As soon as I got to my room the bathroom was dirty, shower was dirty, there was an opened and half used shampoo bottle on the floor. Trashcans were not empty (they just can’t be bothered I guess). I go to turn on the lights in the room and what a surprise THEY DON’T WORK. Can’t be bothered to change lightbulbs on the only two ceiling lamps, so you basically are in the dark and you got to have night vision goggles. The only lamps that were working were on the nightstands. Everything was dusty and dirty (I am allergic to dust btw so I had a blast).
I went to turn on the tv, while I am waiting for dinner, oh lookie there, the tv also doesn’t work :) . Dinner service starts (self service) if you go grab a plate for yourself, u will grab a dirty, greasy or a wet plate. Same is with the utensils, (they save tiny little bits of food from the customer before on the forks,spoons and knives especially just for you). The dinner they have prepared for a group of 40 people was a 1/10 (if I am being kind). Soup was terrible (there wasn’t enough for everyone) people were already starting to complain. Then came the main meal. Piece of chicken that is fried just enough so you can taste the charcoal followed by clumpy and at the same time mushy mashed potato. Nothing was seasoned properly and again there wasn’t enough food for everyone, portions of food were kid sized (for those who did get a plate of food) people were tired and hungry, they have paid a service they didn’t receive. Fear not, the staff is here, the main character is the receptionist who is also a waiter and he explained to himself that he is also the big boss who took the liberty to curse at the visitors/customers for telling him that they didn’t get their food and that they were hungry. One woman said that she is a vegetarian, especially for her, they made her a salad from canned tuna. (Where is the logic here?) One person was served the scraps that were uneaten by other people which she refused to eat ofc. Everyone left hungry to their rooms. Big “boss” receptionist who fronts himself as the main character wasn’t bothered to clean the terrace chairs and tables from the rain so people can sit. U ask him “when did it stop raining? He says “11:00 ” , you look at your watch as it is 16:30 (04:30pm). He did manage to wipe the tables after 30 minutes of standing doing absolutely nothing (good job buddy). Everything was so awful that the owner of the hotel the next evening had every guest driven to his restaurant by a taxi (at his expense) where we were served properly like human beings with normal food and great service. He did apologise for everything, but he should rethink who “works” in his hotel. And how that poor excuse of a “4 star hotel” is affecting his businesses. Absolute nightmare.
And for the receptionist, find a new job buddy and don’t drain the living soul out of everyone around you with your absolute inappropriate, incompetent behaviour.
To all the visitors, Budva has so much to offer, this hotel should be avoided.

First and foremost, the location of the hotel is truly exceptional. It's just a short walk away from the beautiful beaches, making it incredibly convenient for beachgoers. Additionally, having a shop and a grocery store nearby is a real convenience, allowing us to easily stock up on essentials. The hotel's strategic positioning between Budva center and Becici made exploring the area a breeze, and the lack of noise in the vicinity provided a peaceful and calming atmosphere throughout our stay. The hotel's amenities and services also left a lasting impression on us. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was essential for staying connected during our trip. The daily room service ensured that our towels and other essentials were always fresh and replenished, adding to our overall comfort. One of the standout features of Hotel Pozzo was the exceptionally friendly and accommodating hotel managers. They were not only welcoming but also proficient English speakers, which made communication a breeze. Even when we encountered issues with payment, both through Booking and by card, the staff handled the situation with patience and understanding, ensuring there was no undue stress during our stay. A particularly memorable moment was when one of the managers kindly offered to prepare Turkish coffee for us during breakfast, which was a delightful and thoughtful gesture. Speaking of breakfast, it was both varied and delicious, ensuring a great start to our day. Lastly, I want to commend the hotel for efficiently managing the tourist tax. This attention to detail and organization made our stay even more enjoyable, as we didn't have to worry about these administrative matters. In conclusion, Hotel Pozzo in Montenegro provided us with a memorable and enjoyable stay. From its fantastic location to the welcoming and helpful staff, as well as the well-maintained amenities and services, this hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways.

Hotel is very nice and quiet, room is very clean and comfortable , reception is very cooperative specially (Anna) she is very very kind, smile all the time and helpful, the location of hotel is perfect and near to the beach. Breakfast is wonderful ♥️

Lacks hygiene!! Room, towels, cups are dirty. The bathroom is a disaster. Definitely not a four stars hotel!

They served the cheapest cheese for breakfast. The hair dryer was not working too even tho we asked for a new one we were told that every room is occupied and they have no solution for it .

The room was nice and clean but the hair dryer wasn’t working and I didn’t get any help with it. The breakfast wasn’t good and they didn’t have beverages in the bar. At least the receptionist was really nice. Definitely not a 4 star hotel :)
