Clean, neat, and convenient to subway station and local stores. Many options for breakfast and all good. A little bit pricy though.

Spent 2 weeks of my quarantine period at Keio Plaza Hotel. The facilities were fantastic, room cleaning was quick and attentive, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Amazing place to spend your weekend or to call home for a few days while in Tokyo.

Staying here for quarantine, and it's a great place, but the bento meals they serve (while they taste great) are served cold.

Amazing place. This is my home for 14 days as part of the JET Programme. My room is spacious, clean, and homey. It kinda reminds me of home. As for the food, it's a different story (nothing beats my wife's dishes). What I love about staying in Keio Plaza Hotel is the view from my room not to mention the late night hot tub dips.

When the room was cleaned by the staff, the garbage was not removed, the dirty dishes were not cleaned or replaced. Nothing was tidied, the way i expected from a hotel of this type. It seemed room cleaning, only meant making beds and cleaning the bathroom.

Nice and clean, classy and traditional Japanese style

The complex is humongous! So many services and restaurants, you cannot make up your mind on which restaurant to choose. The buffet dinner in the restaurant at 17th floor is amazing. The Japanese garden is a gem!!!

Everything went well except for an issue with our luggage and snowboard, which we sent from the hotel to Narita Airport via Yamato. (黑貓宅急便）Unfortunately, the luggage was damaged beyond repair and is no longer usable. We originally purchased it for over 200,000 JPY, but the delivery company only offered 10,000 JPY in compensation. Ideal hotel for families.  There are many restaurants within the building.  Most importantly there is car park and it’s free if you are guest of the hotel.

This was a lovely hotel. Sometimes I have a problem getting ice at a hotel, but this was super easy. You just call downstairs and they deliver it super fast. The check-in was incredibly easy, and the checkout was a simple drop off of the cardboard scan keys. All the staff were kind and helpful, especially the ones who help me ship my luggage home. Overall just a great five-star experience.

Very nice hotel and even has a bus that will take you to the Disney monorail station. From there it's just a couple of stops and your at the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland.

Shibuya district close to everything, very convenient location, shops, restaurants, parks, metro. Rooms are quite big for Tokyo. It’s quiet in the hotel. Hotel for Disney land trip. Stayed 3 days. Good that there are bus to station. Few restaurants but seldom try except breakfast.

Situated just next to the bayside station. Yet shuttle bus is still available. Didn’t felt it was needed till we visited Disney, the shuttle was awesome after a 20k+ step day at Disney. Had buffet dinner on my first night, it’s nothing to wow about, but everything was quite yummy. Selection was okay, we had our fills. Not the cheapest meal for sure. Location: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 right directly across the street from Bayside Disney railway stop. One downside: no convenience store. We walked 7 minutes in the rain, to the Hilton. The Hilton has a huge Lawson supermarket in the first floor. I still give 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 because the first floor of Sheraton has Tostina, cafe which had delicious juices, salads, sandwiches and rice dishes to go.

Really close to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea so it was convenient. Really spacious rooms as well with more than enough sleeping room for all of us. We found the rooms to be clean and the breakfast selection to be varied (a few restaurants to choose from). Service staff were helpful towards us too. Staffs are professional with well trained . All are able to communicate in English. The hotel is far walking from Ginza station about 10-15 minutes. It’s nearby Hibiya metro line.

This is an amazing hotel. This trip is for Cherry Blossom season and the park at the hotel is already an amazingly beautiful cherry blossom park. The room size are huge in Tokyo's standard. And the location is within 10 mins walk from the Shinakawa JR station, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Would recommend to consider for both business and family trips.

Located in Akasaka mitsuke, so a very good location as the 2 main tourist regions are easily accessible, with shinjuku and shibuya on one side and ginza, asakusa and ueno on the other. The staff are courteous and the rooms spacious although the layout of the hotel is a little bit difficult to navigate.

