Great stay. I'm amazed at how welcoming everyone is at the reception. Sadly, because of my fault I miss the complimentary breakfast when I stayed there. I've stayed at many hotels and this is probably the cleanest smelling one. Im the type to request to have the rooms changed if I smell any hint of smoke.
Good location . Near three different lines. Many restaurants within walking distance. Hotel offers a breakfast which is not fancy but more than adequate. Rooms are small but comfortable. WiFi access is good. Prices were competitive and staff friendly. Lawson in lobby
Excellent location which is only 3 min. walk to the subway and 5-10 min. walk to Tokyo Tower. Room is a little bit small but new and clean. The design of the bathtub is great which make showering very cozy. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Well recommended.
Small but very clean. I loved the convenience of having a small market off the lobby. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I only wish there was more bottled water accessible. I received only one bottle over 5 days.

Good location, clean and affordable. Loads of nice restaurants close by. The subway is located within a couple of minutes walk. The room are small and suits good for single travellers or couples. But maybe not the best option though if you travel with a baby. Rated the hotel 3 instead of 4 due to the fact that we had to pay extra to check in to the room 1:30pm (after a long flight with a baby) even...
I liked the location because you are kind of central to all the interesting places and Roppongi doesn't sleep. The rooms are really small. The toilet was too close to the wall and bath. Didn't like the service of this hotel. Compared to others they still have a lot to learn. Every time we asked for something they couldn't understand half of it and even when they did, they would ask us to do it ourselves
Great service. Bot all of theme speaks English, but at least some do and even those that don't do their best and try. Single bedrooms are narrow which is totally fine. Everything about the room is good except for the loo. To use it you gotta sit in a bit of an awkward way IF you're an above average structured person (big). Totally recommending it as it is a bit in the middle of everything in Tokyo

It was a hotel that I wanted to use again because the service and cost performance were very good. I felt that the facility was a little old, but it was clean and well-maintained. In addition, I thought that there would be no cleaning because I used it for consecutive nights at this price, but I was surprised that the room was cleaned neatly and the amenities were replenished. Recently, there are many...
Bathroom is very small. Room is a bit small. Cleanliness is good. Breakfast is not variety. Close to train station.

1st time here. Work in the hotel industry. Staff are so friendly. Rooms are really good for a 3 star. Breakfast was great. Has it's own little supermarket "brilliant !"
Had good time during New year at Sotetsu Grand Fresa... It was nice stay with reasonable price tag with all facilities, easy transportation and nice view from Hotel room. felt very good place to refresh....
Not too bad for what is on offer. As with most hotels, there is a convenience shop either close by or within the premises. The rooms are considered spacious compared to some other hotels within the same tier and all the amenities are available. The air con is a common complain and I do see why. There seems to be erratic temperature fluctuations even though there is a thermostat. Dun expect the same...
Clean rooms, front desk staff helpful and convenient location with good neighbor shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. Need to book reservations for the shuttle bus. They are very prompt, on time both going to Disney and returning to hotel. Morning breakfast buffet is great to start off the day. Ice machine available next to vending machine on each floor, mini fridge in room.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Was very clean and in a good location. Price was vary reasonable. Not a lot of amenities but most businesses hotels don't have a lot. Rooms are average size for a business hotel but may seem very small to western visiters.

Great location but Tiny rooms but expected in ginza. Has small massage chair which is surprisingly good to use! Shower is excellent and water is therapeutic. Can get tons of additional pillows for comfort. We got two firm one standard and one soft per person. The place does allow smoking inside on certain levels. Free two bottles of water every day. 1, There is no air conditioning in the room with sealed window! You feel like staying in a box cannot breathing! After you take shower (with no fan working), you feel like living in a steam room. There is no air in and out 2, if you have no computer, you have to pay ¥100 ($1.3) per 10 minutes to use their slow PC on the lobby. I changed my review from 2 to 4 starts because we got another nicer room...
Hotel and restaurants are quite beautiful. Rooms are average quality but are larger than a usual business hotel. Smoking and non smoking rooms available. Staff is very friendly.

