Good hotel in terms of price / quality ratio

The location is best. It is right in the middle of Orchard road. Rooms are good, very well maintained and hygiene. Facilities are good, breakfast has limited spread but quality is good. Amazing staff, very friendly and attentive.

Nice service from the workers here. What i love the most would be the breakfast. Lots of various things for the breakfast here and it's all nice. My favorite would be the pastries though. And oh, if you can't eat breakfast on the spot, you can "take away" it, you only need to tell the worker there and they will give you container to "take away" it.

PROS:Good central place on Orchard Rd. Each room given handy mobile phone for local and international calling for free. Good breakfast and most importantly good rooms. Not to small. Staff is cooperative and efficient.
CONS: Small Breakfast area. Limited TV channel options. Gym needs to a little bit bigger. No swimming pool.

Very comfortable rooms and wholesome breakfast. The chef was caring and took care of us since we were vegetarians and arranged special meal for my baby. 6 out of 5 stars to the friendly staff

Great location on Bideford Road off Orchard Road across from Takashimaya. Just a few steps from Paragon. Check-in was brisk and efficient. No bellboy to help with the luggage which was not a problem and I prefer to be independent anyway. The room was very quiet, as requested, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Fantastic to be provided with a cellphone 'buddy' to make free local and international calls and internet connection - love that!! I had a visitor with mobility issues and they lent me a wheelchair for his use. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. I will certainly stay here again.

Perfect city hotel. Staff is very helpful and sweet. Small walk to the MRT and Bus. Breakfast spread is good. You can order from the kitchen plus order delivery food and use the hotel dining area to eat. All in app, great experience. Rooms were good as well.

The location of The hotel is very convenient. Bus stops walking distance away. Plus a very good time to stay at orchard road with Christmas round the corner. The rooms are small and cosy. Very comfortable with good amenities. Quality service as well!!!

Centrally located in town and near shopping malls. Walking distance to Orchard MRT station. Rooms are clean and tidy and service is excellent.

Superb location at Orchard where all the popular malls are within walking distance. Nice rooms with good amenities provided. Will be nice if the hotel has more room booking promotions at attractive rates!
