So beautiful, is extremely big so be careful with not getting lost, the garden is really amazing, it has its own waterfall
I stayed one night at the "EDO ROOM" with free-stay gift. It was fantastic. I especially love the hinoki bath.
I think the room has been newly renovated recently. Only the problem is the hotel itself is very huge, so sometimes you might be lost.
This hotel is amazing!! The best place I ever stayed at. I love the bathrooms and the heated toilets. The nature walk is beautiful.
Impeccable service from outstanding staff. Makes European and American hotels feel mediocre. Good room and plenty of eating options.
The hotel is decent. We lived on the 33rd floor. The rooms are clean and equipped with individually controlled central air conditioning. Everything is working. The cosmetic kit in the hotel is decent. Views from restaurants on the 1st and 44th floors
Luxury hotel. Rooms are 350-400 dollars per night. But chic. There is a boutique where they sell real samurai swords

This was a lovely hotel. Sometimes I have a problem getting ice at a hotel, but this was super easy. You just call downstairs and they deliver it super fast. The check-in was incredibly easy, and the checkout was a simple drop off of the cardboard scan keys. All the staff were kind and helpful, especially the ones who help me ship my luggage home. Overall just a great five-star experience.
Clean, beautiful, and convenient hotel. Stayed here the night before my trip to DisneySea and will definitely stay here again.
Got here on a Sunday afternoon to find that it was pretty deserted. With covid there seems to be no demand for hotels or the parks nearby, which I recommend taking advantage of.
The room was very clean and was super comfortable. The tub was an awesome relaxing area for me...
Great hotel, the rooms are huge and have great views. The hotel restaurant is also Oishi. Highly recommend.
Very nice hotel and even has a bus that will take you to the Disney monorail station. From there it's just a couple of stops and your at the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland.
Gorgeous hotel and very generous staff. Our room was exceptional, every little detail was thought about and accommodated.
Great Location, close to Bayside station with free shuffle bus. There are both convenient store & Disney store near the lobby. Breakfast is delicious, the omelet is superb. The room is fine. Highly recommended.

Simple Elegant Hotel near Disney💐Parking is Included in Our Stay 💯Breakfast is Buffets but it was Good..Staff are Polite &Knowledgable 💯
Wonderful and super helpful staff made my stay a memorable experience.
Highly recommend their Pakko noodles (fried pork chop with bone) - it was very crunchy and surprised that it wasn’t salty and oily.
Some small recommendations:
- would be good to double check the water quality of the indoor pool. It was very cloudy and the visibility was only around 4-5 feet. Your good hotel deserves to be paired...
Buffet lunch at Grand cafe was great. Room service food was great and reasonably priced. Outdoor Garden pool was great. But indoor pool was the cloudiest (dirty) I’ve ever seen out of all of Japan’s resort hotel pools, community center, or school pools that I’ve been to so far (over 10).
Nice western style hotel with very comfortable beds and easy access to the Disney parks.
Food;
Buffet breakfast was great, my kids love it!
But I will recommend more options (combini) around the hotel for easy snacks during the day for kids and adults.
Pools;
Were all closed during my stayed 6/23 to 6/26, very disappointed for kids who wanted to enjoy their afternoons in the water in a family hotel...
One of the best view you can have to sea . Ideal place for Vacation with family. Lot of place for kids to play around.
Easy to visit Disneyland. Good garden with swimming pool. One restaurant is under renovation otherwise good choice of food .

Best locations to be in, this luxury hotel has one of best services in Japan’s top notched level. Rooms are small but expected of Tokyo’s. Easy to get around.
About a 5 minute walk from Shibuya station! Great location!
The night view from the room is also great!
Great customer service!
The rooms are clean!
The convenience store on the second floor is also convenient!
I will repeat to stay here whenever I stay in Shibuya!
I didn't have time to go to the BAR this time, but the BAR is also my favorite because of the beautiful night view!
Still a favorite for location rooms and hotel itself starting to look dated could do with a freshen up
Cerulean Tower, the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Japan's central hub. Floor 36 was incredible, the staff are exceptional, and the atmosphere is intoxicating. The greatest memories of my life were made here, and I'll be back. I love Japan.
Modern, functional rooms with somewhat limited space. Comfortable bed with down quilt and two optional pillows, one memory foam and one down/buckwheat. Easy to use lighting and temperature control. Well equipped, spacious bathroom. Efficient elevators transport you to a great sky bar or to the ground floor dining. Western style or local breakfast options. Great staff!
Shibuya district close to everything, very convenient location, shops, restaurants, parks, metro. Rooms are quite big for Tokyo. It’s quiet in the hotel. Liked lounge at 35 floor with a great view over citi and afternoon tea and cocktails. Japanese breakfast was great. Hotel provide usual European breakfast as well