Very nice hotel. Staff was incredible. Be aware that there are two towers and that the lobby is on upper floors for both hotels. This might be a surprise for some travelers. The gradens are very nice and the breakfast was well worth it.

What a great stay. We decided to do Tokyo Disney for the holidays, and are very happy to have stayed here. The staff was top notch and the room was amazing.

Great experience, family friendly and fantastic views to the bay shore. We stayed in a family room and was big for everyone. Kids loved decoration and activities.

We chose to stay here after a day of Disney. They have a buffet and dine in restaurant open for dinner for people like us, who check in after the Disney Park visit. The pace was spacious and clean. In the morning, we had some pool time before checking out. I wouldn't mind coming back here again.

Impeccable service from start to end. One thing was we inquired if a breakfast sandwich could be arranged as we left early for a tour - and the front desk “explicitly say NO” without any further confirmation from higher management as we had booked a stay with breakfast. There’s a 7/11 and Lawson located in the same building. Subway station conveniently also in the same building!

It was a very enjoyable stay with good service from the staff. The location is very convenient. The only downside was delay in luggage pick up during check out and it was difficult alone with 3 pieces of luggage. Apart from that, the stay was very good. Would recommend.

Good location near Tochomae station so 1 stop from Shinjuku station. Not as busy as Shinjuku, but close enough to walk and experience that area.

The location is superb because there are 2 train stations within walking distance. Almost all the hotel staff can speak fluent English and they are very helpful.

The hotel had 5 stars until sadly I had left my speaker in the room after check out. Sadly for what most think of Japan being a very secure country. I would highly recommend you check everything before you leave. Made worse by the blasé attitude when I report the left device. The hotel is not bad. But do make sure you got everything. This was the first place my father and I went to for a trip to Japan. It was a wonderful introduction to Japanese hospitality and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety that anyone could find something to eat. The konbini, restaurant, and Disney store in the hotel were all wonderful as well. I would 100% recommend and return again.

We had a 4 bed room. The view of the river was so nice. They even had a foot massager in the room. The lobby is so nice. Very family oriented. Gachapon room and small store inside the hotel was super convenient. I’m highly recommending this hotel to families!!! You will not regret it.

It’s a great hotel to stay when visiting the Disney parks. With a free shuttle bus its very easy to commute. The rooms are big and perfect for either couples and families! The Lawsons convienence store (24h!) inside the hotel is amazing for a quick breakfast before you head to the parks. Didn’t used the onsen facilities.

The hotel is spacious by Japan's standard and the amenities such as a convenience store in the hotel makes it very convenient for families with kids. The proximity to disneyland and tokyo station is also a huge plus

We really enjoy our 5 nights accommodation at Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel. Seamless check-in, friendly reception, cozy and clean ambience, spacious hotel room for family of four and three luggages. Best of all, it is near to Shiomi Station (keiyu line) and we enjoy our breakfast daily at Nakau Shiomi. No regrets to book this hotel.

It's a very convenience location for either business trip or leisure trip. The location of the hotel is very convenience to shopping malls and only 22 mins from Haneda Airport. It's really much suitable for visitors which was arrival in Haneda Airport.

Leading hotel of the world . Never came across a hotel that ask for extra box water need to pay. Been to other hotel in japan at the same period. The price per night is even lower than Okura, they didnt ask us to pay extra. Whenever we went out at the hotel main entrance, bell boy/ hotel staff will bring us water .

I was a solo traveler and got the twin bed room. It's Japan, everything is going to be a tight fit, but everything is super clean and felt nice and polished. Bathroom was awesome. Onsen on the top floor was nice. Big thing it has going for it is the location right next to the Warp nightclup if you plan on clubbing past the time trains would be shut down. Plus, it has some separation from the streets...

I love Apa, because it is standardized. I do not have to worry about nasty surprise. However this time some amenities are imperfect. namely, broken hair band and lack of water in the room on the first day.

The room was quite tight but I guess it is quite common in Japan. The location however was great, quite central and very good if you enjoy nightlife!
