The view from the room is amazing. You can use the outdoor pool across the street! It's spacious and special. The indoor pool is cold, and there is only one jacuzzi, so you need to be careful
The front desk is also wonderful, helping us with questions and booking our taxis for the airport. The hotel is equipped with a nicely sized indoor heated pool and a gym and sauna
Everything was perfect, big clean rooms, lovely breakfast, nice internal and external warm pool, location just on the central road.
Everything was great, distance, service, cleanliness and above all the hotel pool and spa.
Good service and breakfast. Enjoyable external swimming pool
Overall is a nice place to stay, the only downside is the outdoor swimming pool is not on site. No evening entertainment, you will need to know where to go in the evening. Otherwise it’s a good hotel.

The hotel is in the center of the ancient town. The rooms are beautifully designed. The service staff is enthusiastic. There is a beautiful swimming pool on the roof. The scenery outside is very beautiful
The night view is very beautiful
One of the highlights of our stay was spending peaceful days on the rooftop terrace and by the pool. Although it was sometimes tricky to find available sunbeds, we managed to snag a couple on a few lucky occasions
Quick stop here for dinner with views. Beautiful roof-top bar and pool, amazing view. Luxurious interior decoration and lots of friendly staff at the roof top bar. Delicious food, great ambiance after a busy long day
Although the pool could have been a bit warmer, especially in the cooler hours, the refreshing temperature was a relief during the extreme heat wave that hit during half of our holiday
The rooftop staff were always welcoming and ready to assist, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The rooftop pool itself was stunning, with breathtaking views of the city

I spent a lot of time by the swimming pools, which were beautiful and never too crowded. They had a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, and the surrounding area was well-kept and peaceful
Nice hotel, which was spotlessly clean, with good facilities and pool .
Staff was helpful everyone had a smile on their faces they provided free shuttles to Valletta and Sliema, and helped with managing our airport transfers - checking and checking out was easy straightforward, they allowed us into our suite as soon as we arrived even though check in was supposed to be at 3pm
A Perfect Stay at Urban Valley Resort, Malta! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Urban Valley Resort in Malta, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was nothing short of exceptional
Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room we stayed in was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean
I also indulged in the spa area, which was the perfect place to unwind and recharge—calm, soothing, and everything you would expect from a luxury resort. Overall, my experience at Urban Valley Resort was flawless

If you have no idea where to eat or what to do, no problem—the staff are more than happy to help with recommendations. Overall, I am more than satisfied and would recommend this hotel to anyone
We were warmly welcomed, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They regularly checked in to make sure everything was fine and offered their assistance whenever we needed anything
Overall, this hotel offers a great experience, especially for its location, views, and attentive service. If the noise insulation and breakfast variety were improved, it would be perfect!
Enjoyed a few days stay here at the Mercure. Just a street back from the busy food stalls and restaurants of Julian’s Bay
Nice modern hotel with a roof top pool and restaurant, staff were most helpful and parking was available on site. Room was fantastic - very spacious and every amenity required
Room was spacious, neat and clean and everything was included, i. , bottle of water and shower gels and towels were all provided

The little refreshment tray was replenished regularly but there were no glasses supplied only dark mugs and Kinnie out of a mug is not very refined. Pool area busy but usually found somewhere to sit
The room was much more than I expected for the price and it was very comfortable. The location is great, since the hotel looks towards the sea which is so pretty
Maybe the only downsides was that at times the breakfast area as well as the elevator were a bit crowded, but other than that all was perfect
Nice hotel in front of the marina between Gzira/Sliema amd Manuel Island in Malta. A lot of cafes and restaurants around
One is outdoors on the roof (if you stay in the wrong tower that's 6 stories down 7 up to get there), which is quite small but which is indeed a pool
Bus station in front of the hotel to every part of surrounding cities, including Valletta, and the airport. A new 4* Novotel Carisma hotel under the same umbrella is about 200 meters away

Great hotel! The bad reviews of this hotel is mainly based on the cheap 4-star sister hotel. At the 5-star hotel, we stayed in the luxurious spa bedrooms with private pool. ❤️
Hydra spa is relaxing. There are two pools one in a garden setting and one by the sea - each have their own charm.
Very nice if a little older hotel. Room we had was very spacious with two double beds and bath and shower. It was a "wellness room" and had a infra red sitting in box in the corner
Sleima and itis next to sea front
Nice hotel, superb view at Valetta acros the boulevard and harbour from seaside rooms. Lobby quite small and a bit outdated. Shopping mall 'The Point' around the corner with supermarket at the -1 level
Breakfast buffet was ok but large restaurant quite noisy

Indoor pool was lovely Outdoor pool area was good and fabulous views but the pool was to cold but it is November. Will stay again, definitely plus wonderful value. Perfect for a 4 day break in the winter👍
The hotel has an excellent location for exploring Malta, and the area where it is situated in Sliema is beautiful. The room is clean, tidy, and spacious. You can get fresh towels every day
Breakfast is decent, but honestly, since this is a 3-star hotel, you shouldn’t expect too much from it. The price-to-service ratio is completely fair
The hotel is nice n clean near sea bars ect staff friendly food breakfast is poor same plastic bacon wearied sausage over cooked eggs if you have mobility problems forget it step up to hotel no easy access no help with suitcases s late night resepetion hardly spoke English very tricky
I presumed it woukd be the same and , as I was on my own, I'd feel more comfortable than in a public bar. They advertise a flat screen tv in the room. 99% of channels were news bulletins
Another reason was that the last time I was there, the terrace bar was open nightly in November with live music and a small dance floor

