Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Tokyo, Minato-ku, Takanawa 4-10-30 🧭 Map
Affordable hotel and very centrally located (Shinagawa station is a main hub station - Shinkansen, JR lines and Keikyu). The hotel itself is OK, most staff speak English and there is a good level of service. It does have quite good facilities surrounding it. Cinema, bowling alley, karaoke, food court & aquarium - all directly accessible without leaving the building. Also has some great views from the...
Beautiful hotel with any service you can think of available at this location. Additionally is right across the street from Shinagawa Station. Which makes it perfect to move around. Additionally, there are multiple shops and restaurants right outside of the hotel. While the rooms are kind of small (most rooms in Japanese hotels are) they include all the necessities needed. Lastly the rooms are always...
I stayed there twice for the LoveLive Hotel & Ticket Package for Aqours 5th Live and LoveLiveFes. The rooms are nothing special but they offer everything you’ll need and are well cleaned. The staff at the hotel is nice and always helpful. The whole hotel complex is huge and offers everything you’ll might need during your stay. Breakfast is also very enjoyable.
Highly recommended! From the moment you walk in, the clerk will immediately start self-check-in. The location is very strategic as it is in the heart of Shinagawa. The most popular hotel in Shinagawa because if you want to get to Shinagawa Station, you just have to cross it. The hotel is divided into several towers, depending on the type of room you book. As far as I know, the single room is in the...
This hotel is pretty awesome. The Annex tower is nice and clean, plus they have a bowling alley and aqua park in the hotel. Free cell phone in room? Didn't use it (not sure if there are hidden fees)
The room is very small. Good access to St. Shinagawa. I stayed there on business trip, and it'a enough for business trip usage.

Clean, neat, and convenient to subway station and local stores. Many options for breakfast and all good. A little bit pricy though.
Spent 2 weeks of my quarantine period at Keio Plaza Hotel. The facilities were fantastic, room cleaning was quick and attentive, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Amazing place to spend your weekend or to call home for a few days while in Tokyo.
Staying here for quarantine, and it's a great place, but the bento meals they serve (while they taste great) are served cold.
Amazing place. This is my home for 14 days as part of the JET Programme. My room is spacious, clean, and homey. It kinda reminds me of home. As for the food, it's a different story (nothing beats my wife's dishes). What I love about staying in Keio Plaza Hotel is the view from my room not to mention the late night hot tub dips.
Great stay, excellent location. Staff were fantastic as we needed a doctor during our stay. Very helpful
Pricey, but great hotel. Stylish, modern and spacious rooms. Very quiet, great views from the top floors. There are several restaurants downstairs and a little convenient store for your late night snacks. The hustle and bustle area (think izakayas and sushi) is a 5 minute walk nearby. If you can afford it, I highly recommend staying here, great for couples.
The hotel is close to a subway Bed was comfortable, lots of good toiletries. Room was clean Excellent customer service
When the room was cleaned by the staff, the garbage was not removed, the dirty dishes were not cleaned or replaced. Nothing was tidied, the way i expected from a hotel of this type. It seemed room cleaning, only meant making beds and cleaning the bathroom.

So beautiful, is extremely big so be careful with not getting lost, the garden is really amazing, it has its own waterfall
I stayed one night at the "EDO ROOM" with free-stay gift. It was fantastic. I especially love the hinoki bath. I think the room has been newly renovated recently. Only the problem is the hotel itself is very huge, so sometimes you might be lost.
This hotel is amazing!! The best place I ever stayed at. I love the bathrooms and the heated toilets. The nature walk is beautiful.
Impeccable service from outstanding staff. Makes European and American hotels feel mediocre. Good room and plenty of eating options.
The hotel is decent. We lived on the 33rd floor. The rooms are clean and equipped with individually controlled central air conditioning. Everything is working. The cosmetic kit in the hotel is decent. Views from restaurants on the 1st and 44th floors
Luxury hotel. Rooms are 350-400 dollars per night. But chic. There is a boutique where they sell real samurai swords

Rooms are a great size. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great food shop on the ground floor and buffet breakfast. There is two shopping centres nearby with great food courts for lunch or dinner. There is a hotel courtesy bus directly to Disneyland and the nearest metro station throughout the day with public buses outside the other entrance.
It is good. There is almost everything inside. Nice view from the window on the ocean. There is a park near the hotel; an electric kettle, fridge, and USB join, a hair dryer, all the bathroom staff in the room. But if you are coming from Europe take care of the plug adapter 🔌. It differs from the ones in Russia and Europe.
Comfortable, super clean hotel close to Disney Tokyo, now being used to house officials for the Olympics. I've been here before, will come back if I can!
The hotel is nice modern and affordable, all staff are really kind and delivers a great "omotenashi" service, parking is available, rooms has optional themes, spacious and tidy with very large double king beds, rooms view has basicaly two options, the Tokyo bay side or the opposite where the rooms faces the local westernized cemetery, which is not too bad, however, funeral services can be seem from...
Good service, very nice Restaurant. Thank you so much for your service during the Pre game training from Portugal team, canoë slalom. You respect very well all our request
Great view! I loved how close it was to the sea. The shuttle bus to and from Disney Resort was okay, but wish the times were more convenient.

