Hotel New Otani Tokyo The Main
Tokyo, Chiyoda-ku, Kioi-Cho 4-1 🧭 Map
The rooms are clean and equipped with individually controlled central air conditioning. The cosmetic kit in the hotel is decent. Views from restaurants on the 1st and 44th floors
The customer service and commitment to quality always leave an outstanding impression when at the New Otani. And, membership in the New Otani Club just adds to the enjoyment. Staff are attentive and caring
I stayed one night at the "EDO ROOM" with free-stay gift. I especially love the hinoki bath. I think the room has been newly renovated recently
This hotel is amazing!! The best place I ever stayed at. I love the bathrooms and the heated toilets. The nature walk is beautiful.
So beautiful, is extremely big so be careful with not getting lost, the garden is really amazing, it has its own waterfall
Luxury hotel. Rooms are 350-400 dollars per night. But chic. There is a boutique where they sell real samurai swords

Edmond on food ❗ I used it at a wedding. Exquisite presentation and taste that is considered by the general public and food lovers to be delightful enough to welcome all diners for their satisfaction
The breakfast was excellent and the hotel had a pâtisserie downstairs
Experience working in a hotel in central Tokyo. The company has become a remote worker and is recommended as a place where you can focus on your work outside the home
I stayed at the East Wing Family with my wife and two daughters. It was a spacious 37 square meter room with two beds and two couches. For $140, it was a bargain to stay in a hotel of this class
Very pleased from one and a half years old to an old man over ninety ❗ The ceremony was calm and ended successfully. He said he was able to spend three days comfortably at the hotel
There is a mini market and bakery on site and it feels like you don't have to go out for small items. Thank you very much for your kindness, Hotel Edmond

Tokyo, Chiyoda-ku Kioicho 4-1 🧭 Map
Be aware that there are two towers and that the lobby is on upper floors for both hotels. This might be a surprise for some travelers. The gradens are very nice and the breakfast was well worth it
Stayed in room 3018. Big clean room with awsome view. Service was exceptional. Short walking distance to a few differe t subway stations. Will definitely come back here again if I ever revisit tokyo.
Nice, clean, conveniently located hotel with excellent service. There's some outstanding restaurants in the hotel and hotel is close to several metropolitan areas of Tokyo with great restaurants
Friendly staff, nice and well kept rooms. The hotel is huge and the garden is very beautiful. Location is not bad either, it's just a short walk to the subway station.
The employees are very helpful. To travel to food and shopping places you will need to catch the subway. They have restaurants and bars but expensive
Bar Capri had a reasonable price for food and if you smoke cigars that's a good place with higher end quality drinks

Tokyo, Shinjuku-ku, Shinjuku 7-27-9 🧭 Map
This was my first time in Tokyo and I must say that this hotel was up to my expectations. It is right next to Shinjuku-Higashi station and just a 15 minute walk away from the main Shinjuku area
The staff of the hotel are very friendly and attentive to your needs, even if your Japanese is not that good
We booked for 5 days here and we have no regrets. The hotel is super near the station (like steps away) and is in the center(a lot of shops, convenience store and restau nearby). The staff are so accomodating and nice
A great place to stay, in a convenient location to Shinjuku. Rooms slightly small but you expect that in Japan and you go to visit Tokyo so not much time spent in the room in any case
Extremely close to the Tokyo subway that connects through to the main hub in Shinjuku. Shinjuku itself is only 10-15mins walking distance
Excellent location! Some 30m from a station which really makes your visit to Tokyo easier. Staff really polite and hands on.

Great hotel, it has a small room but warm and has a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel staff is friendly. Breakfast is excellent and very. It has shown what inside the food. I'd like to stay back at this hotel.
Only downside for me was the supposedly ''great breakfast'' was pretty average and somewhat disappointing. Would stay again but probably won't get breakfast there next time
Had a great night. Slept very tight. The hotel is just few steps from the station and neighborhood is quite which is perfect for a rest
Ideally located, spacious rooms, friendly staff. This is our second and surely there will be many more to come.
Conveniently located near the subway station and in a quiet neighborhood. Room was clean and hotel staff were polite and accommodating

I visited this hotel in 1980 , and staying for 4 Nights with my Father. Very pleasant hotel, nice staff. It is an old Hotel now but still worth for staying. Its name was : Akasaka Tokyu Hotel at that time
I visited the restaurant here in March 2018 , it is 40 years later, still nice , only the name is now : Akasaka Excell Hotel Tokyu. The restaurant was very nice. Still a very nice Hotel today
Excellent hotel just opp the Akasaka- Mitsuke station. Easy to Navigate way around Check in was smooth and staff are helpful and very professional. Room clean and had a bath which I love
Very beautiful rooms, excellent and friendly staff. Very clean and affordable. There is a smart phone included in some rooms that you can take out with you and it's completely free.
Great location in front of Akasaka-mitsuke Station. Room was rather spacious for the price (japan's standard), breakfast was okay, nothing special but quite good.
Breakfast nice and typical for Japan. I would love to stay here again

