Shinagawa Prince Hotel

Pool: Pool
Also has some great views from the dining area on the top floor and there is a pool for the warmer months (not sure if you need to pay extra to access it though)
The most popular hotel in Shinagawa because if you want to get to Shinagawa Station, you just have to cross it. The hotel is divided into several towers, depending on the type of room you book
Affordable hotel and very centrally located (Shinagawa station is a main hub station - Shinkansen, JR lines and Keikyu). The hotel itself is OK, most staff speak English and there is a good level of service
Shinagawa Prince is situated in an excellent location. Just 3min walk from JR Shinagawa Station. The hotel room is clean and decently spacious. Because the hotel is extremely popular, it is advisable to book early
The hotel is also serviced by the Airport shuttle service right at the front entrance so it is extremely convenient. Overall, Shinagawa Prince is definitely one of the best location for a stay in Tokyo
We were unable to get a non-smoking room so had to be put up in a smoking room instead. On the second day, Shinagawa Prince assisted to switch our room to a non smoking floor without any fuss

One of the best beds I have ever slept on. Once you lie down you can’t help but fall asleep. Room and breakfast views were also splendid.
The staff were very helpful and always happy to help. Tokyo was a train ride but the shopping close to the hotel was great with good eating places
Polite and efficient staff. Nice and clean hotel rooms and good amenities. Would recommend!
Looks and feels like an upscale hotel with an affordable price. great for families who need the space. Super convenient shuttle buses and right next to the train station if that your choice of transportation
Conveniently located in front of Daiba station. Open buffet breakfast to suit varied palates. Shopping centre within walking distance. Room amenities are great. Very clean. Staff is highly commendable.
Free bus to Disney and complimentary mobile phone with calls and data included was very thoughtful to navigate Tokyo and keep in touch with other family member

This is my home for 14 days as part of the JET Programme. My room is spacious, clean, and homey. As for the food, it's a different story (nothing beats my wife's dishes)
Stylish, modern and spacious rooms. Very quiet, great views from the top floors. There are several restaurants downstairs and a little convenient store for your late night snacks
The hustle and bustle area (think izakayas and sushi) is a 5 minute walk nearby. If you can afford it, I highly recommend staying here, great for couples
What I love about staying in Keio Plaza Hotel is the view from my room not to mention the late night hot tub dips
Great stay, excellent location. Staff were fantastic as we needed a doctor during our stay. Very helpful
Amazing place to spend your weekend or to call home for a few days while in Tokyo

Clean rooms, front desk staff helpful and convenient location with good neighbor shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. Need to book reservations for the shuttle bus
They are very prompt, on time both going to Disney and returning to hotel. Morning breakfast buffet is great to start off the day. Ice machine available next to vending machine on each floor, mini fridge in room
1st time here. Work in the hotel industry. Staff are so friendly. Rooms are really good for a 3 star. Breakfast was great. Has it's own little supermarket "brilliant !"
Great hotel for the value. Large rooms which is good for a family outing.
A really good budget hotel! Definitely worth the visit!
The toilets are adequately sized though again the temperature control seems to be a little off leaving you wondering half the time if the heater is on since there are no heater switches anywhere within the room

Very nice hotel, reasonably priced, they offer lots of great amenities and the staff is very nice! The rooms are small but that’s expected in Japan. It’s very clean and close to metro line. Would 100% recommend! :)
Nice rooms (standard size for Tokyo), very well located, the onsen is nice and the bar next door where you can watch sports while have a drink is a plus
Clean, modern and you get complimentary water every day. The big TV screen was pleasant but as all APA hotels in Japan, the desk and the bath room are really small. Consider another hotel if you're a big guy
The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioner easy to setup and unlike other hotels was actually setting the temperature of the room according to my setting. I frequently use APA with pleasure
Excellent location, be prepared for the small rooms, even though they are immaculate. 👍
The checking with touchscreen console is easy and the express checkout even easier

Very service minded staff. Quiet rooms without disturbance from other guests. Big hotel. Excellent but pricy restaurant at top floor. Slightly overpriced breakfast unless you're up for fish, soup and vegetables...
The location of the hotel was fabulous it was right next to one of the main train stations and close to plenty of other metro shops
Fantastic staff, well located for anyone happy to use the subway system. Good value for money and worth the extra for the executive floor. The Maruca Group (Luxury Vacation Rentals USA)
Ideally located in the center of Tokyo, close to TCAT, easily to reach from both airport's. The hotel has a subway station in it's basement. The stuff is very helpful in every way possible
Great hotel with spacious rooms. Good service. Breakfasts are expensive. Opposite the bus station there is a limousine bus with transfers to the airport for only 1000 yen.
I always stay at this hotel. The lounge is so good and offers good service. The national emergency declaration was ended. So the top floor lounge reopened. Nice hntel.

