The few things that I noted that I did not like is the conditioner is kinda empty when using and the bathtub is pretty small. The aircon itself is also not that cold.
Other that the above, for the price, it is still pretty good and I will consider visiting again next time as well.
We booked 2 rooms for a family staycation at Hilton Orchard. The hotel’s location is excellent, with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport—ideal for a city getaway.
The rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and modern, which made our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary birthday cake—a thoughtful touch that was not only beautifully presented but also delicious. It added a special touch to our celebration.
However, the reception experience was underwhelming. The front desk staff were not particularly warm or welcoming, which was disappointing given the Hilton brand’s usual service standards. There's definitely room for improvement in hospitality and guest interaction, especially during check-in.
In summary, while the location and room experience were great, we hope to see better service at the reception on our next visit to make the stay feel truly five-star.
