Staff were excellent as we were given an extra 2 hours to use our room free of charge as we were not getting picked up until 12.30 pm and we were supposed to vacate the room by 10am (lucky as there was no storage room there to leave cases). Our room was very good , nice bed and bathroom (we had a comfort room). Breakfast good , however it looked as not many had booked breakfast. Bar nice with very good beer and wine (surprised it did not open earlier). Nice location but luck we were not driving as no easy parking in the area. Woud be happy to return.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff friendly. The complaint I have is about the parking. It is said on your platform that the hotel has a parking facility which it has not. Also I felt awkward how they put the coffee cups and glasses on the table without a tray. All hotels do that, why not this one ?

Friendly reception on arrival. Told us how to get to our room down in the atrium.on opening door first thing we noticed was carpet was badly stained all over,absolutely filthy,not a great first impression,it’s such a shame as everything else was great… comfy bed ,fridge,safe and fabulous bathroom…there was a little tub that had a few teabags/coffees milks,but was never replenished the 4 nights we stayed..we stayed room only,as the area hotel is in have wonderful little cafes which we enjoyed walking to,also great for getting tram back and forward. We loved this area and did really enjoy hotel,if they would keep on top of carpet cleanliness….also you can hear everything from next door and I mean everything as there was a strange door that was locked in our room separating ours from next door…if I were to return I’d recommend asking for a different room….

I really liked this boutique hotel. It’s about 20 minutes to walk to the old town, but it’s a lovely flat walk. We had a large room overlooking the street which was very comfortable and quiet. Housekeeping was excellent and it was great to return to a clean and fragrant room at the end of the day. Bottles of water which were refilled each day was a bonus. We didn’t have breakfast but there are some fabulous bakeries nearby. Staff were helpful and friendly, all speaking perfect English, apart from one very moody female receptionist. The bar was really nice and having a welcome drink token to use was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Hotel was ok. Carpets need a clean. Service is very friendly and informative about local amenities and public transport. Our room did have a smell to it which mutated over 24 hours to a pungent fishy smell so we asked to change rooms and our request was granted. Complementary drinks voucher was provided at check in. Great location.

It's a little far from the old town, but good s to visit other places in Krakow, the Oscar Schindler Memorial, the kazimerz Jewish Quarter, the Viswa River, etc. The hotel facilities are great, but the wifi is often cut off. I'm not sure if it's a temporary phenomenon.

We had a room on the first floor that had a street view. It was very clean with a newly modernised bathroom. Everything was good , except for the carpet which looks old and worn (as is carpet on stairs and the hallways). You can ask for complimentary slippers to fix the issue of the dirty looking carpet. Also, you can ask for complimentary water which they give you in glass bottles (there is a notice in the room detailing this). If the room is too stuffy then ask to open the window and they can come unlock it. Kettle was very clean and they did refill teabags etc. There is a fridge so you can buy milk etc from Zabka about 3 mins away. Nice location and so walkable to places like Judah market and the old town. We didn’t need to bus or tram as we like walking. Bring your own hair conditioner, and toiletries. If you forget your toothbrush, they charge 10 pln which you can buy at reception! We would stay again.

Located in a quiet residential street but with easy access to public transport and only a few minutes' walk from a selection of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. plus the Vistula river. Welcoming reception staff and spacious rooms. Had a ground floor room overlooking the atrium which was fairly quite, warm and clean. But possibly the most boring hotel room ever stayed in. bathroom was bright, clean and had all the amenities, including towels, shower gel etc, hairdryer. Room had desk, kettle and tea bags/instant coffee sachets/bottled water. TV only received internet/Netflix channels, nothing in English or news programmes. Bed comfortable, lighting better than most hotel rooms, but boring. Free biscuits in reception area. Didn't eat in hotel and only had one drink in the bar (nice surprise to find a beer was included, thanks!). Lunch and dinner menus looked adequate but can't comment on breakfast or any of the food as always ate out. Good location, about 25-30 minute ealk to the big main sqaure of Krakow but public transport in the form of trams and buses just 2 minute walk on the main road.

Although it's a bit far from the train station, there's a tram stop nearby, so exploring the city was easy. I was able to get dishes and ice from the first-floor restaurant, and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was spacious, which was nice, but the only thing I regretted was the lack of a window in the room. Oh, and the fact that the TV was internet-only, so I could watch YouTube, which was really nice!