Great service, clean hotel, and pretty good location. Overall a wonderful and clean hotel. The only dowside is that the fridge does make a bit of a sound; it's not completely silent
There is a nearby road that has a view straight down to Skytree. Nearby, there's also a nice mall and the train station is close. The hotel also has a shuttle to the airport
If it's hard for you to fall asleep because of noise, warning, there's the train tracks on one side of the hotel so you can hear the trains come in and leave
They helped us book spots for 8 people even though we wouldn't be staying the night before leaving to the airport
I'm a pretty sensitive sleeper yet it didnt bother me, but it may for others
We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and was pleased with our experience. The room was spacious and clean. Pretty close to the train station. There was also plenty of restraints and shopping close by.

Nice hotel, perfectly situated in the Haneda terminal. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Vending machines all over the building. Recommended!
Excellent location. I could catch the flight in the early morning. The room was clean and quiet.
Best hotel for an overnight stay in Haneda, plus they have a fantastic food section downstairs. Workers here are amicable and accommodating to your every need.
Great hotel right on the airport. Extremely clean and staff are very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast buffet is more in Japanese style, high quality food and lot of choice. Comfortable room, compared to other hotels in Tokyo i have been to, the rooms are quite big. The view from the room was spectacular
The service, room, and view was far better than I expected for such a reasonable price.
We stayed for five nights and would have stayed for longer but it was golden week and the hotel was booked out
The staff is amazing, the cleaning and the corona virus precautions is perfect.
The best hotel I have stayed at in Tokyo. Good location, directly connected to the train station. Very friendly staff, good English level and this hotel also offers room service for reasonable price
Fantastic view! Great service with a really cool room design compared to all the other hotels I've stayed at in Japan. The location is really good with a lot to do and see within a walk.

The customer service and commitment to quality always leave an outstanding impression when at the New Otani. And, membership in the New Otani Club just adds to the enjoyment. Staff are attentive and caring
I stayed one night at the "EDO ROOM" with free-stay gift. I especially love the hinoki bath. I think the room has been newly renovated recently
The rooms are clean and equipped with individually controlled central air conditioning. The cosmetic kit in the hotel is decent. Views from restaurants on the 1st and 44th floors
This hotel is amazing!! The best place I ever stayed at. I love the bathrooms and the heated toilets. The nature walk is beautiful.
So beautiful, is extremely big so be careful with not getting lost, the garden is really amazing, it has its own waterfall
Luxury hotel. Rooms are 350-400 dollars per night. But chic. There is a boutique where they sell real samurai swords

Perfect stop off for a break when flying in from the international airport. Makes connecting to train lines easier if you feel lost. There is also a small train station just across the street 40m it's easy to get too
The rooms were nice (we booked a twin room and a double room), with a decent amount of space if you have plenty of luggage. The breakfast area was nice, with a good selection (not too little, not too large)
Room is very clean. Staffs are very kind and supportive. They have a shuttle bus to Haneda Airport port. Also train station near by.
Very nice and comfortable hotel airport. If you are unable to wait for the free shuttle (varied pick up time depending on your terminal), you can take the train, 2 stops, and about 5 min walk from the station
If your confident to jump the underground you will link from here. Small amounts of food shops and nothing exciting to see
Very nice hotel - the rooms are great, the hotel to airport bus is a fantastic service. Very good value for money too!

I really enjoyed the heated mirror (never fogs up!) and the quality of the mattress. The amount of art being displayed around the hotel is wonderful and adds something to the experience that most hotels do not have
Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms with amazing views, very well located, easy access to both Narita and Haneda via the Asakusa line which is about 8 minutes’ step-free walk through an underground passage.
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around. The lobby is stunning & the rooms have amazing views of the city
The rooms are fairly simple but we stayed for 12 nights and were more than comfortable. I really enjoyed the heated mirror (never fogs up!) and the quality of the mattress
I ordered room service for dinner, and the food was delicious. The breakfast was also delicious! I can’t wait to stay here again, maybe in another artist room next time

