This was very unexpected from the outside it looks drab once you go into the reception it’s so warm and welcoming. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean breakfast is excellent. Indoor pool was lovely Outdoor pool area was good and fabulous views but the pool was to cold but it is November. Will stay again, definitely plus wonderful value. Perfect for a 4 day break in the winter👍
I returned to this hotel as a solo traveller because I knew the location, having been with my partner in 2017. Another reason was that the last time I was there, the terrace bar was open nightly in November with live music and a small dance floor. I presumed it woukd be the same and , as I was on my own, I'd feel more comfortable than in a public bar. The terrace bar was nit open. Very disappointing...
The hotel has an excellent location for exploring Malta, and the area where it is situated in Sliema is beautiful. The room is clean, tidy, and spacious. You can get fresh towels every day. Breakfast is decent, but honestly, since this is a 3-star hotel, you shouldn’t expect too much from it. The staff is very friendly. The price-to-service ratio is completely fair.
The hotel is nice n clean near sea bars ect staff friendly food breakfast is poor same plastic bacon wearied sausage over cooked eggs if you have mobility problems forget it step up to hotel no easy access no help with suitcases s late night resepetion hardly spoke English very tricky
I spent 4 nights in the hotel. My room was internal room without windows outside, only to the inside shaft, so had no natural light, but these types of rooms are much cheaper than those with view of the bay and balcony. Keep it in consideration while choosing the room. My purpose was just to sleep here, I'm not a type of enjoying my room and staying in the hotel. Very well connected by bus from and...
Very average hotel. My room was very noisy and could not rest well. Breakfast very basic.

We stayed there first 2 weeks in October ,The hotel staff was very good the cleaners was excellent our was cleaned to a high standard . The front of house was very good and helpful as was the breakfast staff there was always lots to eat. We enjoyed our stay at the Windsor
Hotel The Windsor provided me with a pleasant stay in a quiet street with everything nearby. It is neat and clean, the staff is helpful, the rooms are cleaned every day. The air conditioning works, there is hot water at all times, I was welcomed in the room With a coffee and tea maker, milk and sugar, I was happy because every morning I drank my morning coffee on the balcony, and I didn't have to run...
Brilliant location, clean, helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, but that didn't bother me too much. Rooms were clean but could do with a bit of an update. I understand the financial pressures of the Covid lock downs so, again was not a problem for me. I don't understand some of the reviews on here as my stay was just what I wanted, and for the price a bargain.
While underwhelming at first sight, give it a few days and its strategic location and kind staff will surely grow on you. Also the wi-fi is excellent.
Only stayed for 3 days, but for the price this hotel is great value, the location was good, room was spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every day, the staff are extremely hard working and the reception staff could not have been more helpful, the breakfast was of a very high standard plenty of it and piping hot. Would not hesitate to return if in Malta again.
55€ night. First floor room. 2 separate beds and they refused to prepare them together until next day. Horrible, noisy, ugly, tiny TV from 1965, no cable, sachets of cheap gel&shampoo... Its a NO NO.

Hotel in a mega convenient location. Service extremely nice and helpful.
Better than expected 👌One person can lie down in the king-size bed room. 🤭The front desk service attitude is good, the room is cleaned every day, and you can come and go at any time 24 hours a day. When you need help (such as the phone can't be charged), the front desk will enthusiastically guide you and tell you how to get to the repair point.
We stayed 2 nights. The hotel was very clean, modern and stylish. Room was very clean and upgraded. Their breakfast options were fairly nice, especially their coffees. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for soft pillows and they provided me with the soft one.
A good quality hotel on the popular Sliema promenade. Rates are reasonable and breakfast is quite decent.
It's quite clean, not very quiet, but it's quite convenient to go anywhere. The service is quite good. If you book a sea view room, remember to request a high floor, because the lower floors don't have a view of the sea at all. It's quite suitable for long-term stay. There is a park in front and many people walk there. It's very safe.
the room was super clean the staff was very helpful and nice the room also had everything you need for example towels, hairdryer, fridge... location is the best everything you need is in a 2km radius(supermarkets, restaurants, bars, beaches...) when we got there the hotel was just renovated so everything was super nice the price was also fair for the conditions and i would recommend it 100%

