There's a MacDonald outlet for the junk food lovers within a few meters. Tokyo Tour pick up happens within a few meters. As was the dressing room and the toilet. The Cajun steak was spectacular

So if you are sensitive with those kind of things, you have to look for other places, but It’s Tokyo, I guess that would be same for everywhere else. So, all in all, highly recommended for the price

I chose a double room with Tokyo tower view and it was defo worth the extra charge. The breakfast was also very decent, it had pretty good details like salmon pieces in the salad

The location of the hotel was fabulous it was right next to one of the main train stations and close to plenty of other metro shops

Great hotel with spacious rooms. Good service. Breakfasts are expensive. Opposite the bus station there is a limousine bus with transfers to the airport for only 1000 yen.

Ideally located in the center of Tokyo, close to TCAT, easily to reach from both airport's. The hotel has a subway station in it's basement. The stuff is very helpful in every way possible

I always stay at this hotel. The lounge is so good and offers good service. The national emergency declaration was ended. So the top floor lounge reopened. Nice hntel.

I am disabled in a wheelchair and found the Shiba Park Hotel was perfect for all my needs. The beds, room size, room layout, facilities, location and cost. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble

the lobby is very welcoming with a very nice fountain. the bar is well stocked and very comfortable, the breakfast room is kept very clean and tidy, the breakfast buffet is excellent

Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms with amazing views, very well located, easy access to both Narita and Haneda via the Asakusa line which is about 8 minutes’ step-free walk through an underground passage.

I really enjoyed the heated mirror (never fogs up!) and the quality of the mattress. The amount of art being displayed around the hotel is wonderful and adds something to the experience that most hotels do not have

Came with amenities we hadn't considered, such as a razor, facial oil to clean off makeup, etc. Bathroom was clean and easy to usd and room was great, though small. No complaints as the bed and covers were soft and warm

our room was huge, huge bathroom, there was a living room, and hallway inside our room. with 2 double beds push together, that looked like a super king bed + size. looked almost like a presidential suite

Very nice hotel. Right near the Disney monorail Bayside station. Perfect when visiting Tokyo Disneyland or the Disney Sea Park. Service from the staff was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

We just used the pool and spa and it was great. The garden view was awesome so maybe go there at daytime.

When you get an extended checkout time (mines was 2PM), the mobile key still defaults anyways to stop working at the regular 12PM checkout time. - outdoor garden pool plays only one song on a continuous loop

For kids to use the kids play area you have to pay and the other attraction they have is an arcade 🤷🏻‍♀️ other than that stay all day at the Disney Parks

Wonderful and super helpful staff made my stay a memorable experience. Highly recommend their Pakko noodles (fried pork chop with bone) - it was very crunchy and surprised that it wasn’t salty and oily

Shibuya district close to everything, very convenient location, shops, restaurants, parks, metro. Rooms are quite big for Tokyo. Liked lounge at 35 floor with a great view over citi and afternoon tea and cocktails

About a 5 minute walk from Shibuya station! Great location! The night view from the room is also great! Great customer service! The rooms are clean! The convenience store on the second floor is also convenient! I will repeat to stay here whenever I stay in Shibuya! I didn't have time to go to the BAR this time, but the BAR is also my favorite because of the beautiful night view!

Cerulean Tower, the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Japan's central hub. Floor 36 was incredible, the staff are exceptional, and the atmosphere is intoxicating

Went back to this hotel where we had stayed over 35+ years to the roundevous Lounge in the main reception area, and had some lovely sandwiches and coffee. Great service as atmosphere and surprisingly reasonable.

There is a FedEx box on the first floor (to the left when you get in) - it is not very big, be careful with big boxes! Reception staff was very helpful, showed me the box, printed an additional page and was super supportive! 5 starts - big thank you!

The historical hotel in Tokyo that established since 1890's. it's located in the mid of business center and shopping area in Tokyo city. This luxurious hotel is very comfy and the staffs are very helpful

I cannot fault Grand Nikko Toyko Daiba on any aspect of our stay. The hotel is only a short easy walk from Daiba Station which is a short journey from Tokyo Station

Stayed in room 3018. Big clean room with awsome view. Service was exceptional. Short walking distance to a few differe t subway stations. Will definitely come back here again if I ever revisit tokyo.

