A decent hotel located in Chiyoda Area. A fair price for what you get. The staff is kind and always trying to help you. The taxis are outside lining up or Uber cars are around the area. 15 mins walk to the Old Tokyo.

It is within walking distance to metro and JR stations, and a family mart is just right across the hotel for us to catch a late night snack/ drink. The hotel is located within 10 minutes walk to Shinjuku Station. It’s so convenient to get the airport limousine bus from Narita airport, which stops right in front of the hotel. The family mart is right in the hotel building. However, I could not sleep well because of the sound of the metro running by every 10 seconds. The bed sheets are quite rough, not so soft.

One good reason to choose this hotel is its direct access by airport bus from NRT or HND right to the front door which is nice if you have heavy luggages. However, if you have take trains then be prepared for a 10 minutes walk. The room is smaller as advertised hence no surprises.

Nothing particularly wrong with the hotel overall, but I was quite disappointed that it had no swimming pool and only a tiny gym. The gym had just two treadmills and two exercise bikes, all crammed into a very small room with no air conditioning. For a five-star hotel with hundreds of rooms, this is far below expectations. One thing was we inquired if a breakfast sandwich could be arranged as we left early for a tour - and the front desk “explicitly say NO” without any further confirmation from higher management as we had booked a stay with breakfast. This was the first place my father and I went to for a trip to Japan. It was a wonderful introduction to Japanese hospitality and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety that anyone could find something to eat. The konbini, restaurant, and Disney store in the hotel were all wonderful as well. I would 100% recommend and return again.

It’s a great hotel to stay when visiting the Disney parks. With a free shuttle bus its very easy to commute. The rooms are big and perfect for either couples and families! The Lawsons convienence store (24h!) inside the hotel is amazing for a quick breakfast before you head to the parks. Didn’t used the onsen facilities.

We really enjoy our 5 nights accommodation at Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel. Seamless check-in, friendly reception, cozy and clean ambience, spacious hotel room for family of four and three luggages.
