Keio Plaza Hotel
Tokyo, Shinjuku-ku, Nishishinjuku 2-2-1 🧭 Map
Spa facilities: Massage, Spa and wellness centre
Clean, neat, and convenient to subway station and local stores. Many options for breakfast and all good. A little bit pricy though.
Spent 2 weeks of my quarantine period at Keio Plaza Hotel. The facilities were fantastic, room cleaning was quick and attentive, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Amazing place to spend your weekend or to call home for a few days while in Tokyo.
Staying here for quarantine, and it's a great place, but the bento meals they serve (while they taste great) are served cold.
Amazing place. This is my home for 14 days as part of the JET Programme. My room is spacious, clean, and homey. It kinda reminds me of home. As for the food, it's a different story (nothing beats my wife's dishes). What I love about staying in Keio Plaza Hotel is the view from my room not to mention the late night hot tub dips.
Great stay, excellent location. Staff were fantastic as we needed a doctor during our stay. Very helpful
Great place! Very satisfied, excellent service👌
The hotel is close to a subway Bed was comfortable, lots of good toiletries. Room was clean Excellent customer service
When the room was cleaned by the staff, the garbage was not removed, the dirty dishes were not cleaned or replaced. Nothing was tidied, the way i expected from a hotel of this type. It seemed room cleaning, only meant making beds and cleaning the bathroom.

Nice and clean, classy and traditional Japanese style
The complex is humongous! So many services and restaurants, you cannot make up your mind on which restaurant to choose. The buffet dinner in the restaurant at 17th floor is amazing. The Japanese garden is a gem!!!
Had a good stay at this hotel. Will definitely come back again next time
The room was a bit dated with a view of shinjuku, disappointing considering the advert and photos show views of the gardens.
Room was a bit dated. Friendly helpful staff. Located in a quiet suburb but was a 12-15mins walk to the nearest metro.
Everything went well except for an issue with our luggage and snowboard, which we sent from the hotel to Narita Airport via Yamato. (黑貓宅急便)Unfortunately, the luggage was damaged beyond repair and is no longer usable. We originally purchased it for over 200,000 JPY, but the delivery company only offered 10,000 JPY in compensation. Additionally, one of the Yamato staff in the airport had a very poor...
Ideal hotel for families. There are many restaurants within the building. Most importantly there is car park and it’s free if you are guest of the hotel.

Hotel Okura Bay
Tokyo, Maihama 1-8 🧭 Map

This was a lovely hotel. Sometimes I have a problem getting ice at a hotel, but this was super easy. You just call downstairs and they deliver it super fast. The check-in was incredibly easy, and the checkout was a simple drop off of the cardboard scan keys. All the staff were kind and helpful, especially the ones who help me ship my luggage home. Overall just a great five-star experience.
Clean, beautiful, and convenient hotel. Stayed here the night before my trip to DisneySea and will definitely stay here again.
Got here on a Sunday afternoon to find that it was pretty deserted. With covid there seems to be no demand for hotels or the parks nearby, which I recommend taking advantage of.
The room was very clean and was super comfortable. The tub was an awesome relaxing area for me...
Great hotel, the rooms are huge and have great views. The hotel restaurant is also Oishi. Highly recommend.
Amazing experience, one fo the top hotels in Tokyo
Very nice hotel and even has a bus that will take you to the Disney monorail station. From there it's just a couple of stops and your at the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland.
Gorgeous hotel and very generous staff. Our room was exceptional, every little detail was thought about and accommodated.

Really good, a bit expensive, Shibuya station is complicated
The food quality is good but the choice has a limited. But, the location is very good !
Great stay. Minimalistic design, well-kept property, great service, convenient location. Would come back.
Such a beautiful place and location, I would highly recommend it
Very great location as it is very near shibuya station. Just need to head down and there are many restaurants and shopping malls already. View at top floor is superb. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.
Shibuya district close to everything, very convenient location, shops, restaurants, parks, metro. Rooms are quite big for Tokyo. It’s quiet in the hotel. Liked lounge at 35 floor with a great view over citi and afternoon tea and cocktails. Japanese breakfast was great. Hotel provide usual European breakfast as well

Sheraton Grande Bay Hotel

Hotel for Disney land trip. Stayed 3 days. Good that there are bus to station.
Few restaurants but seldom try except breakfast.
Situated just next to the bayside station. Yet shuttle bus is still available. Didn’t felt it was needed till we visited Disney, the shuttle was awesome after a 20k+ step day at Disney.
Had buffet dinner on my first night, it’s nothing to wow about, but everything was quite yummy. Selection was okay, we had our fills. Not the cheapest meal for sure. For a cheaper meal, there’s always the hotel convenience...
I love everything about the hotel apart from the location. It's quite far
Room is in good size, service is very good.
Location: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 right directly across the street from Bayside Disney railway stop.
One downside: no convenience store. We walked 7 minutes in the rain, to the Hilton. The Hilton has a huge Lawson supermarket in the first floor.
I still give 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 because the first floor of Sheraton has Tostina, cafe which had delicious juices, salads, sandwiches and rice dishes to go.
Really close to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea so it was convenient. Really spacious rooms as well with more than enough sleeping room for all of us. We found the rooms to be clean and the breakfast selection to be varied (a few restaurants to choose from). Service staff were helpful towards us too. We also appreciated the shuttle bus service that brought us to Ikspiari mall. Would definitely stay...

