This was my last day in Poland for my business trip, and since my next destination was Slovakia, I decided to stay here. It was an excellent experience. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, with the opportunity to dine and take a walk by the riverside. The room I stayed in was very spacious; although it had a vintage feel, it was also very clean. The hotel has its own parking lot nearby, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was both plentiful and delicious. If I visit this area again, I will definitely choose to stay here.

A great hotel for a transit stay in Krakow, but I could not believe that they end room service at 2100? Even before the restaurant. It is a transit hotel with flights at all hours, how can you not offer room service until later in the evening? I checked in at 2056 or so and went to my room, immediately called for room service at about 2103 and was informed of this. The front desk worker was very friendly and it certainly is not her fault, she even offered to check if the restaurant would make an exception. This is a management failure.

Excellent breakfast. Perfect location, quiet even though a train line next to the building, public parking available 50m away from the hotel. Perfect view from the window on the castle Wawel. Very helpful all staff, nice and clean room.

Stayed here this past week while in Krakow. Nice hotel in a good location. Easy walk along the river into the city. Rooms were good except I am not a fan of tub showers. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Big lobby with restaurant and shop to buy drinks and snacks. Nice outdoor seating area. The staff were very friendly. We took the bus from the airport. Short walk from bus stop to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

That’s a nice hotel. Location isn’t very good if you want to stroll around the Old City. It’s kind of far and on the other side of the river. But all in all the hotel is good. There is an elevator. The view from the rooms is nice. Breakfast is very good, too, though I’d say there is little space and it feels too crowded in the morning. There is free parking in front of the hotel and also there is parking underground if needed. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. They are equipped with everything you need. There is even an iron in the room. The hairdryer is very good too, which is quite convenient. You can also make your own tea/coffee in the room.

Great Customer Service. Despite me having made the reservation incorrectly, the hotel staff were very understanding. General Manager Dorota Smagur and Reservation Assistant Wiktoria Prażmowska were fantastic and very prompt.

A very good hotel in the center of Krakow, within walking distance of the old town (15 min walk). Great breakfast. Spacious rooms. There is underground parking. Russian speaking staff.

Nice hotel. Close to old town, but needs 25 minutes walk. Beds are not big enough, little hard. Clean, good service
