This location is great. Door men and concierge are wonderful. Everyone very friendly. However, I noticed hotels around here don’t do early check in or extended check outs. On another note pool is very relaxing and rooms are amazing. Very classy even elevators have seats.

Ambassador review from March 2023. AMAZING property with great rooms and extremely welcoming and friendly staff. I was at the property for several nights and I wish I could have stayed longer. The artwork on the campus is simply stunning -- and Ramesh was kind enough to take me on a tour and provide me the background of ALL the pieces and why they were chosen. I will be forever grateful for his kindness as well as Tiara at reception. They were both amazing and I give them 10-stars.
I believe I stayed in the Caroline Astor Suite, which was incredible. The Astor Bar and the breakfast buffet at the Brasserie were top-notch as well.

Overall good experience. Rooms are excellent. Service could be better, although personal butler is available. Bags were left outside for 7 hours as we had to leave immediately for our tour. There are limited personnel at reception. There is no easy way to contact reception. Indian food and vegetarian options should be more.

Luxurious 5 star hotel in beautiful Singapore. All the amenities you would expect including excellent service. Check in was quick and easy. I stayed in a corner suite that included a butler service. Breakfast had many choices and options for different dietary needs. Getting around was easy via taxi or Grab.

Every staff I met was nice and really helpful. It felt like I was welcomed a lot. And the breakfast was fantastic.

Amazing hotel in the heart of the city near the pedestrian orchard.Beautiful sculptures and design of lobby,friendly staff and varied Breakfast.Many years having a platinum card, the Starwood try to stay at the hotel St. Regis is my favorite.Large clean rooms,sound system Bose great private Butler service in my Suite .Loved Remede Spa after a long flight-comfortable and great massage.Chinese and Italian restaurant is beyond praise.I recommend to all tourists in Singapore

The St. Regis does not disappoint. I understand they need to discourage crowds, but lack of public WiFi is not particularly welcoming.

Should be 5 star but no baby changing facilities. However when I called I was informed the hotel was at 100% occupancy so no available rooms. I understand hotels do allow you to use a room to express or feed but when I arrived and spoke to at least 2 staff they just advised there are no facilities and I can go 5 mins down the road to a mall. Great experience at the Remede spa and have also previously enjoyed a Sunday brunch buffet spread. Astor Bar lacks soul during the day, more likely to find people sipping coffee than cocktails.