They also give an additional tea packs with cute Japanese painting cover. They serves many kind of coffees, teas and complete amenities
The facilities are so-so, and I can't say it's a single room, and my stomach is punctured. The password changes every day, so it is necessary to contact the owner every day One geographic condition sweeps away everything
3 convenience stores right in front, as well as Don Quijote, a 10-minute walk away The subway doesn't even speak. The nearby Higashi-Ginza Station is the Higashi Line, and you can go anywhere in Tokyo
👍🗾🇯🇵🌏💎🛌💤
Hotel is quite dated and old. You could feel like carpet coming up when you rolled around in the chair in the room. Towel also had a slight stain on the night I arrived. 3 star hotel at best
You can walk to Ginza Station, Shiodome, Yurikamome, etc. There are restaurants and bars all around. There is a bridge around, and you can see all of the Tokyo Tower and Skytree

I love this hotel. Friendly staff and the room was perfect. The location is next to the train station, with I loved. The river is nearby, and several shops and restaurants.
First trip to Tokyo with my family for the USA., Great hotel clean, and nice staff, rooms are small. Will stay here again.

Best hotel for a stay near Tokyo Disneyland. They actually have a very spacious atrium type inside courtyard with half the room having a room to it
Great breakfast choice between traditional japanese and American continental. The restaurant is in the courtyard. The room facing outward have a great view on Tokyo bay
It is designed for earthquake, as everything in Japan. we had a tremor on the first night we stayed, the building swayed for a good 2 mn
In the US, everyone would have screamed in panic, here no problem as if nothing happened
JR舞浜駅からシャトルバスが出ていてイクスペアリやディズニーランドへ行きやすく、比較的にホテルが安価なのがいい。 ホテルの部屋も掃除が行き届いており全く問題なかった。
Great location near Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. Slightly expensive, 3200 yen, breakfast buffet. Only real complaint is the mattresses are a little hard but that's a common problem with Japanese hotels

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around. I've stayed in many hotels in Tokyo specifically in the Shinjuku area
Location and room were nice. Service was kinda non-responsive and unwelcoming.
All the usual amenities were provided - toothbrushes, razors, brush, etc. Our room did not offer a view of the city. If you would like a view, it doesn't hurt to ask when you check in
This was one of the smaller of hotels I've stayed in this area. However, it was big enough for two average size adults. The bathroom was also small, but enough room for one person

Very nice hotel and even has a bus that will take you to the Disney monorail station. From there it's just a couple of stops and your at the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland.
Sometimes I have a problem getting ice at a hotel, but this was super easy. You just call downstairs and they deliver it super fast
Great hotel to stay at while visiting Tokyo Disneyland. Cheaper than the official Disneyland hotel but still conveniently located in the resort precinct. Family friendly hotel with a classy old world charm
With covid there seems to be no demand for hotels or the parks nearby, which I recommend taking advantage of. The room was very clean and was super comfortable. The tub was an awesome relaxing area for me
our room was huge, huge bathroom, there was a living room, and hallway inside our room. with 2 double beds push together, that looked like a super king bed + size. looked almost like a presidential suite
The check-in was incredibly easy, and the checkout was a simple drop off of the cardboard scan keys. All the staff were kind and helpful, especially the ones who help me ship my luggage home

They even gave nail-clippers to keep when I discovered I had forgotten mine. The only thing I would have liked was a buffet breakfast option, but I think that’s available at their sister hotel Hotel Monterey Ginza nearby
The room was really tiny. for europeans it was a micro room
In a great location surrounded by fabulous restaurants and close to so many subway lines. There's a wonderful ramen shop right across the street of the front entrance. Go left and it's on your right on the corner
If you want a central location in Tokyo’s best and most chic shopping district and 15 minutes walk from Tokyo station and Marunouchi business district, this is the place
The rooms are small as this is premium real estate, but the staff will go to any lengths to accommodate your requests and answer questions in both English and Japanese
Room was small (I mean it's Tokyo though). Amazing bathroom, cute complimentary slippers, fresh bottled water daily, and staff speaks English

Accidentally booked my room for a different date but the staff was super nice about it, excellent service and super clean room!!
They were so nice and helpful with our bags and room change. Best hotel for English speaking tourists and there r many Japanese guests as well
Comes with an electric kettle, tea cups with tea and coffee, bathroom essentials (toothbrush, razor, comb, hair beret, etc. ), bathroom shoes, robe, flat screen tv, and charging plugs built into the headboard
Excellent hotel but most of all I loved the traditional Japanese breakfast which was a special touch.
Perfect for two adults! Your room might view a street, might view another building, but again, it's a city made of buildings and sky scrapers, not fields of majestic wildabeast charging across the plains