Went back to this hotel where we had stayed over 35+ years to the roundevous Lounge in the main reception area, and had some lovely sandwiches and coffee. Great service as atmosphere and surprisingly reasonable.
The historical hotel in Tokyo that established since 1890's....it's located in the mid of business center and shopping area in Tokyo city...
This luxurious hotel is very comfy and the staffs are very helpful...interior hotel is also nice too...
you can go to every city through train...
It would be excellent if we could have been provided with a king-size bed room. There was none available. I understand Japanese couple preferred twins. In other parts of Asia, couples preferred to sleep together in the same bed.
The room, the services, the hospitality are so super excellent. The staffs/people were so polite so kind and full of smile!! Lucky me, could stay in this hotel for some work, at the day PM Abe State's Funeral. Success all the way Imperial Hotel Tokyo!!
There is a FedEx box on the first floor (to the left when you get in) - it is not very big, be careful with big boxes!
Reception staff was very helpful, showed me the box, printed an additional page and was super supportive! 5 starts - big thank you!
Large rooms, central (okay) location. Good for business meetings.
Rooms are large for Japan but the hotel in general feels opulent 80s.
The food at the top lunch buffet shop is rather nice if not a touch pricey.
This hotel is in need of dire renovations if it wants to be relevant in by the 2020 Olympics.

One of the best beds I have ever slept on. Once you lie down you can’t help but fall asleep. Room and breakfast views were also splendid.
Looks and feels like an upscale hotel with an affordable price. The rooms a nice and large... great for families who need the space. Super convenient shuttle buses and right next to the train station if that your choice of transportation. Customer service is excellent. I'd definitely stay here again!
Beautiful hotel in beautiful place. Close to malls and stations. Rooms were spacious compared to normal. Good service and very polite. Free bus to Disney and complimentary mobile phone with calls and data included was very thoughtful to navigate Tokyo and keep in touch with other family member.
Conveniently located in front of Daiba station. Open buffet breakfast to suit varied palates. Shopping centre within walking distance. Room amenities are great. Very clean. Staff is highly commendable.
My family and I have just spent 7 nights at this wonderful hotel. Everything was great. The rooms were big and always spotlessly cleaned every day. The breakfasts were beautiful with huge choices. Located in Akasaka mitsuke, so a very good location as the 2 main tourist regions are easily accessible, with shinjuku and shibuya on one side and ginza, asakusa and ueno on the other. The staff are courteous and the rooms spacious although the layout of the hotel is a little bit difficult to navigate.
Very nice hotel. Staff was incredible. Be aware that there are two towers and that the lobby is on upper floors for both hotels. This might be a surprise for some travelers. The gradens are very nice and the breakfast was well worth it.
Excellent service and service. The garden is very nice to walk through or to enjoy a meal and look out on.

It's a fantastic hotel - though the prices have gone through the roof in the last few years... It used to cost 24,000 yen for a nights stay, now it's 54,000 yen.
They have a great all you can eat buffet on the first floor and a great French restaurant on the top floor.
Location is ok, depending on purpose of visit.

What a great stay. We decided to do Tokyo Disney for the holidays, and are very happy to have stayed here. The staff was top notch and the room was amazing.
Special thanks to for the Warm Welcome the rooms arrangements.
Thanks to Makita-san for his Kindness, his Availability and his Support.
The Amenities in the rooms, the cake from Fresh Connection, and the Dinner at 王将 were much appreciated, The stay was very 快適。
Great experience, family friendly and fantastic views to the bay shore.
We stayed in a family room and was big for everyone. Kids loved decoration and activities.
We chose to stay here after a day of Disney. They have a buffet and dine in restaurant open for dinner for people like us, who check in after the Disney Park visit. The pace was spacious and clean. In the morning, we had some pool time before checking out. I wouldn't mind coming back here again.
Seems different expatiation the hotel. Maybe just sleeping only . the facility and style is simple. IF use more Disney theme will more attractive and keep memories. Love this hotel so much! My best friend and I stayed in the suite as a graduation treat. Their Atrium Suite was so luxurious and the indoor balcony overlooking the lobby was magnificent. I must say, it was one of the most uniquely and beautifully designed suites I’ve ever stayed in. The pics I took don’t do it justice! I wish I could live here!
On top of that, the room came with Regency Club perks...
Great hotel in a convenient location for exploring Tokyo. I booked a King room with Club Regency Access which is worth it for the free breakfast alone. The room was very clean and the interior design is really cool / unique. I would definitely stay here again.
Very nice hotel. You could be knocked over with a feather with staff's hospitality. Mull over various possibilities about eclectic restaurant selection in the hotel. Best hotel for a stay near Tokyo Disneyland. They actually have a very spacious atrium type inside courtyard with half the room having a room to it. Great location near Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. Slightly expensive, 3200 yen, breakfast buffet. It was good though. Only real complaint is the mattresses are a little hard but that's a common problem with Japanese hotels.
This hotel was perfect for a 2-day visit to Disneyland & DisneySea. The room with two singles was quite large-more than enough space for 2 adults with luggage. Beds and bedding were very comfortable.
