voco Orchard, an IHG Hotel

Very attentive service and we were pleased with the quality of the food. I only mentioned that it was my husband's birthday when I made the order, but I didn't ask for a birthday surprise. To my delight, they brought out a piece of cake at the end to surprise my husband. It was very thoughtful and definitely a nice way to end the meal. Thank you for a very positive experience! We will definitely be back.

We were surprised at how old the hotel was. However, this was hugely compensated by your staff's hospitality and professionalism. Besides being professional, Kenny was extremely patient with the grouchy me, during check-in. It would be good if the room has things ready for 3 instead of 2 since my booking says that it is a room for 3 guests. Chambermaids were friendly and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised when your staff wanted to decorate the room for my son's birthday. That was a very sweet gesture. Most hotels made do with a cake only. It is brilliant to have 2 toilet rolls instead of 1. This minus the hassle of having to keep asking for one more roll. The breakfast was yummy. Your restaurant was very busy everyday but this did not compromise your staff's service and the food. Meals were served promptly and hot. The serving crew served with a genuine friendly smile all the time.

Physical building and hardware are a little oldish as the hotel has been around for many years. Swimming pool is a little small too. But rooms are maintained okay and the service is still excellent and worth a mention. Staff members are professional and friendly, able to go the extra miles to service their guests. Still recommended to stay as the overall experience is pretty good.

The hotel was nice . It was clan and spacious. I like how the room were cleaned and sealed before we use it. Just one thing though, it would be nice if the swimming pool is bigger. But it wasn't crowded when we are using it. So it's fine.

Great hotel with plenty of room options. I always prefer a Suite and was able to get upgraded on arrival so very happy. Room has decent views onto Orchard Avenue. Lots of shopping nearby and restaurants if you don’t want to eat in-house.
First 2 floors are high-end shops. Rooftop pool is awesome and staff are very focused on customer service which is a nice change. About 30 mins from the Airport and central to everything we need. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Singapore and use their house transport to get picked up from the airport in either a mini-van or Mercedes sedan. Driver in the Mercedes was very accommodating and was waiting for us on arrival so he gets good ratings too.
So far no complaints. Very pleased.

Great lobster and wagyu beef combo dinner with 2 hour unlimited wine and champagne. Price of S$133 for 2 is a steal. Excellent food and great services with profound knowledge of what they offer in menu. Deserved to be praised. Cheers!