Breakfast was very simple but fresh ingredients. It is simple and good, but it does not correspond to a four-star hotel.
The rooftop swimming pool is a great place to relax. It offers commanding views of the city.
Everything ok we found newly renovated and new rooms
You can directly see the sea, very convenient, there are many restaurants around, the facilities are a bit old, a bit noisy at night. Overall it is very good
Interesting location, spacious place. I would return without a doubt
The staff tried hard to please but the hotel is not 4 star as advertised. The curtains were broken and had been broken for a while allowing the sun in. The airconditioning was noisy and not very efficient

The pool is clean and tidy, maybe we could use it, but the sea still pulled us away, because we are not at the Mediterranean Sea every day
The air conditioning works, there is hot water at all times, I was welcomed in the room With a coffee and tea maker, milk and sugar, I was happy because every morning I drank my morning coffee on the balcony, and I didn't have to run to a nearby coffee bar
We did not use the swimming pool located on the roof of the hotel, because the sea was still warm and we decided to go to one of the nearby beaches that are close to the hotel, right across the road along the promenade
You can choose the foods that suit you, scrambled eggs with bacon, or a sweet breakfast of your choice, I especially like the cake on offer, I think that biscuit with lemon is also extremely good tasty
Hotel The Windsor provided me with a pleasant stay in a quiet street with everything nearby. It is neat and clean, the staff is helpful, the rooms are cleaned every day
Juices are available Optional orange, grapefruit or pineapple. The staff in the restaurant is very friendly and helpful

The hotel was very clean, modern and stylish. Room was very clean and upgraded. Their breakfast options were fairly nice, especially their coffees. The staff was very friendly and helpful
When you need help (such as the phone can't be charged), the front desk will enthusiastically guide you and tell you how to get to the repair point
location is the best everything you need is in a 2km radius(supermarkets, restaurants, bars, beaches
Hotel in a mega convenient location. Service extremely nice and helpful.
Better than expected 👌One person can lie down in the king-size bed room. 🤭The front desk service attitude is good, the room is cleaned every day, and you can come and go at any time 24 hours a day
the room was super clean the staff was very helpful and nice the room also had everything you need for example towels, hairdryer, fridge

The hotel is good for staying there to sleep, but not spending time there. Don’t bother with the roof terrace either, pool and tub waters are murky and don’t seem sanitary
For the $53 per night that we paid we had everything we needed. The room was plain but  adequate in size, shower, coffee maker, hair dryer, tv, refrigerator, small balcony, front desk staff very friendly and helpful
Dont remember if a breakfast was offered because we ate in our room. All we wanted was a clean room and a place to come back to at the end of the day. The Windsor hotel was perfect for us
During my stay, i had a few days where I had to walk up and down the stairs a couple of times. One would get fun and then break again. I had to leave running for half an hour before getting mild warm water
The hotel is not 4 starts for sure, but for what this price can buy in high season in Malta it’s a very adequate deal. Don’t expect anything fancy or anything beyond the most basic amenities
It’s been a rollercoaster with this hotel, and I was changing my mind about it a couple of times, but here’s the truth

Room modern and clean Staff very friendly In the heart of a very lively area Only 2 rooms on each floor Back rooms much quieter than front that overlook a very busy road and nightlife area
Very clean and spacious rooms with very good facilities. Excellent location closer to bus stops, restaurants and Paceville party district
Diana, at the front desk, is very cooperative and an amazing person and helped us feel welcome and made us feel very comfortable
Absolutely clean, great amenities & staff. Would love to come back.
It was my first time at the hotel and the staff were very helpful in leading me to the location by sending one of their team members who took my heavy trolley and helped me reach the hotel
I received a welcome personalised message on a letter styled card by the hotel manager to make me feel welcomed

Beautifully refurbished to an exceptional standard, our new Home adopts the Casa Antonia values and principles established over the past 20 years of providing personalised care to our residents
My husband was in an accident and needed to spend some rine recuperating at Imperial. The care and professionalism he received is second to none. Kudos to the lovely staff
The Home consists of single rooms, double rooms and suites with 6,000 square meters of facilities and includes a three-storey underground car park
exclusive Home in Sliema has been renovated to carefully preserve the magnificent architecture and grandeur of the old Imperial Hotel
Incorporating many of the original features, the Home is tastefully decorated in a traditional style whilst keeping comfort in mind

Great apartment, stay a few years, Internet, cleaning once a week almost flat with a kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, crockery, Yeah, don't have the full selection of knives, pots and pans, but not only for that, we in Malta come))) location - near Balluta bay, a beautiful Bay, good restaurants, local shops nearby, you can buy groceries, fruit, etc
Comfortable apartment, good service, well equipped and it was quite close to every thing, parking in the area wasn't too bad but the place has parking but remember to book it if you need it
Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a central location in Malta with staff who will bend over backwards to assist you with anything you require
The staff Eloise and Heather are always so friendly and ensure my stay is welcoming and they cannot do enough for me. We are actually becoming friends
I cannot praise Depiro Point enough. I fly out regular for business and always request to stay here through my company
Nice and quiet place. Grocery shop at the door steps. Very close to Sliema promenade. Perfect for families with kids.

