Grand Copthorne Waterfront

Rooms are dated, though they did their best to touch it up with modern electronic amenities incl the Handy mobile (fast becoming a must for hotels!) Breakfast spread was good, though not extensive but sufficient and still offering a variety of dishes. Staff's service was commendable - quick and friendly.

Went to Food Capital for buffet. Service was fantastic with plates being cleared very promptly, even when it was quite crowded. Quality of food was very good. Ambience was excellent. Very pleasant experience overall.

Was at Grand Copthorne Waterfront to view possible conference venues for a company event. Event manager hosting my colleague and I was so very helpful in showing us around. Much of a higher standard then other venues we viewed that day; greeted us at the door, offered drinks, showed us more possible locations that we never thought we would want. Giving 4 Stars because I am unfortunately unable to choose that venue, and unable to experience first hand the service offered. However, I am very much confident the level of service would expand to other areas of the hotel. Definitely a high recommendation.

This hotel comes under a 4-5 star category. The hotel is close to orchard road and clarq key. But a little away from metro station and other central local market. The food is very good specially best is breakfast which you can book while booking the room. Here you can get continental as well as Indian food along with good variety of fruits and juices.

Holding my wedding at Grand Copthorne Waterfront, with Serene as my wedding coordinator. Couldn't ask for a better person to help oversee the whole process in such great detail. She has been patient and generous when negotiating on extra perks. Beautiful hotel with a spectacular grand ballroom. I highly recommend their services for their flexibility and professionalism.

I have stayed over and attended wedding events here in Grand Copthorne Waterfront. My overall experience here has been a great one. Location is well known but far, therefore getting here via Cab or driving is still a preferred mode of transport. Rooms are neat and clean and has all the basic necessities a person need to stayover. I have yet called for room services therefore I have no opinions on this section. Attended my sibling's wedding lunch here in the grand ballroom, the experience has been great. The hotel has great decors to go with it. Has attended a friend's wedding dinner here as well. The overall experience has been acceptable, probably because due to lack of manpower, the VIP table wasn't constantly looked out for. So it's understandable. This can be improved I believe. Thanks for creating such a great experience here in Grand Copthorne, especially for such big events.
