Polite and efficient staff. Nice and clean hotel rooms and good amenities. Would recommend!
Such an amazing hotel with luxury rooms. Staff was so friendly.Rooms are so clean and well organized. The breakfast was delicious (especially Japanese breakfast).
One of the best beds I have ever slept on. Once you lie down you can’t help but fall asleep. Room and breakfast views were also splendid.
Good location and good service
The location is amazing.Exquisite furnishings. Beautifully cozy.
Looks and feels like an upscale hotel with an affordable price. The rooms a nice and large... great for families who need the space. Super convenient shuttle buses and right next to the train station if that your choice of transportation. Customer service is excellent. I'd definitely stay here again!

Love the japanese garden, love the restaurant, not so far from the station, clean and tidy room, very nice
You will be satisfied with the excellent service and delicious food.😉

Clean, neat, and convenient to subway station and local stores. Many options for breakfast and all good. A little bit pricy though.
Spent 2 weeks of my quarantine period at Keio Plaza Hotel. The facilities were fantastic, room cleaning was quick and attentive, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Amazing place to spend your weekend or to call home for a few days while in Tokyo.
Staying here for quarantine, and it's a great place, but the bento meals they serve (while they taste great) are served cold.
Amazing place. This is my home for 14 days as part of the JET Programme. My room is spacious, clean, and homey. It kinda reminds me of home. As for the food, it's a different story (nothing beats my wife's dishes). What I love about staying in Keio Plaza Hotel is the view from my room not to mention the late night hot tub dips.
Great stay, excellent location. Staff were fantastic as we needed a doctor during our stay. Very helpful
Great place! Very satisfied, excellent service👌
The hotel is close to a subway Bed was comfortable, lots of good toiletries. Room was clean Excellent customer service
When the room was cleaned by the staff, the garbage was not removed, the dirty dishes were not cleaned or replaced. Nothing was tidied, the way i expected from a hotel of this type. It seemed room cleaning, only meant making beds and cleaning the bathroom.

The location of the hotel was fabulous it was right next to one of the main train stations and close to plenty of other metro shops. The service was impeccable and the hotel bar had a really nice vibe and also great service. All in all it was a lovely place to stay at. Also, you can get the airport Limousine directly from the station attached to the hotel.
Lovely area. Good communications. Fabulous service.
Hotel is not very new but very nice. We enjoyed our afternoon tea set.
Fantastic staff, well located for anyone happy to use the subway system. Good value for money and worth the extra for the executive floor. The Maruca Group (Luxury Vacation Rentals USA)
I always stay at this hotel. The lounge is so good and offers good service. The national emergency declaration was ended. So the top floor lounge reopened. Nice hntel.
Really nice hotel in really good location... Close to purple train which takes you to most of the best shopping areas in Tokyo

Nice location and beautiful view The service are very kind Rooms are spacious and clean Very cozy hotel The night view is pretty good
Great experience. I chose a double room with Tokyo tower view and it was defo worth the extra charge. The breakfast was also very decent, it had pretty good details like salmon pieces in the salad. You can choose one of four styles of egg, and the egg benedict was something that could really be sold at a brunch restaurant. Other than that, the room was clean and spacious, the location also good with...
Very high quality hotel. Good size rooms, great views and the staff are amazing
Luxury hotel great location, it’s actually my second time staying this year! My favourite so far In Tokyo. Comfortable bed and everything you need for a few nights. Especially like the ice machine you can find on each floor and polite staff.
Very convenient location of the hotel, for this it is already 5 stars. The hotel has 4 restaurants for breakfast. Clean and tidy room, great view. The windows are smaller than in other nearby hotels, but its advantages outweigh this.
We lived in the hotel for 12 days with children. The rooms are large (ours was 57 meters) and clean, there is everything you need down to the smallest detail. The hotel is located from the 24th to the 38th floor, the views are excellent, the noise of the city is not heard at all. The Japanese staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast in three options: Japanese, Chinese and classic. The main advantage...