After reading a lot of negative reviews, I sort of feared having to stay here, however, after checking in and seeing my room, I couldn't quite understand why people were so negative. Its a budget hotel, yes, but for what you are paying its actually okay. For me it was fine and I am happy with my experience there.
Lifts were not always working. During my stay, i had a few days where I had to walk up and down the stairs a couple of times. One would get fun and then break again. Hot water was not reliable. I had to leave running for half an hour before getting mild warm water.
For the $53 per night that we paid we had everything we needed. The room was plain but  adequate in size, shower, coffee maker, hair dryer, tv, refrigerator, small balcony, front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool, sauna. Easy to get to get to. Dont remember if a breakfast was offered because we ate in our room. All we wanted was a clean room and a place to come back to at the end of...
It’s been a rollercoaster with this hotel, and I was changing my mind about it a couple of times, but here’s the truth. The hotel is not 4 starts for sure, but for what this price can buy in high season in Malta it’s a very adequate deal. Don’t expect anything fancy or anything beyond the most basic amenities. The hotel is good for staying there to sleep, but not spending time there. Don’t bother...
This budget hotel was very good and met our needs and requirements. Staff excellent in hotel, cleaning and breakfast are. We appreciated the Windsor and would stay there again. Thanks Lawrence 514 room
it was a good experience, with one exception, I had some Italian girls as neighbors, absolutely rude, they talked very loudly almost screaming, incessantly , especially late in the night...someone threatened them with the police without any result. I think the hotel management should do more in this regard!
On the evening of 07th April 2023 I asked the reception to be able to call a taxi to the airport that would arrive at 4am the following day 08th April. They told me that the service costs €25 to pay there at the hotel (it was already strange like that) and that his colleague from the night would have called. At 3:50am, the receptionist (another) knocks on the room to say that the taxi has arrived and...

The food is great, service is good. The location is very accessible.
Convenience place and nearby lot of food to eat . Easy access to public transport and nice view facing the bay.
Hotel location is the only plus point, average 3 start hotel, everything was fine, friendly and co operative staff.
Great location and affordable price. You can even leave your luggage before check in and after check out. Well book again.
It was nice staying. The location was perfect for the sightseeing!
If you book a room with a view of the courtyard, it’s affordable and worth the money. Rooms with a sea view are more expensive, and the balcony doors are too thin to block out street noise. Renovation would be a good idea.

Great value for money. Victorian era building. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay here but understand from friends that it now closed
Malta is a hotel with the architecture of the old stone building. The staff is friendly and attentive. Manages the garden and pool. The hotel is very well maintained. the seats in the lobby was pretty dirty. Mosquito was there. Didn't have the wire in the window. Transportation is good. There are buses from the front.
I stayed in August, the price paid, as aligned with the average in that area, does not justify the condition of the room that should be a bit renovated. For the rest of the staff has always been courteous and I had no bad surprise.

Comfortable apartment, good service, well equipped and it was quite close to every thing, parking in the area wasn't too bad but the place has parking but remember to book it if you need it
Nice and quiet place. Grocery shop at the door steps. Very close to Sliema promenade. Perfect for families with kids.
Very good location. Close to seaside bouleveard, restaurants, cafes and bus stops. Good grocery store on the other side of the street. In the apartment which we were renting (7th floor) there was a issue with water pressure and there was a bit too little natural light as for our taste. Overall, we can recommend though.
I cannot praise Depiro Point enough. I fly out regular for business and always request to stay here through my company. The staff Eloise and Heather are always so friendly and ensure my stay is welcoming and they cannot do enough for me. We are actually becoming friends. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a central location in Malta with staff who will bend over backwards to...
Good size rooms, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Apartment was very clean. As its on a complex can be a little noisy. Ours was top floor so got the sun on the balcony, lower ones probably not so much. Depending on position views may not be much although our rear balcony did have a nice view of St Julian's. Easy walking distance of St Julian's bay and Sliema. Good bus links.
This is a huge modern complex of apartments mixed with what seem to be student flats. The apartment we stayed in for 4 weeks (Block F, flat 7) was nicely finished and the block itself is pleasant, however can be noisy with music and children and seems to suffer some intermittent power problems at times. Despite this it was suitably placed and a decent base for our stay.

