But maybe not the best option though if you travel with a baby. I liked the location because you are kind of central to all the interesting places and Roppongi doesn't sleep. The rooms are really small. The toilet was too close to the wall and bath. Didn't like the service of this hotel. Compared to others they still have a lot to learn. Every time we asked for something they couldn't understand half of it and even when they did, they would ask us to do it ourselves

Great service. Bot all of theme speaks English, but at least some do and even those that don't do their best and try. Single bedrooms are narrow which is totally fine. Everything about the room is good except for the loo. To use it you gotta sit in a bit of an awkward way IF you're an above average structured person (big). Totally recommending it as it is a bit in the middle of everything in Tokyo

Had good time during New year at Sotetsu Grand Fresa... It was nice stay with reasonable price tag with all facilities, easy transportation and nice view from Hotel room. felt very good place to refresh....

Not too bad for what is on offer. As with most hotels, there is a convenience shop either close by or within the premises. The rooms are considered spacious compared to some other hotels within the same tier and all the amenities are available. The air con is a common complain and I do see why. There seems to be erratic temperature fluctuations even though there is a thermostat. Dun expect the same...

1, There is no air conditioning in the room with sealed window! You feel like staying in a box cannot breathing! After you take shower (with no fan working), you feel like living in a steam room. There is no air in and out 2, if you have no computer, you have to pay ¥100 ($1.3) per 10 minutes to use their slow PC on the lobby. I changed my review from 2 to 4 starts because we got another nicer room...

Hotel and restaurants are quite beautiful. Rooms are average quality but are larger than a usual business hotel. Smoking and non smoking rooms available. Staff is very friendly.

Enjoyed my solo trip and booked this hotel for 4 days. The smell was good and it was in the centre of train stations which was convenient.

Tiny cozy and clean room in a premium location in Odaiba. Easy check in and friendly staff.

Hotel has a nice view of Tokyo Bay. My room got a view of Rainbow Bridge which is beautiful for both day and night time. Room is larger than some other hotels in Tokyo but the location is a bit far from the city. Just closed to Odaiba and TeamLabs. Breakfast is good with variety choices. If you like sashimi, this hotel is a right choice for you

very nice onsen spa place here, we got enjoy a lot, most important is the great breakfast, I like the ikura can refill nonstop , happy with that , also miss that a lot

Great hotel near Toyosu fish market with roof top outdoor hot springs. The room is spacious, clean and provides all the necessary amenities.

I was a solo traveler and got the twin bed room. It's Japan, everything is going to be a tight fit, but everything is super clean and felt nice and polished. Bathroom was awesome. Onsen on the top floor was nice. Big thing it has going for it is the location right next to the Warp nightclup if you plan on clubbing past the time trains would be shut down. I love Apa, because it is standardized. I do not have to worry about nasty surprise. However this time some amenities are imperfect. namely, broken hair band and lack of water in the room on the first day.

I am currently staying here as part of Japan's mandatory quarantine program for foreign travelers. Quite a distance to walk from Shinjuku station 830m provided you exit from the correct station exit point. Relatively, accomodating for travellers to keep your luggage till check in at 3pm. Do plan your arrival timing as close to check in timing. This is the part I find not flexible.

Location are super good! near Shinjuku station. Might need to walk a little around 10mins but straight from exit. Surrounded by Hotel and Business building which feel safe at night. And room was very clean. Only one thing is no escalator to go down stair. Since hotel lobby at 2nd floor. So, when checked out with big luggage might be a bit hard.

Convenient location with free shuttle bus service and shops and car rental shops nearby. Hassle free check in and out. Our room was however too crammed with 4 beds. we keep knocking here and there and even accidentally kicked the bed frame and injured my toe. Shuttle bus may be packed so good to be ready and wait early.

I stayed at Henn na Hotel Haneda and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, with a free shuttle bus to Haneda Airport. Near Haneda airport and provide free shuttle bus which is very convenient for us as we reach late night around 10.30pm. Room is small but normal for Tokyo area. We just stay overnight and head to other place nearer to centre the next morning.

Very small rooms, this is APA's signature, but I was not prepared. No wardrobe just coat hangers on the wall. Restrooms are great. AC is centralized, so any given day it's either hot air or cold air. You can take it, or you can deny it. You can't get cold air if today AC is set to "hot" for whole building. The view from the top terrace is great! The Onsen is great! Though and there are not many English...

The hotel looks beautiful, is spotless clean and offers good value for money. The rooms are however are VERY small. I think I would not bother when traveling alone, but as a couple with large bags it is really inconvenient. The smart interior design of the room and it's gadgets make up a bit.

Nice hotel in Asakusa, located in a nice neighbourhood, very close to various grocery stores. The hotel rooms have a private fridge and airconditioning.

Nice and cozy hotel in the center of Asakusa. Near the metro and the temple. The position is really the strength point of these hotel. The room are really small but clean and equipped with every thing needed. I would highly recommend it for who want a bed for visiting the city a couple of days.

The location is awesome, literally opposite the Gotanda station, which is part of JR line (great for JR pass holders). 15 mins by trains to everywhere: Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc. There’s also a family mart literally attached to the hotel, great to stock up on drinks and food at late night. The staffs were very helpful when I asked for non-smoking room and I upgraded to a bigger room from 2nd night onwards...

Rooms are tiny. I couldn't even open my luggage. My room was near the elevator so was very noisy. Very clean and staff was friendly. Convince store is just downstairs. Restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. Easy to find just across the street from Gotonda station.

A budget-friendly stay in a quiet Tokyo neighborhood. Rooms are small but clean and well-equipped with everything you need, including a mini fridge and microwave. Close to Kameido Station, so getting around is easy. Great for travelers who want a simple, comfortable base without breaking the bank.

We stayed 6 nights here. It is overall like Airbnb. There is no room cleaning unless for extra fee. You may borrow vacuum at front desk if needed. Towels and bedsheets can be exchange for new linens at front desk. There is a nearby mall (Kameido Clock) which has many stores and restaurants.

Not impressed by the room compared to the pictures. They shoved two bed into a single room. No space to move. The shower was so small that you banged knees on sinks when getting in and out of the bathroom. No space to keep luggage. Having to organise suitcases in the bed and they don’t clean the rooms daily. Not the place to stay. Other my stays are much better so avoid this one.

A decent hotel with all necessary amenities but a bit small for couple. Love the shopping mall that is just a stone's throw from it, which makes it very convenient. The train station is also a walking distance from the Mall.

I think this hotel has a great quality in terms of their quite cheap prices during the holiday season. The rooms are comfy with the typical Japanese hotel room--which is small compared to the hotel at the rest of the world. The size is an OK considering you just need a place to sleep. Great hotel. Excellent location

I spent three nights there and it's a really cool hotel. Located slightly out of the busiest areas of Tokyo, you're rather sure not to be bothered by noise at night. Rooms are rather small, but nothing particular given Japanese standards. Everything is clean, and cleaned everyday, with fresh towels and sheets. Definitely enjoyable. Also the breakfast is delicious and quite diverse.