Enjoyed our stay for our anniversary here. The service was great, everyone spoke excellent English. The our room came with breakfast - the choice of the Japanese style set or Western style buffet. We chose the Japanese style both times and it took a little longer (30min) but was delicious both times. The restaurant in the hotel was unfortunately just so-so. The food is a little ordinary.
Beautiful property that is central to train stations and other destinations. Great breakfast at the restaurant and awesome place to grab a drink in the afternoon or evening at their bar.
Spent our anniversary here and had an amazing experience. The view was breath taking and had an awesome service during our stay here. 2 star off because the housekeeping was rude and not very helpful after I called them the same evening of the check out date. I mentioned that I left my GoPro charger in the room in English. I mentioned the exact spot which was still plugged in on the usb outlet next...
Place has to get 5 stars. Absolutely incredible service and staff. Could not imagine having a better hotel service experience. Anything you want is done immediately. We stayed here at the end of our honeymoon. We had stayed at the Conrad Hotel Tokyo for our first few nights in Tokyo and then the prince Gallery for our last few nights before leaving Japan. Great experience and service from all staff members who tried to spoil your stay I wanted to try the Pizza Bar on 38th but the seats were fully booked, the staff has managed to asked the chef to prepare the pizza for in-room dining perfectly
An incredible hotel and one of the top hotels I’ve stayed in while in Tokyo. The views are incredible, the rooms are spacious and modern, the gym is great, the pizza restaurant is one of my Tokyo favorites, breakfast was simple and delicious and the service was top notch. Overall an incredible experience and will definitely be back.
Exceptional service and ambience. Incredible hospitality and care from all staff - will definitely come back!
Great location, beautiful design and well-aged property! Everyone was tentative, especially the restaurant manager, Mr. Robin, made sure that we had a good time. We ended up getting engaged during the stay so we will definitely come back! Thank you so much for the wonderful memories, Mrs. Brossard
We had such a fabulous stay! We were celebrating my husband birthday and you played a huge part in making it the most memorable one. Thanks for the kind notes and attentions. Despite Covid, you made us feel very safe. Thanks for the lovely experience in our own city!

Went to have have buffet dinner at the Banquet. Thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of the staffs. Impressive assortments and spreads on the buffet menu. The place offers mix of Japanese, asian and Italian dishes in the buffet. The highlight has to be the Peking duck and the dessert spread. Beside the dinner, one can enjoy the amazing light & sound show. A great place to go for dinner. Will recommend...
Elegant and refined. Japanese and western styles available. Beautiful small forest inside Tokyo, magical feeling.
Great service and facilities! This is a scenery taken from the garden view suite and the room is quite big compared to other Japanese hotels. The curtain and rug patterns are a little bit old style but i think that's what they're going for. Breakfast is served with two options: western and japanese. I really recommend taking a walk in the garden at night, truly beautiful.
This hotel and banquet complex is fantastic. Top quality. The food is excellent in the service is great. They put Hospitality first and you really feel it when you walk in the door

I stayed one night at the "EDO ROOM" with free-stay gift. It was fantastic. I especially love the hinoki bath. I think the room has been newly renovated recently. Only the problem is the hotel itself is very huge, so sometimes you might be lost.
This hotel is amazing!! The best place I ever stayed at. I love the bathrooms and the heated toilets. The nature walk is beautiful.
Great location, service and cozy rooms. Metro and food street 2 minutes walk. Love this place 👌

Highly recommend staying here for any type of vacation. From travel to resting this hotel will treat you right. Outstanding and professional service. Beautifully decorated. Love the attention to detail at this hotel. Plus, they house an amazing French restaurant.
Really recommend Maisonette Marunouchi for breakfast. Great views of the Shinkansen pulling out of Tokyo station and lovely, elegant food.
It's unique in every thing ,location, structure, view, and a wonderful staff. Although the covid-19 restrictions I really recommend that you go and have a cup of tea with some well made cookies and some cake. # mosen abulgar # モーセン先生
I stayed in the room for one night. Spacious construction, great decoration and high level of service - all the best. I eat at MOTIF several times a year, but I'm very glad that I can get delicious food at any time.
I used the Plarail plan with my child. In addition to the view of the conditional line and the Shinkansen from the room, a memorable photo on the Shinkansen platform (the hotel visited and prepared a cosplay for the child driver), a lot of plastic railings, etc. Both parents and children were very pleased. As expected, Four Seasons support. Recommended for "stationary"!

