Keio Plaza Hotel
Tokyo, Shinjuku-ku, Nishishinjuku 2-2-1 🧭 Map
Clean, neat, and convenient to subway station and local stores. Many options for breakfast and all good. A little bit pricy though.
Spent 2 weeks of my quarantine period at Keio Plaza Hotel. The facilities were fantastic, room cleaning was quick and attentive, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Amazing place to spend your weekend or to call home for a few days while in Tokyo.
Staying here for quarantine, and it's a great place, but the bento meals they serve (while they taste great) are served cold.
Amazing place. This is my home for 14 days as part of the JET Programme. My room is spacious, clean, and homey. It kinda reminds me of home. As for the food, it's a different story (nothing beats my wife's dishes). What I love about staying in Keio Plaza Hotel is the view from my room not to mention the late night hot tub dips.
Great stay, excellent location. Staff were fantastic as we needed a doctor during our stay. Very helpful
Great place! Very satisfied, excellent service👌
The hotel is close to a subway Bed was comfortable, lots of good toiletries. Room was clean Excellent customer service
When the room was cleaned by the staff, the garbage was not removed, the dirty dishes were not cleaned or replaced. Nothing was tidied, the way i expected from a hotel of this type. It seemed room cleaning, only meant making beds and cleaning the bathroom.

Hotel New Otani The Main
Tokyo, Chiyoda-ku, Kioi-Cho 4-1 🧭 Map
On June 10, 2024, my family checked into Hotel New Otani Tokyo the Main. Shortly after midnight on June 13, my daughter suffered a sudden and severe asthma attack that left her struggling to breathe. Because she had never experienced asthma before, we had no medication on hand. As visitors from the United States with no knowledge of Japan’s medical system, we felt utterly helpless.
I hurried to the...
Japanese style 5-star hotel. The hotel was really big with many buildings. Nice staying for relax time. Breakfast were good. The room was clean and quiet. Will back agian.
Nice and clean, classy and traditional Japanese style
The complex is humongous! So many services and restaurants, you cannot make up your mind on which restaurant to choose. The buffet dinner in the restaurant at 17th floor is amazing. The Japanese garden is a gem!!!
Had a good stay at this hotel. Will definitely come back again next time
The room was a bit dated with a view of shinjuku, disappointing considering the advert and photos show views of the gardens.
Room was a bit dated. Friendly helpful staff. Located in a quiet suburb but was a 12-15mins walk to the nearest metro.

Hotel Okura Bay
Tokyo, Maihama 1-8 🧭 Map
This was a lovely hotel. Sometimes I have a problem getting ice at a hotel, but this was super easy. You just call downstairs and they deliver it super fast. The check-in was incredibly easy, and the checkout was a simple drop off of the cardboard scan keys. All the staff were kind and helpful, especially the ones who help me ship my luggage home. Overall just a great five-star experience.
Clean, beautiful, and convenient hotel. Stayed here the night before my trip to DisneySea and will definitely stay here again.
Got here on a Sunday afternoon to find that it was pretty deserted. With covid there seems to be no demand for hotels or the parks nearby, which I recommend taking advantage of.
The room was very clean and was super comfortable. The tub was an awesome relaxing area for me...
Great hotel, the rooms are huge and have great views. The hotel restaurant is also Oishi. Highly recommend.
Amazing experience, one fo the top hotels in Tokyo
Very nice hotel and even has a bus that will take you to the Disney monorail station. From there it's just a couple of stops and your at the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland.
Gorgeous hotel and very generous staff. Our room was exceptional, every little detail was thought about and accommodated.

Sheraton Grande Bay Hotel
Tokyo, Maihama 1-9 🧭 Map
It was one of the best hotel experiences we had. Lots of amenities and very convenient if you are visiting Tokyo Disneyland.
This is one of the good hotel if you are Disneyland lover. Very Convenient to Disneyland.
The hotel is nice and clean. Good breakfast, good welcoming and the rest of the services. I highly recommend for those who are only coming to Tokyo for Disneyland.
Hotel for Disney land trip. Stayed 3 days. Good that there are bus to station.
Few restaurants but seldom try except breakfast.
Situated just next to the bayside station. Yet shuttle bus is still available. Didn’t felt it was needed till we visited Disney, the shuttle was awesome after a 20k+ step day at Disney.
Had buffet dinner on my first night, it’s nothing to wow about, but everything was quite yummy. Selection was okay, we had our fills. Not the cheapest meal for sure. For a cheaper meal, there’s always the hotel convenience...
I love everything about the hotel apart from the location. It's quite far
Location: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 right directly across the street from Bayside Disney railway stop.
One downside: no convenience store. We walked 7 minutes in the rain, to the Hilton. The Hilton has a huge Lawson supermarket in the first floor.
I still give 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 because the first floor of Sheraton has Tostina, cafe which had delicious juices, salads, sandwiches and rice dishes to go.

Staffs are professional with well trained . All are able to communicate in English. The hotel is far walking from Ginza station about 10-15 minutes. It’s nearby Hibiya metro line.
The service is top notch. The room is clean and well equipped. The style may not be trendy but furnitures are well made and high quality.
Very nice stay, recommended we all very satisfy
It completely deserves the reputation as the elegant 5-star Japanese hotel with a tradition of over a century. The Japanese detailed-minded and dedicated services provided by every member of the staff are impressive. They are always more than helpful.

Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel, A Pan Pacific Partner Hotel
Tokyo, Shibuya-ku, Sakuragaokacho 26-1 🧭 Map
Spacious hotel room, close to shopping areas, breakfast is nice too.
The Best hotel ever! Room was excellent and had a super comfortable stay! Will come back for sure.
Avoid Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel — the smell is unbearable.
I stayed here knowing the hotel is a bit old, and the price seemed to reflect that — but nothing prepared me for the smell. It reeks everywhere. In the lobby, in the hallways, in the rooms — it’s a constant, unpleasant odor. I couldn’t even tell what it was — stale cigarettes, old carpet, mold, or something worse. At some point I honestly...
Amazing hotel, great location, amenities were great. Great luggage storage if you’re out and about, was really close to the station, I couldn’t have been more happy.
Great location in the heart of Shibuya, with a room size that is much larger than typical hotels in Shibuya. The hotel also has a 20m lap pool, which is quite rare in Tokyo city center.
Such a beautiful place and location, I would highly recommend it
Shibuya district close to everything, very convenient location, shops, restaurants, parks, metro. Rooms are quite big for Tokyo. It’s quiet in the hotel. Liked lounge at 35 floor with a great view over citi and afternoon tea and cocktails. Japanese breakfast was great. Hotel provide usual European breakfast as well

Grand Nikko Daiba Hotel
Tokyo, Minato-ku Daiba 2-6-1 🧭 Map
Room was excellent. Breakfast as well. Location wise, you are on a smaller subway line which is very close, but you will need more time getting to Tokyo proper area. Subway is closer to HND but further away from NRT with multiple transitions required, so safer to use the limo bus(~20/pp) which comes to the hotel if possible as number of times for departure is reduced vs subway. Otherwise arrange for...
I had a wonderful three-night stay at Grand Nikko Tokyo Odaiba. The hotel's prime location offered spectacular views of Tokyo Bay, creating a serene atmosphere. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a diverse and tasty selection. Grand Nikko Tokyo Odaiba...
Very pleasant stay. Provided lots of bath amenities. Near 3 shopping centre. All walkable with 5-10 mins. Lots of children activities at the 3 malls. Beside mrt but not noisy at all. Very pretty views at night
We loved our stay at Grand Nikko Odaiba. We had a free room upgrade, wch made things better! Thank you so much for everything!
Like a hotel very much, very comfortable beds , pillows, nespresso capsules, variety of tea, super nice breakfast buffet , also a traditional Japanese and European, lots of fruits. A view at the rainbow gate and Statue of Liberty is fascinating (22F) . Mall Diver-City is 5 min walk. nice, clean, quiet area
Great facilites and views of the city. Garden was lovely and variety of options for food whether its breakfast provided or dinner
Located in Akasaka mitsuke, so a very good location as the 2 main tourist regions are easily accessible, with shinjuku and shibuya on one side and ginza, asakusa and ueno on the other. The staff are courteous and the rooms spacious although the layout of the hotel is a little bit difficult to navigate.
Very nice hotel. Staff was incredible. Be aware that there are two towers and that the lobby is on upper floors for both hotels. This might be a surprise for some travelers. The gradens are very nice and the breakfast was well worth it.
Excellent service and service. The garden is very nice to walk through or to enjoy a meal and look out on.

What a great stay. We decided to do Tokyo Disney for the holidays, and are very happy to have stayed here. The staff was top notch and the room was amazing.
Special thanks to for the Warm Welcome the rooms arrangements.
Thanks to Makita-san for his Kindness, his Availability and his Support.
The Amenities in the rooms, the cake from Fresh Connection, and the Dinner at 王将 were much appreciated, The stay was very 快適。
Great experience, family friendly and fantastic views to the bay shore.
We stayed in a family room and was big for everyone. Kids loved decoration and activities.
We chose to stay here after a day of Disney. They have a buffet and dine in restaurant open for dinner for people like us, who check in after the Disney Park visit. The pace was spacious and clean. In the morning, we had some pool time before checking out. I wouldn't mind coming back here again.
Seems different expatiation the hotel. Maybe just sleeping only . the facility and style is simple. IF use more Disney theme will more attractive and keep memories. I will suggest dinner outside or station will be better because have use free shuttle bus. Stay hotel cost not more worth for family extra expense

Definitely has one of the most spacious lounges on the top floor.
Rooms were clean and lots of room for Tokyo standards. Hilton absolutely delivers on good space and room design.
The bathrooms were also nice and full of amenities!

Probably tied for first on my list of favorite hotels I've ever stayed at. The hotel is super clean, quiet, accommodating, and friendly. Great location with wonderful views. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Tokyo.
The place is easy to find on the city. The complementary bus rides till the shinjuku station are REALLY helpful. The rooms were pretty good and clean. I only stayed for breakfast and went out for the rest of the day. There was a wide variety of options to choose from too. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful too.
Very clean rooms. Nice comfortable bed and room is big and bright. However, the construction can be loud. Restaurants are good but not great. Location is perfect, close to everything.
Very nice, Western style hotel. What you would expect from a high tier Hilton branded hotel. Rooms are spacious and modern, clearly showing the renovation of a few years ago. Views from higher floors are good; you can be nearly as high as the two buildings away Metropolitan Government building.

I don't think this is a five star hotel, more like 3 1/2 stars. We stayed in the second largest room. The carpet should be replaced and the room smelled.. a bit old? Nice hotel built in 90's so it is a bit outdated compared to some of newer high class hotels. Services generally good (especially if you are a higher tier member of the Bonvoy). Room was well maintained and dated for a hotel that has been open for a long time. The hotel itself is huge with over 7 restaurants. Had a room with the Tokyo tower view which was a plus. Breakfast at the French kitchen was good but small considering the size of the hotel.
