Hotel Floryan Old Town in Krakow

Nice hotel. Good service. Great location. Recommended.

Very good hotel. Amazing staff, very helpful and amicable. The parking was near the hotel and very rare to find in the centre of old town. The rooms and the hotel very nice, a very old building, but it does not lose its comfort and standard. The age of the hotel adds to the rich history, and it is a truly special and wonderful experience. The breakfast was very tasteful as well, the staff was always very helpful and ready to offer help. I greatly recommend this hotel. The price was also worth the experience.

Hotel is within the old town and very close to the square. Rooms where spacious and had all that was needed. We are a young family with two kids and this suited us perfectly. Free carpark at another location and also the hotel offered us free pickups and drop off to said carpark.

The hotel is a good 3-star hotel. The staff is very kind and aim to give you a good stay.

Lovely hotel, not massive but perfect for a city break and really friendly staff.

This hotel is in a really great location in Old Town in Krakow. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was huge and everything was clean. Our room had a double bed and one single plus a desk, tv, and air conditioner. The bed was not the most comfortable and there was no elevator which meant carrying heavy bags up many stairs, which is why I only gave 4 stars

This hotel is in a fantastic location and, for this price, you will struggle to find any better. You are a stone's throw away from St Florian's Gate and a 2-3 minute walk to the main square, where you will find a plethora of places to eat and drink, as well as the stunning St Mary's Basilica.

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, with great knowledge of the local area as well as the best things to do and see during your stay.

Our room was facing onto the rear of the hotel, which meant that we didn't hear a sound from the street below, which has a few bars and nightclubs that can be busy well into the early hours of the morning. The room was very clean and well maintained by staff, and also had a good selection of food and drink in the minibar with prices much lower that what you would expect from a hotel.

We were on the 3rd floor which, without a lift, may be a struggle for anybody with mobility issues. The breakfast had a great selection of breads with good coffee and some hot food as well.

All in all, the stay at Hotel Floryan is very comfortable and a great place to start your stay in Krakow.
