Also has some great views from the dining area on the top floor and there is a pool for the warmer months (not sure if you need to pay extra to access it though)
Highly recommended! From the moment you walk in, the clerk will immediately start self-check-in. The location is very strategic as it is in the heart of Shinagawa
Affordable hotel and very centrally located (Shinagawa station is a main hub station - Shinkansen, JR lines and Keikyu). The hotel itself is OK, most staff speak English and there is a good level of service
This hotel is pretty awesome. The Annex tower is nice and clean, plus they have a bowling alley and aqua park in the hotel. Free cell phone in room? Didn't use it (not sure if there are hidden fees)
Shinagawa Prince is situated in an excellent location. Just 3min walk from JR Shinagawa Station. The hotel room is clean and decently spacious. Because the hotel is extremely popular, it is advisable to book early
The hotel is also serviced by the Airport shuttle service right at the front entrance so it is extremely convenient. Overall, Shinagawa Prince is definitely one of the best location for a stay in Tokyo

Stylish, modern and spacious rooms. Very quiet, great views from the top floors. There are several restaurants downstairs and a little convenient store for your late night snacks
This is my home for 14 days as part of the JET Programme. My room is spacious, clean, and homey. As for the food, it's a different story (nothing beats my wife's dishes)
The hustle and bustle area (think izakayas and sushi) is a 5 minute walk nearby. If you can afford it, I highly recommend staying here, great for couples
What I love about staying in Keio Plaza Hotel is the view from my room not to mention the late night hot tub dips
Great stay, excellent location. Staff were fantastic as we needed a doctor during our stay. Very helpful
Amazing place to spend your weekend or to call home for a few days while in Tokyo

The customer service and commitment to quality always leave an outstanding impression when at the New Otani. And, membership in the New Otani Club just adds to the enjoyment. Staff are attentive and caring
The rooms are clean and equipped with individually controlled central air conditioning. The cosmetic kit in the hotel is decent. Views from restaurants on the 1st and 44th floors
I stayed one night at the "EDO ROOM" with free-stay gift. I especially love the hinoki bath. I think the room has been newly renovated recently
This hotel is amazing!! The best place I ever stayed at. I love the bathrooms and the heated toilets. The nature walk is beautiful.
So beautiful, is extremely big so be careful with not getting lost, the garden is really amazing, it has its own waterfall
Luxury hotel. Rooms are 350-400 dollars per night. But chic. There is a boutique where they sell real samurai swords

With covid there seems to be no demand for hotels or the parks nearby, which I recommend taking advantage of. The room was very clean and was super comfortable. The tub was an awesome relaxing area for me
Great hotel to stay at while visiting Tokyo Disneyland. Cheaper than the official Disneyland hotel but still conveniently located in the resort precinct. Family friendly hotel with a classy old world charm
our room was huge, huge bathroom, there was a living room, and hallway inside our room. with 2 double beds push together, that looked like a super king bed + size. looked almost like a presidential suite
Clean, beautiful, and convenient hotel. Stayed here the night before my trip to DisneySea and will definitely stay here again. Got here on a Sunday afternoon to find that it was pretty deserted
The check-in was incredibly easy, and the checkout was a simple drop off of the cardboard scan keys. All the staff were kind and helpful, especially the ones who help me ship my luggage home
I think we were just lucky, found a deal on agoda, $140/night for 5 nights. we were thinking of an average hotel small room, since it's on site in Disney tokyo, to our surpirse

We just used the pool and spa and it was great. The garden view was awesome so maybe go there at daytime.
When you get an extended checkout time (mines was 2PM), the mobile key still defaults anyways to stop working at the regular 12PM checkout time. - outdoor garden pool plays only one song on a continuous loop
But indoor pool was the cloudiest (dirty) I’ve ever seen out of all of Japan’s resort hotel pools, community center, or school pools that I’ve been to so far (over 10)
Some small recommendations: - would be good to double check the water quality of the indoor pool. It was very cloudy and the visibility was only around 4-5 feet
Buffet lunch at Grand cafe was great. Room service food was great and reasonably priced. Outdoor Garden pool was great
Your good hotel deserves to be paired with better pool water :) - there’s a bug with the mobile key