This was a lovely hotel. Sometimes I have a problem getting ice at a hotel, but this was super easy. You just call downstairs and they deliver it super fast. The check-in was incredibly easy, and the checkout was a simple drop off of the cardboard scan keys. All the staff were kind and helpful, especially the ones who help me ship my luggage home. Overall just a great five-star experience.
Clean, beautiful, and convenient hotel. Stayed here the night before my trip to DisneySea and will definitely stay here again. Got here on a Sunday afternoon to find that it was pretty deserted. With covid there seems to be no demand for hotels or the parks nearby, which I recommend taking advantage of. The room was very clean and was super comfortable. The tub was an awesome relaxing area for me...
Great hotel, the rooms are huge and have great views. The hotel restaurant is also Oishi. Highly recommend.

My partner and I booked a room last minute since our last hotel was awful and I’m so thankful we decided to stay here! The room was amazing! Great shower in the bathroom, washer/dryer, and a good amount of room. Great access to anywhere. Clean and suit for family. Has washing machine and can get detergent for free. Public bath for women is not in the hotel(5 mins walk from hotel). Pillows was too tough so minus 1 star.
I really enjoyed my stay here. Bigger-than-usual room and helpful staff. Breakfast is just ok. Location is nice. I'd come back anytime.
We booked a family room that had two singles and two bunk beds. There's a small sofa that can be converted to a bed, so easily sleeps 5 adults. There's two LCD TVs, three air-conditioning units, a small kitchenette, wash basin for laundry (but no washing machine nor dryer). So all your needs are met. Staff are courteous and helpful and there are lots of restaurants and shopping on the same street....

Wonderful and super helpful staff made my stay a memorable experience. Highly recommend their Pakko noodles (fried pork chop with bone) - it was very crunchy and surprised that it wasn’t salty and oily. Some small recommendations: - would be good to double check the water quality of the indoor pool. It was very cloudy and the visibility was only around 4-5 feet. Your good hotel deserves to be paired...
Buffet lunch at Grand cafe was great. Room service food was great and reasonably priced. Outdoor Garden pool was great. But indoor pool was the cloudiest (dirty) I’ve ever seen out of all of Japan’s resort hotel pools, community center, or school pools that I’ve been to so far (over 10).
Nice western style hotel with very comfortable beds and easy access to the Disney parks. Food; Buffet breakfast was great, my kids love it! But I will recommend more options (combini) around the hotel for easy snacks during the day for kids and adults. Pools; Were all closed during my stayed 6/23 to 6/26, very disappointed for kids who wanted to enjoy their afternoons in the water in a family hotel...

Best locations to be in, this luxury hotel has one of best services in Japan’s top notched level. Rooms are small but expected of Tokyo’s. Easy to get around.
About a 5 minute walk from Shibuya station! Great location! The night view from the room is also great! Great customer service! The rooms are clean! The convenience store on the second floor is also convenient! I will repeat to stay here whenever I stay in Shibuya! I didn't have time to go to the BAR this time, but the BAR is also my favorite because of the beautiful night view!
Still a favorite for location rooms and hotel itself starting to look dated could do with a freshen up
Cerulean Tower, the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Japan's central hub. Floor 36 was incredible, the staff are exceptional, and the atmosphere is intoxicating. The greatest memories of my life were made here, and I'll be back. I love Japan.
Modern, functional rooms with somewhat limited space. Comfortable bed with down quilt and two optional pillows, one memory foam and one down/buckwheat. Easy to use lighting and temperature control. Well equipped, spacious bathroom. Efficient elevators transport you to a great sky bar or to the ground floor dining. Western style or local breakfast options. Great staff!

The historical hotel in Tokyo that established since 1890's....it's located in the mid of business center and shopping area in Tokyo city... This luxurious hotel is very comfy and the staffs are very helpful...interior hotel is also nice too... you can go to every city through train...
It would be excellent if we could have been provided with a king-size bed room. There was none available. I understand Japanese couple preferred twins. In other parts of Asia, couples preferred to sleep together in the same bed.
