Great stay. I'm amazed at how welcoming everyone is at the reception. Sadly, because of my fault I miss the complimentary breakfast when I stayed there. I've stayed at many hotels and this is probably the cleanest smelling one. Im the type to request to have the rooms changed if I smell any hint of smoke.

Excellent location which is only 3 min. walk to the subway and 5-10 min. walk to Tokyo Tower. Room is a little bit small but new and clean. The design of the bathtub is great which make showering very cozy. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Well recommended.

Small but very clean. I loved the convenience of having a small market off the lobby. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I only wish there was more bottled water accessible. I received only one bottle over 5 days.

I liked the location because you are kind of central to all the interesting places and Roppongi doesn't sleep. The rooms are really small. The toilet was too close to the wall and bath. Didn't like the service of this hotel. Compared to others they still have a lot to learn. Every time we asked for something they couldn't understand half of it and even when they did, they would ask us to do it ourselves

Great service. Bot all of theme speaks English, but at least some do and even those that don't do their best and try. Single bedrooms are narrow which is totally fine. Everything about the room is good except for the loo. To use it you gotta sit in a bit of an awkward way IF you're an above average structured person (big). Totally recommending it as it is a bit in the middle of everything in Tokyo

The rooms are considered spacious compared to some other hotels within the same tier and all the amenities are available. The air con is a common complain and I do see why. Clean rooms, front desk staff helpful and convenient location with good neighbor shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. Need to book reservations for the shuttle bus. They are very prompt, on time both going to Disney and returning to hotel. Morning breakfast buffet is great to start off the day. 1, There is no air conditioning in the room with sealed window! You feel like staying in a box cannot breathing! After you take shower (with no fan working), you feel like living in a steam room. There is no air in and out 2, if you have no computer, you have to pay ¥100 ($1.3) per 10 minutes to use their slow PC on the lobby. I changed my review from 2 to 4 starts because we got another nicer room...

Hotel and restaurants are quite beautiful. Rooms are average quality but are larger than a usual business hotel. Smoking and non smoking rooms available. Staff is very friendly.

A short walk to shijoMae station at Toyosu, very convenient to take regular monorail Yurikamome to shinbashi station where you can travel to any other stations in centre tokyo. Excellent buffet breakfast with variety of dishes. Beautifully architecture onsen baths and showers. Will definitely come back next time in tokyo again.

There were some free soba noodles for supper which were a cute addition and a lovely way to end the day after the hot springs. The included breakfast was also good quality although we had to tolerate the long waits. The hotel is a bit out of the way but it had a beautiful view of the Bay.

6 nights at this hotel. Huge hotel with 400+ rooms. Great amenities with a big hit springs bath, free noodles at night and a nice bar with great view on Tokyo bay. My room was nice, quite large for Tokyo standards. Separated toilets and Japanese style bathroom. Great internet connection. Also very near to Shijo Mae station on the yurikamone line. (April 2022) Excellent room and onsen ruined by hellish queues at the evening soba bar (30 mins or so) and upon checking out (including at the elevators; no staircases available, making it impossible for guests on lower floors to get to the lobby).

I was a solo traveler and got the twin bed room. It's Japan, everything is going to be a tight fit, but everything is super clean and felt nice and polished. Bathroom was awesome. Onsen on the top floor was nice. Big thing it has going for it is the location right next to the Warp nightclup if you plan on clubbing past the time trains would be shut down. I love Apa, because it is standardized. I do not have to worry about nasty surprise. However this time some amenities are imperfect. namely, broken hair band and lack of water in the room on the first day.

Went here for my quarantine (2 weeks) at Kameido Hotel P2. The place was neat, tidy and you got a laundry room and also 2 vending machines downstairs. The room got a microwave, a refrigerator, a humidifier, a kettle and several essential things. Wifi was available and fast. All in all, it was pretty good overall.

Mystays is a choice if you are travelling backpack. We reserved a room for 2 people, but its quite small because we bring lots of baggage. I love this chain of hotels. The only downside is that they don’t clean your rooms daily (you still get new towels and they clear the trash). The restaurant and bakery are super convenient to have on-site. Great pricing. Super trendy.
