This is a hotel for business trips. Not for family or tourists. Location is just fine though the rooms are too too small.
I'll not recommend this for Indians. Better to stay around little India for convenient food and connectivity.
The bfast is arranged with restaurant next door. Options are limited and repeated.
Hotel is also very helpful, staff is fine but not worth the money.

Thank Mr Fadhil for the good service. Helped us out with fast check-in. Hotel is in good location. It is just beside the Bencoolen Metro station! Many affordable restaurants are available in the vicinity

Excellent location. The room is very small, but would have been okay if not for the smell in the toilet. Not sure which part of the room is not soundproof, but you can hear noises from other rooms. Hotel amenities are not replenished everyday, which is unexpected.

One of the most convenient spots to be in Singapore. It's near a lot of good places such as National Museum to Orchard Road to Bugis Center. It's also strategically placed within walking distance to so many restaurants, and two subway stations.
If you need a reasonably priced hotel where you can simply dump your things and catch some quick sleep while you spend majority of your day gallivanting around Singapore, this hotel can be adequate enough for you.

The Room was terrible. It was smaller than expected. If you are an international traveller with a lot of luggage i would not recommend booking the twin room, its not enough space. Also the towels we were provided came with stains. The service was not bad but it was not good either. I guess with this hotel you get what you pay for. Location was good right next to the train station.

Nice hotel with a great location near the metro. There are many places to eat nearby, a 7/11 store. On the 3rd floor there is a 1.2m swimming pool and a green area. The pool is cold, towels are provided. The view from the pool balcony is nice. The room is clean, small with good plumbing.

Great location and very functional place. No power points near the bedside and non friendly staff are the only two downsides otherwise a great place to stay

Good place to stay with a service to match, location is pretty decent as well considering how close it is to the city when traveling by train (about 15-25 mins walk for the more adventurous). However, there is currently construction of a new train station infront of the hotel.
Edit: construction is done, road is now open making the hotel a lot more accessible.

The place itself have nothing spacial; small room, no fridge, and quite old. Nevertheless, the receptionist, Kevin, was so kind, friendly and helpful. Thank you for him to take care of us.

Cigarette smell very pungent. No net curtains in room. No bed site light or power sockets next to bed, basic stuff. Mediocre breakfast from next door. For the price I've stayed in better in this area. Friendly helpful staff and clean