Very nice hotel, reasonably priced, they offer lots of great amenities and the staff is very nice! The rooms are small but that’s expected in Japan. It’s very clean and close to metro line. Would 100% recommend! :)
Usual APA Hotel. Clean, modern and you get complimentary water every day. The big TV screen was pleasant but as all APA hotels in Japan, the desk and the bath room are really small. Consider another hotel if you're a big guy. A short walk to shijoMae station at Toyosu, very convenient to take regular monorail Yurikamome to shinbashi station where you can travel to any other stations in centre tokyo. Excellent buffet breakfast with variety of dishes. Beautifully architecture onsen baths and showers. Will definitely come back next time in tokyo again.
There were some free soba noodles for supper which were a cute addition and a lovely way to end the day after the hot springs. The included breakfast was also good quality although we had to tolerate the long waits. The hotel is a bit out of the way but it had a beautiful view of the Bay.
6 nights at this hotel. Huge hotel with 400+ rooms. Great amenities with a big hit springs bath, free noodles at night and a nice bar with great view on Tokyo bay. My room was nice, quite large for Tokyo standards. Separated toilets and Japanese style bathroom. Great internet connection. Also very near to Shijo Mae station on the yurikamone line. The down side would the slow service at the reception...
Nice place to stay and also cheapest price in a regular days they serve buffet and they have clean rooms
(April 2022) Excellent room and onsen ruined by hellish queues at the evening soba bar (30 mins or so) and upon checking out (including at the elevators; no staircases available, making it impossible for guests on lower floors to get to the lobby).
Very friendly staff and rooms are surprisingly spacious. (I stayed in the regular room) Note that the pool costs an extra ¥2200 per person , and is open from 3PM-10PM. Would be great if they can make it easier for guests to use the pool and onsen after checkout. The challenge right now is that the pool closes 10PM the night prior to checkout, and only reopens from 3PM onwards the following day. The...

I was a solo traveler and got the twin bed room. It's Japan, everything is going to be a tight fit, but everything is super clean and felt nice and polished. Bathroom was awesome. Onsen on the top floor was nice. Big thing it has going for it is the location right next to the Warp nightclup if you plan on clubbing past the time trains would be shut down. Plus, it has some separation from the streets...
I love Apa, because it is standardized. I do not have to worry about nasty surprise. However this time some amenities are imperfect. namely, broken hair band and lack of water in the room on the first day.
The room was quite tight but I guess it is quite common in Japan. The location however was great, quite central and very good if you enjoy nightlife!

I am currently staying here as part of Japan's mandatory quarantine program for foreign travelers. APA hotel rooms are for business travelers and the rooms themselves are very small, in fact the bed is too small for my body so my feet hang off a bit and the blanket doesn't cover my toes. My major gripe this morning as a quarantined guest, is that they will not provide us with instant coffee. Quarantined...
Stayed here for a week and I will definitely be staying here again in the future. Staff is friendly and I was able to communicate with them easily. Hotel is very modern and clean. My brother stayed in a different room and he is over 6’ so it was definitely small for him...
The hotel was good enough for our 8-day stay. Good neighbourhood that’s less tourist-like and with more locals. The hotel service itself is pretty good and the rooms are new and clean. Good location with lots of restaurants and watering holes. There are also 2 convenience stores nearby that work well for travellers. The spa at the 20th floor is a nice touch too. Went here for my quarantine (2 weeks) at Kameido Hotel P2. The place was neat, tidy and you got a laundry room and also 2 vending machines downstairs. The room got a microwave, a refrigerator, a humidifier, a kettle and several essential things. Wifi was available and fast. All in all, it was pretty good overall.
Their Service Is Excellent. Neat, Clean & Quite comfortable environment. Every room is filled up with essential things. One can enjoy good view through the window.
Mystays is a choice if you are travelling backpack. We reserved a room for 2 people, but its quite small because we bring lots of baggage. The hotel suits for the backpackers who dont need a lot of baggage. Beside the rent is quite cheap, there are convinient store nearby and a walking distance to Kameido Station.
Excellent location to explore Tokyo from. Small walk (less than 5 mins) to the train station and the main area of kameido, but far enough away to be peaceful. There is a lawson convenience store right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. Rooms are small, which is to be expected in tokyo but they suffice. Pillows and mattress are tough though, with no softer options, this is my only gripe but...
Room is small but clean. Our package didn't come with daily room cleaning service. Breakfast choices were limited but acceptable for this price range.
Comfortable hotel that is pretty close to the train station. I agree with the previous reviews regarding the cold hallways between rooms and also the old woody musky smell that exists, but you become accustomed to. The room is a little small so if you have a lot of luggage, it might not be the best option. The price is great and the room is nice. I've attached a couple pictures of my room to get a...

