Express Kraków Hotel in Krakow

I don't recommend it to anyone. It is far from the center. Parking is 10 e and there is no mention of it.
Rooms are terrible the refrigerator does not work (room 340 and 338) towel dryer in the bathroom does not work.
When booking a hotel, it was written that the bed is Queen size, but in fact the two beds are shifted with a small gap.
SPA is also sad, a lot of people, children playing ball in the pool, shouting, in the sauna 60 degrees maximum.

Definitely not 4 stars. rooms are nice, but each is with withdraws: windows are not opening, something is broken or a huge piece of carpet is damaged right at the entrance. Some of the staff people are nice and ready to help, but the other half is impolite and looks tired of guests. the food is really bad and always the same (some not good for a week+ staying). Pretty far from the city next to a huge highway: so it is dusty and noisy. At least one star should be deleted. the location is horrible, internet connection is unstable most of the time, the food is bad, the staff is nice twice in 10 times. rooms do not have blankets for more than one person. and a cherry on the top on Friday night it was a private party, so walls and bed 2 floors above where shaking from the bass of the music. when I called the reception to check if it possible at least to make it down, they told me that it is impossible and the party is till 4 am. dear hotel management, please figure out your positioning: either you are a hotel with a 4-star relevant hospitality, or a night club with bad sound proof. do not stay here more than 1 night in a huge need!
