The room is a view room, and you can see the wall of the old city from the balcony, which is great! The hotel is very grand, with complete public facilities, but the facilities in the room are a bit old. If they can be upgraded, it will be more perfect. I will stay here next time. A beautiful lady at the front desk was very good. I like her. I forgot her name.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea, with a beautiful sea view, and a good view of the ancient city. The room is quite large and clean, and it is very convenient to walk to the ancient city. The service is also very good. There is a supermarket at the intersection, which is also very convenient. Had a pretty good stay here. The location is very good , very close to the old town and on the small, town beach. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff is generally friendly. Room was quite spacious and bathroom was good. Spa was good, range of saunas and a couple of pools.

Location of the hotel and view from our balcony were fantastic. The beach and pool are also lovely. Check-in at 3 pm is too late. Missing kettle in the rooms and no kids playground, which both are strange.

Lovely hotel situated not too far from Budva Old Town. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet style. Seating available inside and out on the terrace which is fine in good weather. An a la carte menu is available in the evening. Great hotel. Lovely hotel which is impeccably clean. We had a suite which was spacious, and the bed was really comfy, and room was cleaned daily. The side balcony was small and just about had a side view of the sea which was disappointing. Pool is lovely, with amazing views of the bay. Had a wonderful week’s stay here. The room was meticulously clean and serviced every day. All the staff were very friendly. The pool area is quiet and offers stunning views over the bay. Breakfast was acceptable. All in all, a fantastic experience.

Had a fantastic stay. The staff were all helpful, friendly and welcoming. Nice buffet breakfast. Gym and spa & underground parking available to use. The view from rooftop pool and bar was spectacular. 20 min stroll along to Budva Old Town.

The place has facilities: gym, pool... But we were only there for one night and didn't take advantage of it. Next time we wish we could stay longer. The breakfast buffet is good, especially honey and yogurt. Highly recommend. Every staff member is beautiful or handsome.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our first holiday together. Our room was big, comfy and clean but the balcony was slightly dirty. Hotel is spotless. Rooms are spacious. Beds huge (queensize) & comfortable as are pillows. Hairdryer provided (quite good) Bathroom toiletries : soap, hand & body lotion. Shampoo, conditioner, showergel. Free pool towels from the Spa, just collect each day. Pool area spotless, with nice sunbeds, free towels and 1 parasol per 2 beds. Hotel is modern and clean. Around 3-5 mins walk to the bench through a private bridge, with free sun beds and umbrellas. Love the pool, outdoor bar and the lobby, comfortable chairs to relax. Breakfast is a rang of choice, staff are very nice.

I travelled here to spend my birthday weekend. My sister had booked me a luxury apartment but it didn’t have a sea view. Lily was so sweet she specially gave me one with the sea view because it was my birthday.The views were breathtakingly beautiful and my stay was wonderful. Thank you for hosting me Lily!

Excellent apartments, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view of the sea from the rooms. Accessibility is difficult for those who do not have a car, since the complex is located on a mountain. There is a restaurant in the complex with decent pasta and pizza, at very reasonable prices.

Nice, spacious, clean apartments, beautiful view. Breakfasts seemed a bit monotonous, but tasty anyway. Plus the stuff is extremely friendly and easy-going, so it was a pleasure to come to breakfast every morning. Location is a bit difficult as you have to climb up a hill, but - yay fitness! On the other hand, from there it's much closer to the ancient (2000 y.o.!) olive tree, 100% worth seeing.

Try not to stub your toes on the furniture! Rooms were great, clean and good furniture. Bathroom was very modern with nice shower and toilet. Every room has AC, which was great. I did however find the beds slightly uncomfortable. The location had a great view and is very quiet for the city, but it's not a walkable location.

Modern very clean hotel.... Close to restaurants, shops and beach. Couple of downsides were the pool (which was only reason we booked to stay here) as it was drained the day after we got there and it's literally in the middle of a building site... The whole area is being developed... would have had lovely views but other hotels are going up all round it so view was basically just of building sites...

Stayed in this lovely hotel late September with a friend. We were given an upgraded room, a welcomed surprise! The reception staff were very helpful and friendly as were the restaurant staff. Breakfast was pleasant with a mixed variety of hot and cold items. We hired a car through the hotel and again the receptionist was really very helpful. Thank you for making our stay a great one ☺️

Great location, close to everything and helpful staff. They were kind enough to extend our trip an extra day at the front end and helped us with airport transporting. There is no parking and you have to pay 10 euros per day for parking, which is not good. The food is quite good but not varied. The place is clean. The staff is friendly and serves you with love.

Very lovely hotel. Location is just perfect calm and near everything (beach, restaurants, shops etc). The staff are just so friendly, so helpfull and polite. If i ever come back to montenegro ill go back to fagus for sure

It is nice room in nice location, but the breakfast takes centuries you have to wait for your order for 30 minutes. I was out of time last day and I called if we could order in room or in hall before we come down as we are too short in time and even this 30 min waiting matter on what waitress made his self-stopped and hanged phone. ps. This is one of the best restaurants we have been so far! The pasta is like in Italy, the wines are superb, the hamburger is heaven. And the service... so professional, quite, but efficient. Better than all the posh places we had visited in Porto Montenegro...

This hotel is AMAZING !!! It is the best hotel we have ever been by far. The staff is absolutely wonderful and helpful especially Vladimir (the manager of the hotel) he just took care of everything! The hotel is brand new (exist only 3 months) and the restaurant at the 1 floor is incredible!!!!

Hotel is new. Our room is wide and clean. Terrace is awesome(wonderful design and view). With these staff you can feel in the 7 stars hotel even if you are in the hut. Staff are very kind and helpfull. Mr Viladimir is the best. Highly recommend this hotel.

We came to celebrate my moms birthday, didn’t tell the hotel staff and on her birthday they brought us the champagne and cake to the room! That was so cool! Thank you for it. Also we are traveling with a 2 y.o kid and everything was arranged so well. The hotel has a nice kids playground and they have provided the kids pot for us as well which was very convenient! The only thing is a very strong air...

we had great stay, variety of facilities and helpful staff, easy to park your car. the cleanjng service is good but not as expected. the bed’s linen not changed everyday. there are many pools, great drinks, great view from the room. private beach also. the rooms feel old but they are well preserved. I would definitely will come back.

Our stay hear was wonderful. But what impressed me most, was help and engagement of hotel team and host himself when other guest by mistake took our luggage. They did absolutely everything to contact that person and get back our luggage. For me it was amazing how much they care to do things right. Standards I saw here where top of the top.

The hotel is huge and has plenty of activities, the pool is great and the breakfast is amazing, because you can have multiple choices of food. The bedrooms were also really comfortable. I think the only problem is that when I went with my dad, he booked a room with two beds and when we first arrived they gave us one with only one bed. But they quickly moved us to another room.

Very nice apartment and very clean. The Kitchen is not good equipped. If you want to cook you need at least some good knives. You have everything at your disposal: sauna, fitness room, pool, garage. The location is not optimal. You have to drive up hill and the garage is really risky to use. You better have a strong car 🙈 The host was very friendly and the price is very good for their offer!

New building with a lot of amenities- sauna, ste am room, great gym, children playroom, reception. Amazing open pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, relaxation zone with amazing views! Totally worth the visit.