The rooms were a bit small but clean and comfortable. As I don't like using air conditioning, the fact that I could open the windows (if only slightly) even high up a multi-storey building was bonus. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel had a pâtisserie downstairs.
This was my second stay. I stayed at the East Wing Family with my wife and two daughters. It was a spacious 37 square meter room with two beds and two couches. For $140, it was a bargain to stay in a hotel of this class. I would definitely stay here again.
Very comfortable bed in superior rooms but I'd expect to have a better view over the city in this kind of upper class room. The view was just the annex building on the other side. Streaming services and English menu available on TV was great!
Stayed at one of their renovated rooms. They offer YouTube and Netflix on their smart TV which is a big plus for me!
Edmond on food ❗ I used it at a wedding. Exquisite presentation and taste that is considered by the general public and food lovers to be delightful enough to welcome all diners for their satisfaction. Very pleased from one and a half years old to an old man over ninety ❗ The ceremony was calm and ended successfully. He said he was able to spend three days comfortably at the hotel. Yes, you can find a room in very affordable price. One short coming of the rooms are you can't open the windows. Some time you feel difficulties to take breath.
Great location (in Shinjuku area, next to Tokyo metropolitan building). The rooms are clean but small.
There are shops and a bunch of restaurants in the hotel building. Awesome view from the restaurant on the top floor. The rooms are clean, compact, but everything is there. Good location.
Great location with a convenience store at the first floor. The hotel also allows guests to purchase airport limousine tickets to the airports while checking in. Do book a double guest room as the rooms for a single guest can be small. Value for money. You also have the option to choose smoking or non smoking floors. Cons of this place: the ac can be a little stuffy but otherwise great value for money
Shinjuku Washington Hotel, Tokyo. No Reservation Costs. Great Rates. Special Offers. Low Rates. Great Availability. Amenities: Free Wifi, Parking, Non Smoking Rooms, 24 Hour Front Desk.
This place is an amazing hotel. Once you arrive at the airport, you can make your way to the bus booking desk and through there you can request tickets that are around $13 (cad) to shuttle you directly to this hotel. Once you arrive, you make your way to the lobby and with friendly English speaking staff it’s super easy. The rooms aren’t super spacious but they’re considerably big for Tokyo. They also...

Great stay. I'm amazed at how welcoming everyone is at the reception. Sadly, because of my fault I miss the complimentary breakfast when I stayed there. I've stayed at many hotels and this is probably the cleanest smelling one. Im the type to request to have the rooms changed if I smell any hint of smoke.
Good location . Near three different lines. Many restaurants within walking distance. Hotel offers a breakfast which is not fancy but more than adequate. Rooms are small but comfortable. WiFi access is good. Prices were competitive and staff friendly. Lawson in lobby
Excellent location which is only 3 min. walk to the subway and 5-10 min. walk to Tokyo Tower. Room is a little bit small but new and clean. The design of the bathtub is great which make showering very cozy. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Well recommended.
Small but very clean. I loved the convenience of having a small market off the lobby. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I only wish there was more bottled water accessible. I received only one bottle over 5 days.

This was a lovely hotel. Sometimes I have a problem getting ice at a hotel, but this was super easy. You just call downstairs and they deliver it super fast. The check-in was incredibly easy, and the checkout was a simple drop off of the cardboard scan keys. All the staff were kind and helpful, especially the ones who help me ship my luggage home. Overall just a great five-star experience.
Clean, beautiful, and convenient hotel. Stayed here the night before my trip to DisneySea and will definitely stay here again. Got here on a Sunday afternoon to find that it was pretty deserted. With covid there seems to be no demand for hotels or the parks nearby, which I recommend taking advantage of. The room was very clean and was super comfortable. The tub was an awesome relaxing area for me...
Great hotel, the rooms are huge and have great views. The hotel restaurant is also Oishi. Highly recommend.
Very nice hotel and even has a bus that will take you to the Disney monorail station. From there it's just a couple of stops and your at the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland.
Gorgeous hotel and very generous staff. Our room was exceptional, every little detail was thought about and accommodated.
Great Location, close to Bayside station with free shuffle bus. There are both convenient store & Disney store near the lobby. Breakfast is delicious, the omelet is superb. The room is fine. Highly recommended.