Staffs are professional with well trained . All are able to communicate in English. The hotel is far walking from Ginza station about 10-15 minutes. It’s nearby Hibiya metro line.
The service is top notch. The room is clean and well equipped. The style may not be trendy but furnitures are well made and high quality.
Very nice stay, recommended we all very satisfy
It completely deserves the reputation as the elegant 5-star Japanese hotel with a tradition of over a century. The Japanese detailed-minded and dedicated services provided by every member of the staff are impressive. They are always more than helpful.

We really loved our stay here with spacious room, balcony and kind stuffs!
Whole hotel is specious so we didn’t feel crowded at all since lobby is also spacious with beautiful interior.
There are many restaurants and cafes too so it’s very convenient. Even if it’s rainy day we can just spend time inside the hotel which was very good.
We will definitely come back!
Also really apprecite all kind...
The room is comfortable. The washroom is big. Very convenient.
The room is very dated. They need to renovate. The garden is nice and balcony is nice. Location is also very good and near the subway station
Good location just few mins walk to Shinagawa train station, can see Tokyo Tower if you get the room facing that direction
The hotel lobby is grand with nice design and details. We went during cherry blossom peak season and Shinagawa area hotel seems more affordable compare with those in the heart of the city. Taking around 1 hour Narita express direct form airport to Shinagawa and walk for 10 mins to hotel.

Great facilites and views of the city. Garden was lovely and variety of options for food whether its breakfast provided or dinner
Located in Akasaka mitsuke, so a very good location as the 2 main tourist regions are easily accessible, with shinjuku and shibuya on one side and ginza, asakusa and ueno on the other. The staff are courteous and the rooms spacious although the layout of the hotel is a little bit difficult to navigate.
Very nice hotel. Staff was incredible. Be aware that there are two towers and that the lobby is on upper floors for both hotels. This might be a surprise for some travelers. The gradens are very nice and the breakfast was well worth it.
Excellent service and service. The garden is very nice to walk through or to enjoy a meal and look out on.

What a great stay. We decided to do Tokyo Disney for the holidays, and are very happy to have stayed here. The staff was top notch and the room was amazing.
Special thanks to for the Warm Welcome the rooms arrangements.
Thanks to Makita-san for his Kindness, his Availability and his Support.
The Amenities in the rooms, the cake from Fresh Connection, and the Dinner at 王将 were much appreciated, The stay was very 快適。
Great experience, family friendly and fantastic views to the bay shore.
We stayed in a family room and was big for everyone. Kids loved decoration and activities.
We chose to stay here after a day of Disney. They have a buffet and dine in restaurant open for dinner for people like us, who check in after the Disney Park visit. The pace was spacious and clean. In the morning, we had some pool time before checking out. I wouldn't mind coming back here again.
Seems different expatiation the hotel. Maybe just sleeping only . the facility and style is simple. IF use more Disney theme will more attractive and keep memories. I will suggest dinner outside or station will be better because have use free shuttle bus. Stay hotel cost not more worth for family extra expense

Impeccable service from start to end.
One thing was we inquired if a breakfast sandwich could be arranged as we left early for a tour - and the front desk “explicitly say NO” without any further confirmation from higher management as we had booked a stay with breakfast.
There’s a 7/11 and Lawson located in the same building. Subway station conveniently also in the same building!
Good location, nice hotel, great service. Highly recommend.
It was a very enjoyable stay with good service from the staff. The location is very convenient.
The only downside was delay in luggage pick up during check out and it was difficult alone with 3 pieces of luggage.
Apart from that, the stay was very good. Would recommend.
Good location near Tochomae station so 1 stop from Shinjuku station. Not as busy as Shinjuku, but close enough to walk and experience that area.
The location is superb because there are 2 train stations within walking distance. Almost all the hotel staff can speak fluent English and they are very helpful.
The hotel had 5 stars until sadly I had left my speaker in the room after check out. Sadly for what most think of Japan being a very secure country. I would highly recommend you check everything before you leave. Made worse by the blasé attitude when I report the left device. The hotel is not bad. But do make sure you got everything. The staff are very nice and friendly. The free shittle to Disneyland/ Disney Sea/ Maihama Station is a plus. The room, bed and foot massage machine provides comfort after a long tiring but fun day at the Tokyo Disney Resort. Thank you
It’s a great hotel to stay when visiting the Disney parks.

The room is okay size, the location is very good and convenient to take Metro to places
First time staying and it was not disappointing. The aircon and water pressure and hot water controls are definitely good. Location there’s no complaints as the main Shiodome/Shimbashi train station is below the hotel building so rain or shine transport’s there. Many business travellers and not much family goers so the general atmosphere is quiet. Front desk is efficient and gets **** done very quickly...
We drove over and parked the car under the basement, and it was very convenient to walk directly from the basement carpark to the Lift and proceeding to Hotel Lobby at Level 24.
Overall, it was a great experience! The room was large and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. We also appreciated the breakfast vouchers and the option to choose from three different restaurants for breakfast. The environment was quiet and pleasant, adding to our relaxation.
However, we did find the location a bit challenging to locate due to the many bridges nearby, which made it difficult...
Suitable for business. Next to Shiodome station (station level just take from B2), 5 min walk to Shimbashi station with many lines.
However room layout is a bit weird. Despite the big size, couldn’t open 2 28” luggage.
