Best Hotels in Tokyo

The room is very small. Good access to St. Shinagawa. I stayed there on business trip, and it'a enough for business trip usage.

It does have quite good facilities surrounding it. Cinema, bowling alley, karaoke, food court & aquarium - all directly accessible without leaving the building

Shinagawa Prince is situated in an excellent location. Just 3min walk from JR Shinagawa Station. The hotel room is clean and decently spacious. Because the hotel is extremely popular, it is advisable to book early

The hotel is also serviced by the Airport shuttle service right at the front entrance so it is extremely convenient. Overall, Shinagawa Prince is definitely one of the best location for a stay in Tokyo

Lastly the rooms are always clean and some of them provide a really good view of the city

Affordable hotel and very centrally located (Shinagawa station is a main hub station - Shinkansen, JR lines and Keikyu). The hotel itself is OK, most staff speak English and there is a good level of service

Stylish, modern and spacious rooms. Very quiet, great views from the top floors. There are several restaurants downstairs and a little convenient store for your late night snacks

This is my home for 14 days as part of the JET Programme. My room is spacious, clean, and homey. As for the food, it's a different story (nothing beats my wife's dishes)

Location is good, near a park and station. Staff can't communicate in English well and some are snobbish. Toilet deodareriser is not working. Some electric plugs are not working neither

The hustle and bustle area (think izakayas and sushi) is a 5 minute walk nearby. If you can afford it, I highly recommend staying here, great for couples

What I love about staying in Keio Plaza Hotel is the view from my room not to mention the late night hot tub dips

There is almost everything inside. Nice view from the window on the ocean. There is a park near the hotel; an electric kettle, fridge, and USB join, a hair dryer, all the bathroom staff in the room

But if you are coming from Europe take care of the plug adapter 🔌. It differs from the ones in Russia and Europe

Great view! I loved how close it was to the sea. The shuttle bus to and from Disney Resort was okay, but wish the times were more convenient.

Once you arrive, you make your way to the lobby and with friendly English speaking staff it’s super easy. The rooms aren’t super spacious but they’re considerably big for Tokyo

Excellent location which is only 3 min. walk to the subway and 5-10 min. Room is a little bit small but new and clean. The design of the bathtub is great which make showering very cozy. Breakfast is simple but delicious

One of the best view you can have to sea. Ideal place for Vacation with family. Lot of place for kids to play around. Good garden with swimming pool. One restaurant is under renovation otherwise good choice of food

Some small recommendations: - would be good to double check the water quality of the indoor pool. It was very cloudy and the visibility was only around 4-5 feet

To use it you gotta sit in a bit of an awkward way IF you're an above average structured person (big). Totally recommending it as it is a bit in the middle of everything in Tokyo

I liked the location because you are kind of central to all the interesting places and Roppongi doesn't sleep. The toilet was too close to the wall and bath. Didn't like the service of this hotel

Good hotel, there's limousine bus stop from airport. Check in queue is quite long, but they work very efficient so doesn't take long.

Sizzler Restaurant, Tokyo Dome. Salad buffet with unlimited Garlic Toast. And a sizzling hot Grilled Fried. You can get free parking for 90 min. Express lunch, Salad Buffet and Solomon Grilled

I remember this hotel very well , because I was lucky enough to stay in one of its wonderful rooms for More than a month between September and October in 1990 when I was a young student came from Saudi Arabia to study Nihon go 🙂

It would be excellent if we could have been provided with a king-size bed room. I understand Japanese couple preferred twins. In other parts of Asia, couples preferred to sleep together in the same bed

There is a FedEx box on the first floor (to the left when you get in) - it is not very big, be careful with big boxes! Reception staff was very helpful, showed me the box, printed an additional page and was super supportive! 5 starts - big thank you!

Went back to this hotel where we had stayed over 35+ years to the roundevous Lounge in the main reception area, and had some lovely sandwiches and coffee. Great service as atmosphere and surprisingly reasonable.

This is a good hotel with different options for rooms . There are vending machines in the hotel which is very convenient. The breakfast is not very good and I suggest not to include the breakfast .

The aquarium was a little small but still very good. I loved the penguins and sea lions

Nice hotel, clean and comfort. Near shopping center. There is convenience store near hotel lobby on ground floor. Sometime if we are lucky we can see MtFuji far far away through the window of the room.

Sunshine City offers a shopping center and aquarium as well as the hotel and an observation deck at the top floor. Everything you could possibly need, you can find within a short walk from the hotel

They are very prompt, on time both going to Disney and returning to hotel. Morning breakfast buffet is great to start off the day. Ice machine available next to vending machine on each floor, mini fridge in room

The toilets are adequately sized though again the temperature control seems to be a little off leaving you wondering half the time if the heater is on since there are no heater switches anywhere within the room

The rooms are considered spacious compared to some other hotels within the same tier and all the amenities are available. The air con is a common complain and I do see why

Located in Akasaka mitsuke, so a very good location as the 2 main tourist regions are easily accessible, with shinjuku and shibuya on one side and ginza, asakusa and ueno on the other

Stayed in room 3018. Big clean room with awsome view. Service was exceptional. Short walking distance to a few differe t subway stations. Will definitely come back here again if I ever revisit tokyo.

Be aware that there are two towers and that the lobby is on upper floors for both hotels. This might be a surprise for some travelers. The gradens are very nice and the breakfast was well worth it
