V Hotel Bencoolen

Room was impeccably clean except that we found an underwear under the bed (probably the prev guest left it behind). Hope housekeeping can be a bit more thorough. Reception upgraded our double room to triple room. Great location.

An excellent stay when everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. We highly recommended!

The  hotel is very near to the MRT station and Bugis shopping center. Very accommodating and helpful  staff . Just need to improve food in the breakfast and every thing is  doing great. Thank you for taking care of us

Hotel services were appreciated.
There were swimming pools, vending machines and laundering machines.
Even with a good city view.

Worth noting and highly recommended for the location & the super friendly and easy going staff.

The location is very good.
The room was smaller than expected and most importantly, no bottled water was provided. Other amenities were minimal.
The lack of bottled water provision in Singapore, where water is expensive, was quite a negative point.
Also, the entrance door had no soundproofing at all, and I could even hear the room across the street.
I would recommend it to those who want to save money, but I am not sure if it is cost-effective.
I don't think I would stay there again.

Comfortable stay, although the room is too small for a superior queen,But it should still be enough since we only stay at night and enjoy Singpore in the morning.for the price, it’s fine worth it.
Our bed is being made up everyday. The guy who assisted us was really helpful, I wasn’t able to give him a tip because we are already in a hurry. But he was really good. Upon arrival he already offered to take our bags, initially our key card didn’t work but he was there to replaced it immediately. He even orient us about the pool and it’s operating hours even the laundry area. Which we didn’t know until he mentioned it. There’s no fancy lobby when you enter the hotel but there’s coaches where you can sit on while waiting for your room to be ready.
