Excellent value! The rooms are spacious and clean, well-equipped, and the location right on the waterfront is great, too. We booked online and then paid €10/night extra for a room with sea views

The location of the hotel is very good, right on the beach. If you are lucky, you can get a room with a sea view. When you cross the road, you can see the unobstructed beauty of the beach

Breakfast for an extea €7 was very generous, too: baked beans, sausage, ham, cheese, eggs, cornflakes, fruit, cakes, 3 types of bread, etc

The hotel have excellent location, service is good. We have some internet isues on our last day, but they fixed it very fast.

There is a fitness platform next to it, with many young handsome guys. You can watch the sea while exercising

Convenient location accessible to transportation. Friendly staff who spoke Italian. Clean hotel.

Respect those who serve you delightfully. You paid to stay doesn't give you the orderness to insult a staff despite all your dramas she remains Calm and polite to you. You were so lucky my roommates held me back

As students of EF, we know the rules and signs for it being 18 years of age do not give you the right to be rude and aggressive to someone whom render their service to ensure your comfortness

You wanted to play a dirty game on her as a professional she out smart you, and now you want to be the white victim

We are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The rooms were always tidy, the staff was great, and special thanks go to Jay (I hope I got the name right) who was always smiling and exceeded our expectations

This hotel was ideal for our purpose as we were only in Malta for a few days and needed somewhere with a good location and comfortable. The location is right by Spinola Bay and near Paceville

Breakfast was ok, when we asked that there is no butter the employee instead of finding solutions he said we do not have one. Overall, a positive experience and good value for the location

You are at least 5 minutes walk away from the bars and clubs so you won't get bothered by noise. At Spinola Bay you have access to many restaurants so this was perfect

This is a very good three star hotel. The rooms were very clean and a really good shower

I stayed for 7 nights in a row and was upgraded to a quadruple room. However, the room was quite old and a bit dusty. However, the breakfast was good and the price was affordable

Great location - Right middle of Paceville, room is small and old but washroom is clean, hot water for shower, toilet works well, towels provided

we really enjoyed our stay at the diplomat hotel! the room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped (smart tv, toiletteries, towels, snacks & drinks), the only downside were the thin walls

breakfasts were okay, nothing special, but there was a lot to choose from, we never left hungry. nice sea view from the balcony too! it's a bit hard to find a parking space close to the hotel though

But there is a really nice view from the roof. The position for the hotel is really good, nice cafes around, bus stops, and good location to travel to Valetta, St. 5/5 would recommend and would stay again

Nice basic hotel, great location. Rooms thoroughly cleaned every day. Had a lovely stay whilst visiting family.

On the bright side, the rooftop pool was nice, the sauna was an interesting perk, and the breakfast was actually pretty good for a hotel breakfast

Main downside was that it got very noisy at night - this noise was outside and beyond the hotel's control, but it did make it difficult to sleep (noise went on until 4-5am)

Likely just a product of the area - St Julian's is known for parties! In general, I would recommend this hotel - practical location, friendly staff & comfortable rooms

Reception is 24/7, so don't worry if you have an early flight and require an early check out

Location is very good, close to central area, public transportation, party area, restaurants, water activities etc. My room had a view to the back garden and was very quiet. The pool is very small, not worth even trying

You don't get up hungry, but you don't look forward to breakfast either. The pool area is small but quite nice. You can't really swim in it because it's very small

The house, together with the friendly staff, feels like home. The house is very well maintained (extensively cleaned every day, very fast repairs when necessary, e. a power outlet was fixed within a day)

The room is good for working on a laptop; it has enough power outlets, it has a comfortable desk, and it has an ergonomic (as in, with proper armrests) chair

The staff is very responsive to requests (or even providing services you didn't request, e. providing an extra pillow and an anti-mosquito device)

For me, that‘s fine, as I like warm climate, but for others it might be wayyyy to warm, especially because you have to close the windows at night, otherwise the street noise will keep you from sleeping - The rooftop patio is nice to have, bit all the furniture is old and they use the top of the stairs as a storage area - all in all, the place seems a little run down and needs some new equipment