I love this chain of hotels. The only downside is that they don’t clean your rooms daily (you still get new towels and they clear the trash). The restaurant and bakery are super convenient to have on-site. Great pricing. Super trendy.
For the price of the night it's okay. Very modern hotel and quite aesthetic. I loved the music in the lobby and vegan bakery on Sunday. If you're planning on being out anytime between 1 and 5am, best to look for another hotel or else you will be locked out of the building aa doors are locked at 1 am. Don't expect them to clean your room or the bathroom. Ladies, take extra sanitary bags because they...

Room and toilet are clean (small but ok if you are generally neat person). Breakfast was good and one can get a decent meal at Lawson's too.
The hotel's location really can't be beaten at this price point, at just over a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku station, you have access to the rest of the city. The free breakfast was surprisingly good, and if you weren't feeling the hotel breakfast, the Lawson underneath the hotel was very handy. The room was clean and staff were extremely friendly. It doesn't have many added bonuses...
A bit of a walk from the station if you have a lot of luggage but it was ok. The rooms are decent size (for Japan) the bed was big enough for my gf and I, as well as the tub. The breakfast I had the next morning was curry and rice. There was also bread, soup, coffee and juice. I will stay here again
Convenient to access to the Keio Plaza hotel and Tokyo City Hall but the staying cost was very low. The room was good. The bath room does not have enough space. Many restaurants within 10 minutes/ walk distance. The check-in and check-out were smooth. Buffet-style breakfast is free for guests.
Many hotels in central hotel are expensive for its location. This one is similar. The hotel provides basic facilities with an Tokyo average small size room. The location is good. Down the hotel is a convenient store and it is close to Shinjuku Station.
Cheap rates that's rare right at the city centre. Good location with lots of food and shopping choices. The Shinjuku transport hub is just 15 minutes of leisurely stroll. Their breakfast is limited but the crossiant is fantastic. The rooms are good for the price range but similar to other hotels in the area, it is small.

A great place to stay, in a convenient location to Shinjuku. Rooms slightly small but you expect that in Japan and you go to visit Tokyo so not much time spent in the room in any case. Extremely close to the Tokyo subway that connects through to the main hub in Shinjuku. Shinjuku itself is only 10-15mins walking distance.
Good budget hotel, very friendly staff. Tokyo is space constrained and rooms very small hence the rating goes down by 1 star.
Excellent location! Some 30m from a station which really makes your visit to Tokyo easier. Staff really polite and hands on.
Great, clean, amenities. Rooms seem small as a westerners, but that is to be expected. A gym would have been nice, but the location is really close to a lot of things to do.
Great location, literally steps away from the Higashi-shinjuku train station. Just one stop from Shinjuku Station. Quiet location despite being so close to everything, no disturbed sleep. Helpful staff, and very cramped but clean rooms. Excellent showers and high tech toilet.
