I'm super impressed by the size the hotel room! For a 3 person room, it was incredibly spacious! The amenities here are extensive and the hotel is also located close to the Marounouchi line, several dining places and conbinis. Super friendly reception staff who are also fluent in English. The hotel was in a residential area where road traffic was not busy and smoke free. It was located midway in a small street. Lots of restaurants and café around. There was a grocery shop selling very good fruits at a cheap price. A few gay bars were also scattered in the area but not disturbing. A few minutes walk from the metro station exit. Really nice place in Shinjuku nichome area, good location. The staff is quite helpful and friendly here. The only problem is that rooms are really small (but I suppose it's the same in many places in Tokyo). Despite of the room size, the bathroom was big, especially the shower! Comfortable and very clean hotel.

We stayed in a room in the new building. Very large comfortable room, has an included bath that is automatically controlled. Also has a kitchenette, though we never used it. Convenient location from the metro line (Shinjuku-gyoenmae) and about a 15min walk from Shinjuku JR Station. Staff are very friendly. Definitely worth the stay.

The room was small but had enough room. There were three of us, so three beds. One bed was FREEZING, one was warm but on wheels, and one was both. The pillows were hard as rocks. Otherwise, it was clean, had everything needed, and a great shower. They had an elevator so that was great. The staff was friendly. Be prompt! No shoes in the room really.

This trip was good because I had a business around Nakano station, so this hotel was close to Nakano station and the location was easy to understand. According to the people in Nakano, it is the only business hotel in Nakano. However, since the rooms are extremely ordinary, I decided to have three ★.

Stay at Hinokikan Unusual in a business hotel, all flooring is prohibited, and the bath and toilet are separated, so I was able to relax more than in a general business hotel. ..

Nice enough for a short stay. They provide a modest breakfast of tea, coffee, fruit juices, bread with jams and instant soups from as early as 5am. The rooms are decent, with a comfy bed and robes. Not bad. Bathroom is a bit small for a tall person. My knees hit the wall. Ac works well, quiet, clean. Hot water didn't work the first night around midnight, but was fine the next morning. Can't complain for the price, would have stayed longer if rooms were available.

The location is not great; it's in the middle of the red-light district in Kabukicho and there are people talking loudly even well past midnight. You can hear a lot through the thin walls. However, the room was certainly bigger than we expected and the staff were quite friendly.

Friendly staff. The place is well organized. They clean the rooms every day. They offer a lot of maps for tourists. The traditional rooms are beautiful with a modern bathroom😍 I highly recommend this place cuz it's also convenient

A more traditional style business hotel. Three of us shared one room and we had enough space. Facilities were typical size for central Tokyo hotels. I am a big guy and was comfortable enough.

Clean and roomy, although where the toilet is could be bigger. If u are taller or bigger in size u should book another hotel. I'm average Asian size and my knees are almost touching the wall when I seat on the toilet.

Small hostel locate in the famous red light district of Shinjuku. Close to main JR station of Shinjuku. Restaurants, pubs, clubs and convenience all around. Room is clean with all the basic requirement. Staffs are a bit cold.

I like the accomodation, it's very affordable. The room smells good and clean. It observes the health guidelines especially during the pandemic. Perfect if you plan to just directly want to check in from the airport (haneda or narita) then feel the magic of disney. Limousine to and fro the airports are readily available. Only about 200meters flat path walk. So are the train station , bus station , convinience store and supermarket.

It's old. However, the floor has been remodeled, amenities are available, pillows can be selected, and at this price, I am very satisfied. At check-in, you can have a drink at the drink bar. A bit old-style but comfortable and the breakfast is very, very good, the best we had on our trip (out of 12 hotels, including a 4* ;)) The room we had was actually bigger than most other hotels we stayed in and otherwise standard, bathroom too. Very comfortable and wide beds.