Lovely hotel with exceptionally accommodating staff. Most visitors are from rural Japan, not international; made for a great experience as an American. Awesome top floor bar. Cleaning staff works tirelessly. 5 stars.
The rooms were great and the staff were very helpful. It was pretty central to everything we wanted to see. It was easy to get to the metro as well.
Our room was great! We had 3 beds for 3 adults. The staff is very curtious and the food at the Cattleya Restaurant & Cafe is great in taste and presentation! ?
We stayed in their refurbished room which is clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The room in the 21st is the premium rooms. It smells and feels like a 4 to 5 star hotel. Toilets still feels slightly dated. The rooms have no air conditioning but heaters
Although renovation is a little out date but this is a proper large scale hotel. Rooms are quite reasonably size, breakfast is good. U can choose buffet if u wake up early enough or American breakfast if u wake up late

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around. I've stayed in many hotels in Tokyo specifically in the Shinjuku area
All the usual amenities were provided - toothbrushes, razors, brush, etc. Our room did not offer a view of the city. If you would like a view, it doesn't hurt to ask when you check in
This was one of the smaller of hotels I've stayed in this area. However, it was big enough for two average size adults. The bathroom was also small, but enough room for one person
Also, there is a sauna on the bottom floor of the hotel that is available to guests. I, however, did not have time to use it
There are baths on the ground floor but also one in your room if you're feeling less social. Couldn't fault the location as it is next door to multiple eateries, parks and Shinjuku station
There's a full size bed but not a lot of space around it - I was using the room on my own but imagine it would be tricky with two of you in there

Mitsui Garden Hotel Jingugaien Tokyo Premier
Tokyo, Shinjuku-ku Kasumigaoka-cho 11-3 🧭 Map
It’s conveniently located right next to a subway station and about 5 min walk away from a JR train station. The area is about 20-30 min walk away from Shibuya, Shinjuku and Harajuku, yet it’s very green and quite
The hotel has facilities like self-use washing machines (with dryers), microwaves, an ice machine and three vending machines for drinks and snacks on the 2nd floor. The gym is a bit basic but it’s okay
The rooms are on the small side, but they are beautifully designed. The bathroom with the nice and deep bathtub is amazing. The bathhouse is also very nice (bring towel and pajamas from your room)
This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Spaces might be tight but for Japan its amazing. You will find everything you need in your room. Their Pajamas are AMAZING!! Most comfortable thing ever
Stayed three nights. Great hotel, recently built. Rooms are modern, our room had a balcony. Lots of extras in room. Has a lovely onsen. Nice view of Tokyo National Stadium. Good bakery.
Nice and new hotel. We booked early and got really good price. The train and metro stations are close by too. This area is quiet at night which is sometime hard to find in Tokyo.

Beautiful property that is central to train stations and other destinations. Great breakfast at the restaurant and awesome place to grab a drink in the afternoon or evening at their bar.
I had to go out to buy a nail file
Enjoyed our stay for our anniversary here. The service was great, everyone spoke excellent English. The our room came with breakfast - the choice of the Japanese style set or Western style buffet
Absolutely incredible service and staff. Could not imagine having a better hotel service experience. Anything you want is done immediately. They are super accommodating and kind. Great room, shower, bed was super cozy
I really loved the day couch in the rooms that overlooked the city. I could have laid there all day! My only complaint is that nail file/emery board was actually a cushion and not strong enough to file your nails
The woman who was working at the gym is the absolute cutest. But make sure you don’t wear your shoes near the pool only slippers! It would be a nice addition if they had razors available in the locker room though

It was really best choice in the centre of Tokyo by price/quality. Small room but cozy and comfortable.
Good choice for Japanese breakfast and more limited choice for continental, it cost 1200 Yen or 1080 if you buy it in advance the day before, well worth it! If is served 7:30-9:30
Small room as expected in Japan but very clean and fantastic location with plenty of metro and JR stops within 5-10min radio from the hotel
You can get almost anywhere very quickly between metro and JR lines commuting very little

A little far from the station, but no problem if you're familiar with Shinjuku. Room and equipment were sufficient for single travel, staff was friendly. Convenience stores, bus stop, coin laundry and restaurants nearby
The only thing that bothered me was that I had a room on the non-smoking floor, but the room and sheets reeked of cigarettes which seemed to be coming out of the air conditioning
Good location near subway stations yet still far enough away from bulk of activity. Clean and spacious rooms
Rooms were a little small (coming from American hotels) but it was clean, their restaurant was delicious.
The hotel is very old but the staff are very friendly. The location is not too bad and there's a 7-11 just across the street.
Small rooms and the A/C unit was problematic. We were given a “non-smoking” room but there were two ash trays inside so,,,