Be aware that there are two towers and that the lobby is on upper floors for both hotels. This might be a surprise for some travelers. The gradens are very nice and the breakfast was well worth it

The employees are very helpful. To travel to food and shopping places you will need to catch the subway. They have restaurants and bars but expensive

I was disappointed with my experience, I travel quite a bit for business and booked a night on points. We were given a very small room with no coffee maker and no walk in shower

Grand lobby, fabulous location, and absolutely professional staff make this older hotel a good option for mid budget Tokyo travel. Rooms are on the small side and dated, but beds are top notch with delightful linens

They have put a lamp next to the raised bowl sink to help but this takes away space from the already tiny counter

Upon arrival I was greeted at the door. Staff help with luggage and showed me to the reception desk for check in. Hotel is currently under construction but noise/distractions are minimal

You could be knocked over with a feather with staff's hospitality. Mull over various possibilities about eclectic restaurant selection in the hotel. They have lore of pitmaster about Sushi

I would recommend staying here if your focus is going to the parks. We did not eat at the restaurant or try other facilities

Great location if you are going to Disney - you can walk from the hotel, although they do offer a shuttle to BaySide station where you get a monorail to the resort if you don't fancy a short walk

Great breakfast choice between traditional japanese and American continental. The restaurant is in the courtyard. The room facing outward have a great view on Tokyo bay

Best hotel for a stay near Tokyo Disneyland. They actually have a very spacious atrium type inside courtyard with half the room having a room to it

It is designed for earthquake, as everything in Japan. we had a tremor on the first night we stayed, the building swayed for a good 2 mn

Nice rooms (standard size for Tokyo), very well located, the onsen is nice and the bar next door where you can watch sports while have a drink is a plus

Clean, modern and you get complimentary water every day. The big TV screen was pleasant but as all APA hotels in Japan, the desk and the bath room are really small. Consider another hotel if you're a big guy

The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioner easy to setup and unlike other hotels was actually setting the temperature of the room according to my setting. I frequently use APA with pleasure

We had a day at Disneyland planned for the next day, so we were looking for a hotel nearby, and we were lucky as we were able to book the room on the same day, and had an extremely pleasant experience

Their buffets in the morning are incredible(2900yen plus per person). No wonder it is famous among foreigners. If you can't speak Japanese, no worries, the staff is good at speaking English

I was a solo traveler and got the twin bed room. It's Japan, everything is going to be a tight fit, but everything is super clean and felt nice and polished. Onsen on the top floor was nice

Big thing it has going for it is the location right next to the Warp nightclup if you plan on clubbing past the time trains would be shut down

Plus, it has some separation from the streets with the African guys trying to get you into seedy bars

I love Apa, because it is standardized. I do not have to worry about nasty surprise. However this time some amenities are imperfect. namely, broken hair band and lack of water in the room on the first day.

The room was quite tight but I guess it is quite common in Japan. The location however was great, quite central and very good if you enjoy nightlife!

My brother stayed in a different room and he is over 6’ so it was definitely small for him. Also very close to restaurants and the train station is down the street, plus convenience stores all around that are open late

Instead of yukata, they'll give you a set of Hawaiian style pants (not so short) and T-shirt to wear. You are free to wear the clothes within the hotel. Think about it like a room wear that you would wear in your house

Still, a quick breakfast or when you need a quick fix to your tummy (or your little ones), all you have to do is go to the first floor. I love it that they have a Disney shop selling things from the Disney resort

Mind you, what's being sold in Disney resort is different from those being sold at typical Disney store. The shop at the partner hotel, including this one, are all selling the things they sell in Disneyland

They have a pool and hot tub with an amazing view, a steam room, sauna, and Japanese style bath. The western breakfast buffet was very good. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to try the Japanese style breakfast

Descent hotel with great service You'll get special cake for your birthday if you joined their one harmony program It has been renovation construction for a long time and finally opened 2 years ago New look still retain it's traditional Japanese design and very stylish

Beautiful rooms after a very thoughtful renovation which combines traditional and modern. Extremely cosy and comfortable with 5* service. Wonderful views all the way to Tokyo bay.

The bar on the 41st floor had amazing views although I didn’t have the time for a drink there. The conference rooms were also well run and nice

You have the option of booking 45 minutes or 90 minutes, I would go for the latter otherwise it's a bit of a rush trying to eat your fill before your time runs out. Anyway, I great experience, highly recommended

I don't think this is a five star hotel, more like 3 1/2 stars. We stayed in the second largest room. The carpet should be replaced and the room smelled. a bit old? The lobby smells nice but the room smelled a bit musky

If you want an outdoor space while staying in Tokyo then it is definitely worth it. If you want a five star room, I recommend the Mandarin Oriental or Four Seasons instead

The room had a kitchen, but no pots or pans and the microwave was ancient. However, the service was good and the room's private garden and hot tub were so nice

This is not what I expected for the price you pay for this hotel. there were fees added on to everything! I chose Hilton b/c I am a Hilton Honors member and the nightly rate was a pretty good deal
