The facility is a bit old.

Firstly I want to say these serviced apartments are in a great location very close to all public transport, the lobby is clean. The staff are polite and welcoming I did ask for early check in a few months in advance but unfortunately on arrival it wasn't available but they were happy to store our luggage for the day and instead we decided to go off to universal studios for the day.
They supply dental kits alongside other bathroom supplies which was a lovely touch and so happy. The pool area is lovely aside from the crows haha and was a lovely place to swim and wind down.

The room we recieved was very hot, I assumed at first its just due to the climate our bedding was damp and we were all sweating, we were going out for the evening so didn't think much of it. Was in level 11 and a really nice room. When we got back at midnight the room was so hot, we didn't sleep well that night and advised reception in the morning that none of the air cons in our apartment were working. They advised they would get maintenance to look, we went to the upstairs pool area for a couple hours came back and the room was hotter. My son told reception again as he was collecting our lunch and they said okay.. around 3.30pm we had a call to advise the compressor was broken and was offered a different room which we jumped at as was feeling sick from the heat packed our luggage and moved..it's a shame as the first 24 hrs we paid for were in a room that had broken air con. The next room was cold and we were happy but when we went to bed there is a flashing green light above our heads that flashes all night I didn't bother to say anything because at least we had air con but just suggest to bring an eye mask to help with the weird green flashing light.
Overall I wouldn't stay here again as we didn't sleep well but I do recommend for location and the fact they wanted to help and moved us rooms also the rooms are huge for singapore.