At least they are cleaned regularly. - I had the orange room with no AC, just a fan

You get nice apartment room, the beds were clean and the kitchen had plates, knifes, glasses, and other things so you can cook)

So you won't receive a key to this black gate so you have to always bell on the gate so receptionist/security will open it for you (the gate are most likely closed at the night time and the day time were mostly open)

If you want variation then you can always use your offline/ online Malta map and walk to the Triq in-Naxxar street (there are restaurants, little grocery shops and clothing shops, not to mention Lidl is 12min walking)

It might gives off this 70's feeling due to the tiles in the bathroom but there were no problem! The cleaning lady clean your room very often and they were too kind to wash my dishes on my lazy day f after partying in Paceville and went out for sightseeing (of course, I washed it everyday until day before I left since I was soo exhausted from partying) so I really appreciate it and I would like to...

The other reviews from other years are just too much because in my experience it was a lot better! Not to mention, people shouldn't expect too much for what they paid since the price were very cheap (so I am very satisfied with I got)

The appartements outside the Sundown Court's gate are for people with 2 weeks or longer stay are most likely will be in apartement inside the gate but not within the receptionist area (it's more like hotel, I think)

We stayed here for three nights. However, the ceiling was unusual — it had no finish or paint, just bare concrete. All basic amenities were provided

Room service Gopel did a good job thanks. Friendly greetings from all staff. Amazing breakfast looking out from 11th floor to Valletta. Great choices of food, all fresh and tasty

The location is great, and it’s super easy to reach Valletta by ferry. The rooftop pool is beautiful, with clear walls that make it really fun for photos. There’s also a bar on the roof and a lovely terrace for breakfast

I also loved the gym, it has all the equipment I needed and everything worked well. The spa was very good too, with a sauna, hammam, and an indoor pool

Even natural honeycomb to have on selection of breads, cakes etc. Handy for choice of restaurants and bus or ferry into Valletta and beyond. Have stayed here a total of seven weeks in the last three years

Didn't use the rooftop terrace or pool so can't comment on that, but for £50 a night with breakfast included I can't have any complaints! You get what you pay for and for that price I wouldn't expect 4 or 5 star luxury and nor should anyone else! Overall a decent well run hotel

I think at the time the hotel was classed as a four star but it was two at best. Did have a indoor pool and jacuzzi in 2017 which were good. Even a small gym inside which was decent to train in

Swimming pool was a bit small but there was another on the roof top which I didn't use due to weather. The gym room was staffed and equipment OK

It was a just a few meters to the main sea road where buses run and as it was in a side street it was nice a quiet. The room was big with a kettle to make coffee and tea. The TV had many English stations

Nice big bathroom and a small balcony to sit out on to relax. It was nice and clean and the lady who cleaned was so friendly. I had such a lovely time I would go back there any time and look forward to

Our room was on the 4th floor, very spacious and with a big balcony facing Spinola Bay. Bathroom was also spacious with a beautiful walk in shower. We had our towels changed twice in a week, that was nice

We ate in Zest one day which was very nice , and by the pool which we found very good value and quality All the staff were attentive and friendly Pool - pool area was clean and always seemed to have sunbeds available, pool a little cold but you get used to it and nice to cool you off

They don't carry bags to your room or show you there. The pool isn't heated and so in October it's freezing and only for the brave. The rooftop bar isn't open either after September

Buses are frequent and there is a stop just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was nice and there was plenty of choices. We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Juliani and we highly recommend it

The view from the balcony was stunning. It is a busy area but once we closed the window we couldn't hear a thing and slept always very well. There is plenty of restaurants around

Location is good with a lot going on nearby, staff are friendly and the pool is nice. Abdul at reception especially is really welcoming and helped us whenever we had any issues, which helped make the stay more enjoyable

It’s a shame as such a small issue (which is easily fixable) made the trip a lot more challenging as we had to use dirty towels on a couple of the days and actually didn’t swim on one of the days as a result

They regularly remind you that you should only ask for them washed if absolutely necessary, even when clearly dirty. Further, every time we asked for an extra towel, we were told there are none left

My only criticism is the odd situation regarding towels. There are so few at the hotel, and the hotel was quite reluctant to wash them

The staff working at Blubay Apartments was the best I have experienced in a long time. Location was great. Everything you need is in walking distance. I will be back

We had a wonderful time in this hotel! The staff was very friendly, our room was beautiful, spacious and very clean and the pool and sauna area was amazing as well. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Malta.