Neat, clean, well decorated and great service by the staff. It was my first time at the hotel and the staff were very helpful in leading me to the location by sending one of their team members who took my heavy trolley and helped me reach the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast but there is water and a coffee machine always available. The room was lovey and the staff went to the extra effort of decorating the room for our anniversary and recent engagement, which was a nice touch. Location wise it’s perfect for getting buses or going out at night.
We have just returned, new structure, welcoming room and equipped with everything. Breakfast not very abundant but quality. The staff is very kind Vanessa and Louis very professional and friendly. Only 2 flaws the room's fridge bar turned off, but you could use the kitchen fridge, lack of tablecloths for breakfast. I highly recommend it
We checked in on the 4th July for a week and were thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer service from the get go. Paul, who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. Tourist attractions, Galata Bridge dock, Grand Bazaar, etc. It was nice to be able to visit almost all the attractions. Great location, short walk to waterfront and maybe 10 mins to all the restaurants but in a quiet neighbourhood. Great reception, room was spotless, comfie bed and pillows! The rate included breakfast which was really nice and fresh - staff at breakfast were lovely! Served on rooftop terrace which we really enjoyed. Staff super responsive to any queries. Highly recommend!!!
The exterior is simple and distinctive, and the interior has been renovated, clean and bright, combining old buildings with modern styles. The hotel is 50 meters away from the beach, and there are many bus lines that can directly reach the scenic spots.
I was quite satisfied with the room provided to me. However, I had a large unwelcome guest upon arrival. It was cleaned up and removed the next morning and all was good after that. I would recommend staying there and will again
It was clean and easy to use, but the only drawback was that it was hard to open the lock.

Honestly can’t fault this place. Very good location and I got a beautiful view as kindly requested from my room. The decor is a bit worn however but for the price you can’t complain. This is paceville so expect to hear music in the night but it was perfect for me as I was right next to the *****. Doors are locked at night for safety.

Ok but noisy - party district location You pay for what you get, cheaper so expect bare minimum. The managers of the hotel were nice and helpful. This is a very noisy hotel. People of the hotel are not kind. the pool opens at 10 and closes at 18. Why? because of the noise? This place is known for Heavy parties ( Bay street / Paceville) But i cannot swim at 19.00 strange.

Only stayed here for 3 nights. Did a small weekend away just me and my mate for the Malta nightlife. Amazing location just a 3 minute walk too the night life but also far enough for peace at night. Great and comfortable hotel located in central Paceville. We stayed here with our infant son, they provided a crib, and had amenities like beach towels and converter plugs available. Delicious breakfast and great pizza restaurant attached. For the price, it's a great place to stay while touring around Malta.
We usually stay here when we come to Malta as it's almost in the middle of everything. The sea is 3 minute walk away. Any pizzeria is almost 3 minutes away, and if you want to eat at the Rokna anyway, they have a restaurant with great selections. Free parking for 1 hour. It's right across the street from the Hilton Hotel. Gift shops are very close. Bus stop even closer to take you to Valetta, Sliema...
Better than staying in Valetta is staying around any hotels in St.Julians bay.
Average hotel. Need some serious maintenance. Never accept the first floor rooms, you will get all the noise from the street...

I stayed in the Diplomat Hotel for 3 nights and it was basically "fine," but lots of things were just a little bit inexplicably broken.
