Sheraton Towers Singapore Hotel

We were there for my birthday celebration, from my every past experience, as a premium member, we usually have small treat or at least a greeting card. But there's nothing there in this hotel for my 2 nights stay.

On top of that, while we're checking in around 8pm, there's only 1 counter open to do the check in on a Saturday night, there's a long queue that I never experienced in a Marriott hotel chain before which makes no sense to me. Gladly after waiting for around 15-20mins, they finally open another counter to support check in.

Lobby restaurant is nice, Chinese restaurant in the basement get the worse experience, I was carrying a baby standing there for 10mins, and no one come over to greet the guest and arrange for seats, so we have no choice but left.

The basement kids room is also obviously not well-maintained.

Facility wise the hotel design is nice, the view in the lobby is great, but the overall experience is not preferred. May not visit again.

Oh, and the house keeping accidentally took my girl's doll, we called to ask the doll back...luckily they were honest enough to return us instead of pretending it was not there. I don't know whether I should describe this as a good exp or bad exp 🤦🏻‍♀️

Long story short, not a very pleasant Marriott experience.
