Also, there is a sauna on the bottom floor of the hotel that is available to guests. I, however, did not have time to use it

Location and room were nice. Service was kinda non-responsive and unwelcoming.

All the usual amenities were provided - toothbrushes, razors, brush, etc. Our room did not offer a view of the city. If you would like a view, it doesn't hurt to ask when you check in

This was one of the smaller of hotels I've stayed in this area. However, it was big enough for two average size adults. The bathroom was also small, but enough room for one person

Less than 500m to the Shinjuku night life area with great night spot like Robot Restaurant & the Golden Gai with its skinny bars! The staff are very friendly and helpful & their English is very good

This place has a laundry in it and vending machines with coffees and beers. Highly recommended for English speaking tourists

Very convenient location, right above the train station. However, note that the nearest train station exit (right beside the hotel) does not have a lift and may post a problem for travelers with a lot of luggage

Great hotel in a great location! It is right next to the subway station so getting around Tokyo is easy. There are a multitude of places to eat nearby with so many different cuisines available

Our room was smaller than western hotels but not as small as other people made it out to be. It was great for us but if you are tall you might struggle with the size of the bathroom with that being so small

The only thing to take into consideration is that the building is not secure, and you can gain access to all floors without a keycard. Wouldn't stay there alone, but with others it was quite enjoyable

I stayed at the East Wing Family with my wife and two daughters. It was a spacious 37 square meter room with two beds and two couches. For $140, it was a bargain to stay in a hotel of this class

Stayed in room 3018. Big clean room with awsome view. Service was exceptional. Short walking distance to a few differe t subway stations. Will definitely come back here again if I ever revisit tokyo.

Be aware that there are two towers and that the lobby is on upper floors for both hotels. This might be a surprise for some travelers. The gradens are very nice and the breakfast was well worth it

Nice, clean, conveniently located hotel with excellent service. There's some outstanding restaurants in the hotel and hotel is close to several metropolitan areas of Tokyo with great restaurants

Friendly staff, nice and well kept rooms. The hotel is huge and the garden is very beautiful. Location is not bad either, it's just a short walk to the subway station.

The employees are very helpful. To travel to food and shopping places you will need to catch the subway. They have restaurants and bars but expensive

Bar Capri had a reasonable price for food and if you smoke cigars that's a good place with higher end quality drinks

Beautiful property that is central to train stations and other destinations. Great breakfast at the restaurant and awesome place to grab a drink in the afternoon or evening at their bar.

Enjoyed our stay for our anniversary here. The service was great, everyone spoke excellent English. The our room came with breakfast - the choice of the Japanese style set or Western style buffet

Absolutely incredible service and staff. Could not imagine having a better hotel service experience. Anything you want is done immediately. They are super accommodating and kind. Great room, shower, bed was super cozy

I really loved the day couch in the rooms that overlooked the city. I could have laid there all day! My only complaint is that nail file/emery board was actually a cushion and not strong enough to file your nails

The woman who was working at the gym is the absolute cutest. But make sure you don’t wear your shoes near the pool only slippers! It would be a nice addition if they had razors available in the locker room though

I stayed in another apartment complex in 2008, in Roppongi, and that one is actually my favourite. However, they changed policies and in order for me to stay there I needed to book a longer stay (30 days to a full year)

The hotel has facilities like self-use washing machines (with dryers), microwaves, an ice machine and three vending machines for drinks and snacks on the 2nd floor. The gym is a bit basic but it’s okay

The rooms are on the small side, but they are beautifully designed. The bathroom with the nice and deep bathtub is amazing. The bathhouse is also very nice (bring towel and pajamas from your room)

Nice and new hotel. We booked early and got really good price. The train and metro stations are close by too. This area is quiet at night which is sometime hard to find in Tokyo.

There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the area so it's not a problem for dinner, but if the hotel had a restaurant I thought I would use it without hesitation and had breakfast the next morning

The hotel is wonderful, the building is positioned just on the edge of the imperial property and offers incredible views of the space and the city beyond

The location is good, access from every metro station in front of the building, the staff is well trained, cleaning and corona measures such as the breakfast area are well equipped and the interior is also classic and unified

In the back streets to the south east of the hotel there are some fantastic little ramen places and of course there are convenience stores a-plenty along the 246 at the front of the hotel

Great views of the park, nice location and the hotel is nicely styled. The carpet had its days so hopefully they clean them better or replace them soon

This was my first time in Tokyo and I must say that this hotel was up to my expectations. It is right next to Shinjuku-Higashi station and just a 15 minute walk away from the main Shinjuku area

Great location in Shinjuku, close to the action but on a small street so it's quiet. Rooms are small and clean but not cramped like other rooms I've stayed in while in Japan. Friendly English speaking staff

At the Atre Center which is adjacent to the station, there is Paul's bakery, which has a dine in restaurant ( their bread is well known in Tokyo) and a wonderful Onigiri take out

Yotsuya station is 3-4 minutes away, with Namboku, Marunouchi, and Jr Lines passing through yet we are far enough away not to hear trains. There are traffic going on below but with windows shut we never hear much

We have stayed in the residence apartments which makes wonderful sense if you are staying several weeks. A real value, with washer-dryer. Kitchen, with full size refrigerator, three burner induction stove

There is a 24 Hour Jonathans Restaurant first floor ( Like Denny's in the states) and Hokkaido Aji Restaurant on the second floor with wonderful meals based on Hokkaido Cuisine

There were plates, and pots although we went to the 100 yen store right up the street to add to our dish ware. The apartment was clean, convenient and close to station

There is Jasmine Thai restaurant in walking distance ( 1 Minute) which has wonderful Thai Cuisine

The room was cozy and clean, everything seemed so luxurious that I slept 12 hours peacefully

You can get almost anywhere very quickly between metro and JR lines commuting very little

Room design is lovely, shower stall with overhead shower, window blinds for darkening the room, lighting is nice, hotel robes are comfortable, mirrors throughout the space. Nice location! I'll definitely come back again!

Great value for the price and the location is very convenient as it's only a 5 minute walk to the station with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Amenities provided were great and the room was very clean

The staff is fantastic and very helpful. The room is a good size and the mattress is comfy. The room has a ton of amenities like a back massaging pillow, toiletries like disposable razors, aftershave, etc

It's in a great location with some amazing food seconds from the front door. They have umbrellas on hand if you need them. Overall a fantastic experience and I will definitely stay with them again

Nice rooms, central location

Location was great. The rooms were a little small but had everything I needed.

A little far from the station, but no problem if you're familiar with Shinjuku. Room and equipment were sufficient for single travel, staff was friendly. Convenience stores, bus stop, coin laundry and restaurants nearby

The only thing that bothered me was that I had a room on the non-smoking floor, but the room and sheets reeked of cigarettes which seemed to be coming out of the air conditioning