Land's End has a great view and a fantastic location. We were close to the ferry to Valletta, the other tour operators, and so many restaurants. Front desk was staffed 100% of the time. It was great, but not perfect

We were told to leave the sliding glass door open (December) for cooling. After a couple nights we complained of mosquito bites: then they turned on the A/C. It didn't swing open on its own, but it didn't lock, either

It’s totally worth it because you get unlimited soft drinks, beer, and wine! The swimming pool was clean and mildly warm—just right for a dip in March

We had a wonderful stay at Lands End Boutique Hotel! The place is very cozy and perfectly located — an ideal base for exploring Malta and the nearby islands. The staff were kind and welcoming throughout our visit

The rooms advertised on Booking. com and that we actually booked do not exist. I spoke to the manager and she said she would get owner to look into it

Excellent boutique hotel in an ideal location. Away from the busy areas, but only 10 minutes walk to the bay or harbour. Traditional decor with a modern twist. Great size room, comfy bed and large 'wet room' style shower

Had a pleasant stay at violetta. A quieter area than in the main seafront - about 10-15 minutes walk to amenities and shopping district

Spotlessly clean, staff were always seen to be doing a thorough job. Lovely private pool area (especially if you seek peace & quiet) - only 8 sunbeds but always seemed to be a few available

We had a small balcony overlooking the pool area, which was nice in the mornings, when we sat there to eat our breakfast. The staff (especially Diego and Jurgen) were always polite and very helpful

View from the top is nice, but from the balcony like on the picture. Price is good thats why even if there is big wall, you can spot view boats And ferrys. Good location, close to the bars, bus station and shops.

I stayed here 2 weeks ago with my friends and we had the best experience! The room was lovely (especially the bathroom), the rooftop pool and indoor pool and jacuzzi were lovely, the breakfast was great and the staff were so friendly and accommodating

It’s a great place to be, nice and quiet location, but you got everything around. It has a gym, spa and a small pool on the roof. The room was like a flat and beautiful. If you like English breakfast you will be happy

The Spa is really nice, looks quite new, unfortunately in the whole SPA area it's really cold, the whirlpool had the same temperature as the normal pool, both were not so warm, the door of the iceroom was broken, the steamroom was out of order, children are allowed in the SPA it was very loud and it echoes

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the breakfast selection was limited, and the rooms smelled of stale grease and food in the morning. The pool was small but acceptable

I stayed in this hotel for almost a month and it was the best value for money hotel in Sliema, everything was very clean, staff were helpful, housekeeping was done every day instead of just changing towels like in other hotels

I found it a bit warm in the room, the ac is controlled centrally, so was unable to adjust, but got a breeze through the patio door. Would stay again! The pool facility is a quick walk and was lovely too

The rooftop jacuzzi is a nice to have but the Aqualuna pool that is included for free from the hotel is great for travelers who want to sunbath without travelling miles for the beach

You can hear the elevator and construction site on the street side of the hotel, but it is very quiet on the other side. The bed is soft and comfortable. I hope I can come here for vacation next winter

Was a great location not far from the sea front. Very clean and everything you need in the room. The room was larger than I expected which was a lovely surprise. Would definitely stay there again.

Additionally, the room lacked some basic amenities—there were fewer working charging outlets, and essentials like slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste weren’t provided

I stayed in this hotel to follow a group of students who attended IELS school, very comfortable and very close to the school, at the same time very close to the SLIEMA seafront and to all means of transport to reach the various areas of the island, not to mention the proximity to the best shops in Sliema

The breakfast buffet was generous, with sweet and savory options. We also had dinner at the hotel, and they were very good. The rooftop pool is also lovely