Really nice location, but if you want a view it is only available from the rooftop, where the pool is also located
Staff incredibly friendly, the breakfast was excellent. We loved having the rooftop pool option. The cleaning staff did an excellent job every day
We thought there was no warm water, turned out there was a switch, which said NOT to turn off, but apparently it was switched off when we arrived. The room was clean, except for the lamppost and toilet-roll cover
I didn't try or see the gym, but there is one available in the basement. The included breakfast was a good start of the day, included both juices, warm dishes, omelets to order and lots of different cakes/pastry
Excellent hotel for the price. Highly recommended. Thank you to everyone who made us feel at home all the time
Really nice staff, the rooms was a bit small, so you had to watch your steps not to bump your toes on the bed. The bed was really nice though and the room had a small balcony facing the street

The pool on the roof was absolutely amazing. The food was brilliant and the staff is perfect. The rooms were clean and spacious with nice balconies. View helte enkrlt placing over the old Valetta
This is a Victorian style Hotel. Great food and Buffets, very clean. The staff are nice people and very helpfull. Racomended to all ages of Tourists especially those who like British culture like me.
This was one of the most pleasant hotels we visited! Despite the central location it was quiet and harmonious. A short walk down the hill so we were right in the thick of things, either bad or the shopping/culture
Certain tolled the bells of the church next door but we are in a very religious country! To say something so you could have had a bit more channels on the TV
Food was great, staff really polite and friendly. Parking was not a problem with their parking areas underground. Overall a very pleasant evening

Small hotel on the edge of the historic centre of Valletta. Helpful staff, clean, good breakfast. They will organise taxis and rental cars. Very small gym and no pool.
Great location, warm staff, beautiful room. Walkable to everything that matters in Valletta. It’s also near the Valletta-Sliema Ferry Terminal. I also loved that the bus terminal is about 10 mins away
The bathroom was very clean and towels were changed everyday! Breakfast with a big variety but nothing so special
Had a wonderful stay here: staff is terrific, location is the best and the hotel is very clean (cleaning lady is small but great at the same time!)
The rooms are typically small for Malta, but perfectly adequate. Plenty of storage space, bed a bit hard, but that will be a matter of taste
The only unpleasant thing was that it was always very hot in the room at the end of March, as the ventilation can only heat at this time

The biggest problem is that the pool is quite far from the hotel. There are also problems with parking at the hotel. But in general, everything is good
Excellent value for money with breakfast included, outdoor swimming pool 5 minutes walk away, ferry to Valletta right opposite, super convenient! Super friendly staff at the buffet and reception, as well as the cleaning team
And fyi there is no swimming pool in the building, need to walk over to another building. It is an ok place overall, i would not be complaining if the property shows the real and exact picture of the place
A unique, wonderful view from the hotel window to the capital Valletta. The service at the hotel is good. The operators are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, the selection is quite wide
The only downside is the poor insulation: you hear every door slam as soon as someone leaves. But overall I am very happy with this hotel
The only good perk is the location which is located right by the ferry port and other companies ferry and the view from my room is amazing. Otherwise, the room is nothing like the pictures, very outdated and old

Honestly can’t fault this place. Very good location and I got a beautiful view as kindly requested from my room. The decor is a bit worn however but for the price you can’t complain
People of the hotel are not kind. the pool opens at 10 and closes at 18. Why? because of the noise? This place is known for Heavy parties ( Bay street / Paceville) But i cannot swim at 19.00 strange.
The bathrooms do have mould and there is a bit of drain smell. The pool is also fine, standard but can get busy. The beach is nice and a close walk
This is paceville so expect to hear music in the night but it was perfect for me as I was right next to the *****. Doors are locked at night for safety
Cheap price rooms. Hotel a little rusty but clean. Very close to the beach. And nice restaurants and bars really close.
Excellent reception, very comfortable, the structure is a bit dated.

Location, location, location. In the heart of Sliema, with seafront view, right next to a bus stop. Also, a good restaurant inside.
I almost forgot to mention the WiFi here is absolutely terrible. It kept dropping and I had to manually reconnect every minute. Sometimes it wouldn’t even connect after re-entering the login info
Also the air conditioning couldn’t go on full blast but it was still able to cool down the room especially with the help of the ceiling fan. Overall, it was a decent experience
At least I had a roof over my head and a place to sleep so this place was alright for me. Thing is though, there are many downsides to this hotel, at least for me
The beds are squeaky and you can hear the pubs all around at night. The window for the bathroom smelled so foul when we opened it that we never opened it again
If you’re looking for a basic hotel for a decent price, this is it. Don’t expect anything close to luxurious. Heck there isn’t even a mini fridge in here
