The room was large and had two writing spaces, which were very helpful. Though the refrigerator was a bit small, it was enough to keep some drinks and foods purchased at supermarkets. Location is outstanding for sure. Though placed at the very center of the city, it was kept very quiet inside the hotel. Since the whole building is kept well air-conditioned, it was not required to turn on the room air conditioner at all, at least in our case.

I’m was really impressed with their housekeeping service they really did a great job. Their location was so perfect we can find literally everything just near by them like station, seven eleven, cafe and restaurant etc.etc totally loved that. All of the staff were so sweet too. Had really good experience 🤞🏼

I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some advantages, there were also several disadvantages that made my stay less enjoyable.
One of the main advantages of this hotel is its location near the city centre, which was convenient for exploring the city.
However, there were several disadvantages that I experienced during my stay. Firstly, the television in the room had limited functions and only had a few channels to choose from. There were also no local channels available, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the toiletries provided were very basic and did not include a shaver, which is a standard item in most hotels. Furthermore, there were many bugs in the shower room, which was unpleasant and made the experience uncomfortable. The strength of the shower was also too weak, which made it difficult to get clean.
The gym was another disappointment. It was only for display purposes and had only five machines, three of which were treadmills. There was no variety in the equipment, which made the gym experience less enjoyable.
Finally, when I raised a request to the hotel due to a disruption in my itinerary, the hotel refused to make an exception to their cancellation policy. This lack of compassion and flexibility was disappointing and left me feeling disappointed with my overall experience. In conclusion, I think the hotel is not value for money, given the service provided and my overall experience.

This is a nice place to stay. Rooms and bathrooms are a touch small (we stayed in the family suites with 2 bedrooms).
Pool was great but closed at 9. 10:30 or 11 would have been great given the temperature at night.
With a few small improvements this could move from a 3 to 4 star hotel.
On arrival if you walked the guest to their room and showed them around. This is favourable to just handing them a key and pointing to the elevator.
A better explanation of some facilities. We didn’t know until check out day there were towels available at the pool and had been using our own beach towels.
A simple smile and hello each time a guest re-enters the hotel would be nice.

We had a wonderful stay here. Excellent location, right next to an MRT station. Close to great shopping and food also. Terrific staff. All very clean. I'll definitely be coming back to this property the next time I'm in Singapore!

Amazing hotel at an amazing location. Close to 2 metro stations and many food options. Very stylish, minimalist modern vibe with an infinity pool that is refreshing after a day of sightseeing. Just book this place for your next Singapore vacation. You won't regret it.

Great place, fantastic location, wonderful staff, excellent bedding, quiet rooms. That's all I wanted and I received! Oh yeah and a nice breakfast too. We're headed back next time we're in Singapore!

Great place, fantastic location, wonderful staff, excellent bedding, quiet rooms. That's all I wanted and I received! Oh yeah and a nice breakfast too. We're headed back next time we're in Singapore!

Very convenient location. The staffs are very friendly, and the hotel is super clean. The kitchen rotates some breakfast items, such a juice options, congee, bun, that makes long staying not that boring. Custom TV welcome screen is nice. The roof top pool is very nice. Later roof top access hour would be nice .
