The hotel was located near to "Rondo Mogilskie" tram station, which was near to city center.
The response of the hotel staff was commendable.
The breakfast was a decent one.

The location is fine although not at the main Krakow station, there is a tram nearby with lift and escalator. There is also a park nearby where you can hang out and relax in the morning. Room was clean every 2 days. Lack of hair conditioner. This hotel is fine but do not expect 4/5 star hotel standard.

A great place to stay at Krakow. The room was comfortable and large. The breakfast buffet was good and the general service was ok. It is not in the city center but well connected via the tram network right next to it.

Everything was amazing all round lovely team and the room was lovely just to come back into and relax. To get to old town or anywhere you desire the Tramway is only a 5 min walk away from the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Vienna House Easy, thanks to the amazing front desk ladies Alicja and Karolina. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in process was smooth and quick, and they were always available to answer any questions with such friendly and helpful attitudes. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly made me feel welcome and valued. Thank you for making my stay so memorable—I will definitely be back next time I am in town!

I was disappointed with my stay at the Vienna House hotel in Krakow. The room felt cramped and lacked the amenities you'd expect for the price. The bed was uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location is somewhat far from the city center, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, I didn’t feel it offered good value for the money.

Very nice rooms. Very nice staff. Big breakfast area with everything you need. The bar offers good snacks for lunch. The cocktails are the best in town in my opinion. I accidentally left something in the hotel and Hanna from the front desk was so nice and sent it to me.

This place is especially great when you need to stay somewhere in the area for a couple of days or if you don’t need a lot of space. It’s cozy, comfortable the breakfast is more than enough for me, the service is very grateful and understanding, though there was a problem in our room on the 1st floor - the AC didn’t seem to cool the room down even after everything I tried so we resorted to keeping the window open. (Also the tv didn’t work for some reason but that wasn’t a problem for me ;) )
