This place is near to the bus station, easy access. They gave me a room upgrade, it was a pleasant surprise! Room was clean, bathroom was tidy, bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was very good, many different options to choose from. Coffee was very good in my opinion. Check in and check out was quick. Hotel staff were very friendly! Only thing that a little bit disturbed, was the noise in the corridor at 11 pm and on. Overall, I really enjoyed this stay, thank you!

We stayed for 3 nights on December 29th, 30th and 31st as a family of 4. We were told that dinner was included in the plan, but they suddenly said that they couldn't provide it. However, when we arrived on the day, we were given a voucher for a nearby restaurant of the same chain. The service at that restaurant is not so good, so I don't recommend it. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, with a variety of dishes and delicious food. The room is small, but comfortable and clean. You can see Riga's bus terminal and market from the room. It's a great location, 5-10 minutes walk from the old town, and supermarkets and malls are within walking distance. This is a recommended hotel in Riga.

The hotel location is great, next to old town, shops, and transportation.
The room was basic, quiet & comfortable (could do with a thorough cleaning though).
Breakfast was acceptable with 2 downsides;
1. during our 4-day stay we couldn’t have the strawberry smoothie which was only available to early birds: it did annoy me!
2. The coffee was just terrible; for coffee lovers like me “be warned”.
I could not fault the staff.
The room was basic, quiet & comfortable (could do with a thorough cleaning though).

Loved the hotel. Location is great - next to bus station where you can travel to Jurmala or other Baltics cities like Vilnius. The staff was very polite. The breakfast buffet was huge (loved the panacota and big variety of fruits) The price was great (value for money). The rooms even though more old fashioned were clean, spacious and comfortable! Totally recommend it 👌

Pros: Great location, as you get out you are immediately in the old town. Hotel offers really good breakfast with wide variety of food. Rooms are spacious and with big bathroom. They are equipped with iron and ironing board, minibar with wide range of drinks and snacks, kettle and safety box.
Cons: Found clipped off nail on the bathroom floor, so cleanness could be questionable.
Parts of mattress seems to be fell in. Hair conditioner is charged extra 1 EUR which is a bit weird, as they provide shampoo and shower gel.
30 EUR deposit for the stay returned after checkout.

My wife and I traveled to Riga and chose to stay here. The hotel was really nice. The room was extremely spacious, washroom was really huge and there were basic things in the room like cups, iron, iron boards, closet and much more. The staff was fast, nice and spoke really good English. The location of the hotel is perfect, the central station is just opposite, the inter/intra bus station is nearby and a tram station is at the foot of the hotel. If you want to stay in Riga, this is a really nice hotel to stay.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location and the breakfast was also very tasty. There are also nice bars just around the corner, it was the perfect place and I will come back the next time I‘ll stay in Riga 👍

STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL!
Although we were told they couldn't reserve parking spots, when we arrived, we were denied access to available spaces because they were supposedly reserved for other clients. We were asked for a €70 deposit (guarantee) per room, despite having paid in advance for all three rooms, without being informed about this in our previous communications. We were advised to park at a nearby mall, where the actual cost was much higher than what was initially stated by the receptionists. Complete lack of professionalism.
A discussion with the manager would have been useful to hear his opinion on what happened. Most likely, just some pathetic excuses. I would like to mention that I can provide the emails to prove what I stated regarding the impossibility of reserving parking and the lack of information about the requested room guarantee.

What I want to emphasize is that the procedure for the security deposit IS IN NO WAY A STANDARD PRACTICE. It is used exclusively by hotels with a low level of professionalism, which consider customers as potential thieves/scammers. I recommend that you take inspiration from the operations of real 4-star hotels, which cannot afford to insult their customers with so-called standard practices.

Good location, and closed to the river and city centre is walkable. Rooms requires maintaining and cleaning. Our room was ok but bathroom was just old. They need renovation and modernisation. Breakfast was good. Everyone can find something. We enjoyed the location.

This is an amazing hotel. Room was spacious, super confortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing, with many choices. Staff was professional and helpful.
There is a small gym with a few weights and machines.
It is near the train and bus station, so it is convenient. It is also very near the old town so you can walk there, and easy to reach from the airport.
Would definitely stay here again!