Fun hotel located on a great street with plenty of restaurants, amenities, and dining within a 2-3 minute walk. ~5 minute walk from the closest train station. Rooms are small (as expected), but well appointed and quiet
Though small, it has own toilet and bath. Booked online and check in/out was fast. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the neighborhood. Near Akebonobashi station which is 2 stations away from Shinjuku
Mattress is firm but very comfortable and linens are spotless and soft. Staff is very pleasant to interact with and happy to provide recommendations for day trips and make reservations for you
Beautiful hotel in a very nice location. The staff was super friendly and they provided excellent service. The Akebonobashi train station is close by as well which is pretty convenient
Just take note of the subway exit with elevator if you're carrying luggages. There's also a bus stop nearby. Search Google for bus stops if you want to explore Shinjuku
Comfy robes and slippers provided. We stayed 3 nights and I would happily stay there again on our next trip

Less than 500m to the Shinjuku night life area with great night spot like Robot Restaurant & the Golden Gai with its skinny bars! The staff are very friendly and helpful & their English is very good
This place has a laundry in it and vending machines with coffees and beers. Highly recommended for English speaking tourists
Very convenient location, right above the train station. However, note that the nearest train station exit (right beside the hotel) does not have a lift and may post a problem for travelers with a lot of luggage
Great hotel in a great location! It is right next to the subway station so getting around Tokyo is easy. There are a multitude of places to eat nearby with so many different cuisines available
Our room was smaller than western hotels but not as small as other people made it out to be. It was great for us but if you are tall you might struggle with the size of the bathroom with that being so small
The only thing to take into consideration is that the building is not secure, and you can gain access to all floors without a keycard. Wouldn't stay there alone, but with others it was quite enjoyable

There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the area so it's not a problem for dinner, but if the hotel had a restaurant I thought I would use it without hesitation and had breakfast the next morning
The hotel is wonderful, the building is positioned just on the edge of the imperial property and offers incredible views of the space and the city beyond
The location is good, access from every metro station in front of the building, the staff is well trained, cleaning and corona measures such as the breakfast area are well equipped and the interior is also classic and unified
In the back streets to the south east of the hotel there are some fantastic little ramen places and of course there are convenience stores a-plenty along the 246 at the front of the hotel
Great views of the park, nice location and the hotel is nicely styled. The carpet had its days so hopefully they clean them better or replace them soon
It is also conveniently located right between the Akasaka-Mitsuke and Aoyama-Itchome Metro stations which allows you to explore the city with ease

Quiet hotel and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The staff were professional and courteous to every question I had.
We really liked the hotel and the amenities. Free coffee and tea in the room, kimonos and slippers at our disposal, a large screen TV, high tech toilet, friendly staff
The size of the room however was small, and unfortunately we booked a smoking room, is being nonsmokers. A very pleasant first hotel experience in Tokyo!!!

The staff was amazing- friendly and so helpful. The rooms are small but very clean and functional. Great location - 2 mins or less from Hanzomon station. Highly recommend for singles or couples.
Hotel beds very comfortable, normally hotel rooms in Tokyo are small, this one was small too but it was manageable and more comfortable
Please do not call a bread basket as "breakfast". APA hotels are much better. The rest is good and they have English speaking staff!
The hotel also provided free bread at the lobby, the bread was good but could’ve been better if they had at least butter or jelly
Location was superb! Super close to the metro and imperial palace. Very convenient with many stores and cafes nearby
Overall me and my mom stayed here for a week, we enjoyed it very much and would recommend to others for sure!

Very central location in Shinjuku, few minutes from Shinjuku JR line station and bang on top (almost literally) of the Tojei line station. Only criticism is that room cleaning is very infrequent
Great location in Shinjuku, close to the action but on a small street so it's quiet. Rooms are small and clean but not cramped like other rooms I've stayed in while in Japan. Friendly English speaking staff
AC wasn't strong, but the window opened, so we got some fresh air. The bathroom was big and nice. Located in a cool area with all bars and restaurants. Subway station near Shinjuku Sanchrome exit 11
Very close to the station and park. Close to bus terminal too. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Room was a good size with washer and dryer. Would highly recommend. Thank you
Great place! Awesome value, great location in Shinjuku. Hotel is pretty new so it's very nice. Would highly recommend. The rooms are small, but this is normal for Japan!
Best of all is the in room washer and dryer! The hotel provides a packet of detergent so your first load is free