In addition, I thought that there would be no cleaning because I used it for consecutive nights at this price, but I was surprised that the room was cleaned neatly and the amenities were replenished
It was a hotel that I wanted to use again because the service and cost performance were very good. I felt that the facility was a little old, but it was clean and well-maintained
Recently, there are many places that do not clean even if you stay for a long time, so I was grateful to have the room cleaned despite the price
It seems that there is also a Japanese-style room, so I would like to use it next time. This hotel is suitable for business and sightseeing
Bathroom is very small. Room is a bit small. Cleanliness is good. Breakfast is not variety. Close to train station.

Great hotel - clean, stylish and fun. High water pressure - ran a full bath in a few minutes
I remember this hotel very well , because I was lucky enough to stay in one of its wonderful rooms for More than a month between September and October in 1990 when I was a young student came from Saudi Arabia to study Nihon go 🙂
For those planning to stay 2 nights inclusive today. Not only is the hotel with excellent economic performance, but the reception is very friendly and helpful. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
The array of toiletries was crazy and refilled daily. The water pressure in the shower was brilliant and the hot water never run out. We left Tokyo for a few days and the hotel stored our luggage for free
We were also offered a late checkout for a reasonable price. The restaurant and shop in the hotel are expensive as are many of the local restaurants, but walk a few blocks and food is reasonable
Sizzler Restaurant, Tokyo Dome. Salad buffet with unlimited Garlic Toast. And a sizzling hot Grilled Fried. You can get free parking for 90 min. Express lunch, Salad Buffet and Solomon Grilled

Went back to this hotel where we had stayed over 35+ years to the roundevous Lounge in the main reception area, and had some lovely sandwiches and coffee. Great service as atmosphere and surprisingly reasonable.
There is a FedEx box on the first floor (to the left when you get in) - it is not very big, be careful with big boxes! Reception staff was very helpful, showed me the box, printed an additional page and was super supportive! 5 starts - big thank you!
The room, the services, the hospitality are so super excellent. The staffs/people were so polite so kind and full of smile!! Lucky me, could stay in this hotel for some work, at the day PM Abe State's Funeral
The historical hotel in Tokyo that established since 1890's. it's located in the mid of business center and shopping area in Tokyo city. This luxurious hotel is very comfy and the staffs are very helpful
interior hotel is also nice too. you can go to every city through train

And the hotel itself is really nice. I had a panorama room on the 33rd floor, and the view of the city was spectacular - especially at night. The room size is very typical of Japan - what we Europeans might find cramped
I travelled alone, and thus had no problems with a slightly smaller room - I could fit my luggage nicely, which is all that really matters to me. Room was nice and clean, staff was professional and helpful
Nice hotel, clean and comfort. Near shopping center. There is convenience store near hotel lobby on ground floor. Sometime if we are lucky we can see MtFuji far far away through the window of the room.
This is a good hotel with different options for rooms . There are vending machines in the hotel which is very convenient. The breakfast is not very good and I suggest not to include the breakfast .
Sunshine City offers a shopping center and aquarium as well as the hotel and an observation deck at the top floor. Everything you could possibly need, you can find within a short walk from the hotel
Clean rooms and nice staff, free WiFi and there are even free mobile devices to be used while staying there. You can also quickly check out by dropping your keys in a box

Worthy of five is in the center of Odaiba. Convenient to all the attractions around on foot practically. From the hotel there is a local bus and airport Limousines-very convenient. Weight kofeshek, good restaurants
Such an amazing hotel with luxury rooms. Staff was so friendly.Rooms are so clean and well organized. The breakfast was delicious (especially Japanese breakfast).
This hotel was amazing! It looks like a 5 star all around! It is conveniently located right off the subway! But the best thing about this hotel is they GIVE YOU A CELL PHONE during your stay! Coming from overseas my cell phone doesn't work but they give you a local cell phone equipped with everything! GPS, Google (it's an android phone) and everything any cell phone does! This hotel is simply stunning from a visual perspective and the professionalism of the staff pushes this hotel over the edge. If we find ourselves in Tokyo again we'll be making sure to stay at Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba

They are very prompt, on time both going to Disney and returning to hotel. Morning breakfast buffet is great to start off the day. Ice machine available next to vending machine on each floor, mini fridge in room
1st time here. Work in the hotel industry. Staff are so friendly. Rooms are really good for a 3 star. Breakfast was great. Has it's own little supermarket "brilliant !"
Clean rooms, front desk staff helpful and convenient location with good neighbor shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. Need to book reservations for the shuttle bus
The toilets are adequately sized though again the temperature control seems to be a little off leaving you wondering half the time if the heater is on since there are no heater switches anywhere within the room
Had good time during New year at Sotetsu Grand Fresa... It was nice stay with reasonable price tag with all facilities, easy transportation and nice view from Hotel room. felt very good place to refresh....
The rooms are considered spacious compared to some other hotels within the same tier and all the amenities are available. The air con is a common complain and I do see why

Stayed in room 3018. Big clean room with awsome view. Service was exceptional. Short walking distance to a few differe t subway stations. Will definitely come back here again if I ever revisit tokyo.
Nice, clean, conveniently located hotel with excellent service. There's some outstanding restaurants in the hotel and hotel is close to several metropolitan areas of Tokyo with great restaurants
Friendly staff, nice and well kept rooms. The hotel is huge and the garden is very beautiful. Location is not bad either, it's just a short walk to the subway station.
The employees are very helpful. To travel to food and shopping places you will need to catch the subway. They have restaurants and bars but expensive
Bar Capri had a reasonable price for food and if you smoke cigars that's a good place with higher end quality drinks

If you're a guest here you can have access (from 9 am to 8am) to a terrace on the 8th floor that allows you to go near him. At intervals during the day it roars and emits smokes from the mouth
Godzilla related goods are on sale on the lobby floor. I stayed in a room on the 18th floor and the view was amazing. The bathroom and shower room were great, with basic amenities
If you're afraid of heights this probably isn't for you. Pretty pricey for what it was, the shower and surrounding area was great but everything else was pretty standard
Super easy walk from Shinjuku station (east exit) and right in the heart of everything. Rooms were very clean but a bit small. Shower was huge relative to the room
Great hotel. The restaurant is very good too. Let's not forget this is the Godzilla hotel. It's a really cool attraction. It's also in the heart of the city.
Very comfortable and convenient hotel located in the heart of Shinjuku, in the Kabuki-cho district surmounted by a giant life-size (I think) Godzilla

The restaurants in the hotel include Michelin started restaurants and cuisine from across the world. The room itself features great views of Tokyo. The beds were comfortable with a variety of pillows available
After experiencing poor service in other hotels in Japan, Intercon was a breath of fresh air. They deliver exactly the level of service you expect. Helpful staff, punctual making up of the room
Would definitely stay here again
This is the best personal hotel I've ever seen with an excellent buffet. Not only the view of the hotel rooms are awesome, but also there are several recreation in different floors

Great experience, family friendly and fantastic views to the bay shore. We stayed in a family room and was big for everyone. Kids loved decoration and activities.
What a great stay. We decided to do Tokyo Disney for the holidays, and are very happy to have stayed here. The staff was top notch and the room was amazing.

They were very helpful with all of our requests. Large club lounge that was often busy, but had great views, good food and nice service. Something to note: pool required calling front desk to make appointment
Had the privilege to access the Executive Lounge and it was something to behold. Super friendly and helpful staff, breakfast in the lounge was full of enough pastry and savory foods without seeming wasteful
Next morning I couldn’t find it and although the Front desk head staff was a bit slow. The other lady at the front was super nice and brought it up to the room. Yuki Morning buffet is like a eating fest
すごく素晴らしいホテルですね。 Definitely has one of the most spacious lounges on the top floor. Rooms were clean and lots of room for Tokyo standards. Hilton absolutely delivers on good space and room design
The the fresh fruit was a very welcome sight especially in Japan where it is hard to come by. The room was very roomie for the 3 of us with plenty of walking space and general leg room
The bathrooms were also nice and full of amenities! I had an amazing experience here. I actually left my wallet on the sitting area I. Completely unaware because I was so busy
