Nice to walk along the riverbanks accessible from the backside and with rental bikes just across the river.
Great place to jog and ride the bike as well as what me and my son did going to MBS.
No Laundry area for those who wants clean clothes going home.
We had an overall very good experience staying at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront during our family trip. The hotel is truly family-friendly and made us feel very comfortable.
The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety that our whole family enjoyed.
Overall, all the staff were very helpful and professional throughout our stay.
Special thanks to Mr. Poh at the reception—he was incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting us with a room upgrade which we really appreciated!
Also, Mr. Vincent at the front door guest service always welcomed us warmly every time we entered or left the hotel. His hospitality made us feel right at home.
We couldn’t wait to come back, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay next week in Singapore at this wonderful hotel again!
The room was upgraded to a king bed with view, newly renovated. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I had a superb rest.
The noise insulation for each room was ok, but you can hear the doors opening and closing. The swimming pool and gym are well maintained. Theres sitting areas on the 2nd floor, for hanging out and making calls. The lobby lounge opens at 12pm, so you can order food there. Their grilled squid is fantastic!
Other than the above, the room was clean and the hotel was still pretty near mrt station which was pretty convenient. For the price I paid, it is still decent although there might be better alternatives. Probably won't book thjs hotel again though.
The morning breakfast is great with quality food even though not quantity.
Overall we have a great staycation and we will certainly come back to Grand Copthorne again.
