A wonderful hotel, very close to metro. Exceptionally clean, with fantastic staff.

Impressive spread at the breakfast buffet. Very considerate of them to have a good selection for vegetarians too. The staffers at the breakfast table are very hospitable and welcoming.
We were sitting at a table with a scenic view. Will definitely return again, just for the experience!

It was a short stay. But the hotel room conditions are well maintained, though the furnitures are a bit old fashioned.

I prefer somewhere quiet from Orchard, so the location is good for me. Next to Newton MRT is pretty convenient. But looking for food nearby in the morning and afternoon maybe not be convenient as there are no restaurants or hawkers or mall within walking distance. Need to take train.
The room furniture and toilet is old, but overall is still a nice stay. Lobby is nice.
I used to love the breakfast here, but the quality has dropped a lot. Even though the varieties have been reduced, the quality and taste of the breakfast should be maintained but that’s not the case. The queue at the Breakfast area can be very long which is frustrating and some foreign guests took opportunities to cut the queue when the staff was not at the counter.
The pool is quite big. Overall I would still recommend this hotel.

Very good location. Just a mere 3 minutes walk to Newton MRT station and 10 minutes walk to the Newton food court. Room is clean and spacious and reception staff were very courteous and polite. Will stay there again for my next visit.

The staff at the reception desk were courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the sound quality of the few English language film channels was poor.

Good location with MrT station beside (7-11 located walk way in station). service staff are friendly and nice attitude. However it may be lack of manpower , seems like staff are multi task. Room have a mould smell but look clean. Wash ball, sea salt and shaver are given. (Some hotel may need to request for shaver). Service staff from dinning room
Are friendly and clearing of plate are fast however breakfast are abit disappointed. Complimentary parking are given for guest who drive.
