This hotel is located at the center of Sinagawa. And we can reach the subway station within 10 minutes by walking. They cleared my room every day. Highly recommended.

Spent 2 weeks of my quarantine period at Keio Plaza Hotel. The facilities were fantastic, room cleaning was quick and attentive, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Amazing place to spend your weekend or to call home for a few days while in Tokyo.

Staying here for quarantine, and it's a great place, but the bento meals they serve (while they taste great) are served cold.

Amazing place. This is my home for 14 days as part of the JET Programme. My room is spacious, clean, and homey. It kinda reminds me of home. As for the food, it's a different story (nothing beats my wife's dishes). What I love about staying in Keio Plaza Hotel is the view from my room not to mention the late night hot tub dips.

When the room was cleaned by the staff, the garbage was not removed, the dirty dishes were not cleaned or replaced. Nothing was tidied, the way i expected from a hotel of this type. It seemed room cleaning, only meant making beds and cleaning the bathroom.

The complex is humongous! So many services and restaurants, you cannot make up your mind on which restaurant to choose. The buffet dinner in the restaurant at 17th floor is amazing. The Japanese garden is a gem!!!

Rooms are a great size. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great food shop on the ground floor and buffet breakfast. There is two shopping centres nearby with great food courts for lunch or dinner. There is a hotel courtesy bus directly to Disneyland and the nearest metro station throughout the day with public buses outside the other entrance.

It is good. There is almost everything inside. Nice view from the window on the ocean. There is a park near the hotel; an electric kettle, fridge, and USB join, a hair dryer, all the bathroom staff in the room. But if you are coming from Europe take care of the plug adapter 🔌. A decent hotel located in Chiyoda Area. A fair price for what you get. The staff is kind and always trying to help you. The taxis are outside lining up or Uber cars are around the area. 15 mins walk to the Old Tokyo.

It is within walking distance to metro and JR stations, and a family mart is just right across the hotel for us to catch a late night snack/ drink. The hotel also comes with a fitness centre, which is quite a rare find in Tokyo. It also comes with free use of washing machines and steam iron. Perfect for business travellers!

Hotel was easy to reach via Airport Limousine bus service. There were quite a few people checking when we arrived so it took us a while but made it to our room. The hotel is located within 10 minutes walk to Shinjuku Station. It’s so convenient to get the airport limousine bus from Narita airport, which stops right in front of the hotel. The family mart is right in the hotel building. However, I could not sleep well because of the sound of the metro running by every 10 seconds. The bed sheets are quite rough, not so soft.

One good reason to choose this hotel is its direct access by airport bus from NRT or HND right to the front door which is nice if you have heavy luggages. However, if you have take trains then be prepared for a 10 minutes walk. The room is smaller as advertised hence no surprises.

Staff was lovely and breakfast was amazing. The view from the 23rd floor was phenomenal. Definitely tripped over the step into the bathroom a few times, but one of our favourite hotels of our trip. Trip to major stations were a bit far, and we found some gunk in our shower head, but not a dealbreaker for the price.

This was a lovely hotel. Sometimes I have a problem getting ice at a hotel, but this was super easy. You just call downstairs and they deliver it super fast. The check-in was incredibly easy, and the checkout was a simple drop off of the cardboard scan keys. All the staff were kind and helpful, especially the ones who help me ship my luggage home. Very nice hotel and even has a bus that will take you to the Disney monorail station. From there it's just a couple of stops and your at the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland.

Nothing particularly wrong with the hotel overall, but I was quite disappointed that it had no swimming pool and only a tiny gym. The gym had just two treadmills and two exercise bikes, all crammed into a very small room with no air conditioning. For a five-star hotel with hundreds of rooms, this is far below expectations. Location: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 right directly across the street from Bayside Disney railway stop. One downside: no convenience store. We walked 7 minutes in the rain, to the Hilton. The Hilton has a huge Lawson supermarket in the first floor. I still give 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 because the first floor of Sheraton has Tostina, cafe which had delicious juices, salads, sandwiches and rice dishes to go.

I liked the location because you are kind of central to all the interesting places and Roppongi doesn't sleep. The rooms are really small. The toilet was too close to the wall and bath. Didn't like the service of this hotel. Compared to others they still have a lot to learn. Great service. Bot all of theme speaks English, but at least some do and even those that don't do their best and try. Single bedrooms are narrow which is totally fine. Everything about the room is good except for the loo. To use it you gotta sit in a bit of an awkward way IF you're an above average structured person (big). Located in Akasaka mitsuke, so a very good location as the 2 main tourist regions are easily accessible, with shinjuku and shibuya on one side and ginza, asakusa and ueno on the other. The staff are courteous and the rooms spacious although the layout of the hotel is a little bit difficult to navigate.

Very nice hotel. Staff was incredible. Be aware that there are two towers and that the lobby is on upper floors for both hotels. This might be a surprise for some travelers. The gradens are very nice and the breakfast was well worth it.

When we got here, My mother suffered from a migraine. The staff managed to get us a room for her to recover in for an hour before getting our rooms ready extra early at 11:00. They were very helpful and nice!