Wonderful and super helpful staff made my stay a memorable experience. Highly recommend their Pakko noodles (fried pork chop with bone) - it was very crunchy and surprised that it wasn’t salty and oily. Some small recommendations: - would be good to double check the water quality of the indoor pool. It was very cloudy and the visibility was only around 4-5 feet. Your good hotel deserves to be paired...
Buffet lunch at Grand cafe was great. Room service food was great and reasonably priced. Outdoor Garden pool was great. But indoor pool was the cloudiest (dirty) I’ve ever seen out of all of Japan’s resort hotel pools, community center, or school pools that I’ve been to so far (over 10).
Nice western style hotel with very comfortable beds and easy access to the Disney parks. Food; Buffet breakfast was great, my kids love it! But I will recommend more options (combini) around the hotel for easy snacks during the day for kids and adults. Pools; Were all closed during my stayed 6/23 to 6/26, very disappointed for kids who wanted to enjoy their afternoons in the water in a family hotel...

Good location, clean and affordable. Loads of nice restaurants close by. The subway is located within a couple of minutes walk. The room are small and suits good for single travellers or couples. But maybe not the best option though if you travel with a baby. Rated the hotel 3 instead of 4 due to the fact that we had to pay extra to check in to the room 1:30pm (after a long flight with a baby) even...
I liked the location because you are kind of central to all the interesting places and Roppongi doesn't sleep. The rooms are really small. The toilet was too close to the wall and bath. Didn't like the service of this hotel. Compared to others they still have a lot to learn. Every time we asked for something they couldn't understand half of it and even when they did, they would ask us to do it ourselves
Great service. Bot all of theme speaks English, but at least some do and even those that don't do their best and try. Single bedrooms are narrow which is totally fine. Everything about the room is good except for the loo. To use it you gotta sit in a bit of an awkward way IF you're an above average structured person (big). Totally recommending it as it is a bit in the middle of everything in Tokyo

Best locations to be in, this luxury hotel has one of best services in Japan’s top notched level. Rooms are small but expected of Tokyo’s. Easy to get around.
About a 5 minute walk from Shibuya station! Great location! The night view from the room is also great! Great customer service! The rooms are clean! The convenience store on the second floor is also convenient! I will repeat to stay here whenever I stay in Shibuya! I didn't have time to go to the BAR this time, but the BAR is also my favorite because of the beautiful night view!
Still a favorite for location rooms and hotel itself starting to look dated could do with a freshen up
Cerulean Tower, the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Japan's central hub. Floor 36 was incredible, the staff are exceptional, and the atmosphere is intoxicating. The greatest memories of my life were made here, and I'll be back. I love Japan.
Modern, functional rooms with somewhat limited space. Comfortable bed with down quilt and two optional pillows, one memory foam and one down/buckwheat. Easy to use lighting and temperature control. Well equipped, spacious bathroom. Efficient elevators transport you to a great sky bar or to the ground floor dining. Western style or local breakfast options. Great staff!
Shibuya district close to everything, very convenient location, shops, restaurants, parks, metro. Rooms are quite big for Tokyo. It’s quiet in the hotel. Great hotel - clean, stylish and fun. High water pressure - ran a full bath in a few minutes. Had to request a knife at breakfast as all the tables were oddly only set with forks, spoons and chopsticks! A knife is a must for bacon and eggs but just minor point. Recommend.
I remember this hotel very well , because I was lucky enough to stay in one of its wonderful rooms for More than a month between September and October in 1990 when I was a young student came from Saudi Arabia to study Nihon go 🙂
For those planning to stay 2 nights inclusive today. Not only is the hotel with excellent economic performance, but the reception is very friendly and helpful. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The historical hotel in Tokyo that established since 1890's....it's located in the mid of business center and shopping area in Tokyo city... This luxurious hotel is very comfy and the staffs are very helpful...interior hotel is also nice too... you can go to every city through train...
It would be excellent if we could have been provided with a king-size bed room. There was none available. I understand Japanese couple preferred twins. In other parts of Asia, couples preferred to sleep together in the same bed.
The room, the services, the hospitality are so super excellent. The staffs/people were so polite so kind and full of smile!! Lucky me, could stay in this hotel for some work, at the day PM Abe State's Funeral. Success all the way Imperial Hotel Tokyo!!
There is a FedEx box on the first floor (to the left when you get in) - it is not very big, be careful with big boxes! Reception staff was very helpful, showed me the box, printed an additional page and was super supportive! 5 starts - big thank you!
Large rooms, central (okay) location. Good for business meetings. Rooms are large for Japan but the hotel in general feels opulent 80s.
