instead of making sure that the room is avail before transferring me to a different room type they asked me to pack my luggage and leave at 11am but hsve to wait till 1pm for the next room thix was supposed to be a continuous stay like how other hotels do when i extend my stay after my busiiness trip they either...

These small things really made all the difference, thank you! The hotel itself also excellent and my room was refurbished. It was expensive as I booked at the last minute during the holidays, but still worth it!

After experiencing poor service in other hotels in Japan, Intercon was a breath of fresh air. They deliver exactly the level of service you expect. Helpful staff, punctual making up of the room

The staff are all very helpful and friendly! The room service is exceptional as is the Morning buffet. They offer room service 24hrs with a variety of menu options

The receptionist at checkout was also excellent, very considerately noticed I was carrying a lot of coins and offered to change for me to notes

We also saw Gundam light up at night and had fun completing the Gundam challenge. Will definitely return to stay in this area again

Location wise, you are on a smaller subway line which is very close, but you will need more time getting to Tokyo proper area

Very pleasant stay. Provided lots of bath amenities. Near 3 shopping centre. All walkable with 5-10 mins. Lots of children activities at the 3 malls. Beside mrt but not noisy at all. Very pretty views at night

Very spacious hotel, not just the rooms. But also the hotel lobby, car park and gym. It even has an art gallery. Staff has good English. They are helpful and sincere. Worth to stay again next time.

A view at the rainbow gate and Statue of Liberty is fascinating (22F). Mall Diver-City is 5 min walk

Monorail is coming every 5 min, 15 min and you’re on Shimbashi station, also an airport limousine bus departs straight from the hotel (15 min to HND T2) I think it’s better to live in 5star Daiba hotel for the similar money rather then Tokyo business hotels with 12m2 room where you can’t even open the suitcases, especially if you’re with the kids

We chose to stay here after a day of Disney. They have a buffet and dine in restaurant open for dinner for people like us, who check in after the Disney Park visit. The pace was spacious and clean

Great experience, family friendly and fantastic views to the bay shore. We stayed in a family room and was big for everyone. Kids loved decoration and activities.

It was a very enjoyable stay with good service from the staff. The location is very convenient. The only downside was delay in luggage pick up during check out and it was difficult alone with 3 pieces of luggage

Good location near Tochomae station so 1 stop from Shinjuku station. Not as busy as Shinjuku, but close enough to walk and experience that area.

There’s a 7/11 and Lawson located in the same building. Subway station conveniently also in the same building!

The location is superb because there are 2 train stations within walking distance. Almost all the hotel staff can speak fluent English and they are very helpful.

Nice rooms (standard size for Tokyo), very well located, the onsen is nice and the bar next door where you can watch sports while have a drink is a plus

Clean, modern and you get complimentary water every day. The big TV screen was pleasant but as all APA hotels in Japan, the desk and the bath room are really small. Consider another hotel if you're a big guy

The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioner easy to setup and unlike other hotels was actually setting the temperature of the room according to my setting. I frequently use APA with pleasure

It’s a great hotel to stay when visiting the Disney parks. With a free shuttle bus its very easy to commute

The view of the river was so nice. They even had a foot massager in the room. Gachapon room and small store inside the hotel was super convenient. I’m highly recommending this hotel to families!!! You will not regret it

I was a solo traveler and got the twin bed room. It's Japan, everything is going to be a tight fit, but everything is super clean and felt nice and polished. Onsen on the top floor was nice

Big thing it has going for it is the location right next to the Warp nightclup if you plan on clubbing past the time trains would be shut down

Plus, it has some separation from the streets with the African guys trying to get you into seedy bars

I love Apa, because it is standardized. I do not have to worry about nasty surprise. However this time some amenities are imperfect. namely, broken hair band and lack of water in the room on the first day.

My brother stayed in a different room and he is over 6’ so it was definitely small for him. Also very close to restaurants and the train station is down the street, plus convenience stores all around that are open late
