Hard to find on first try - in very narrow and smelly alley. Despite that entrance, hostel is really nice - clean rooms, a/c, nice rooftop view, very good price for a night.

As we have bgebucht the accommodation, we had due to the reviews not worry to find these. But the concern was unjustified, because we found it directly. If you look at the map, it is relatively simple, even if it is in a small side street.
When we arrived we were surprised because our expectations were exceeded for miles and miles. Clearly, no luxury, however the room is quite large (we had one of the smallest) and the entire property is clean, the bed is comfortable and the towels large. Only the bathroom was really mini :) but ok. What more could you want?! To be informed of our Surprise, the super nice front Desk lady (speaks English) us that in the morning there is coffee and Toast with jam, and all for free! All in all, we can say that the accommodation offers far more than it costs. For price/performance, you can simply give not less than 5 stars! Anyone who complains, should simply invest more money and get another Hotel!

To recommend SUPER satisfied, super nice people and great location (3minuten of the Khao San Road, yet very quiet) just perfect and more!!! We have even extended it a night!

Basic clean guesthouse, near enough to kho San road without all the noise of the traffic and late night music. Air conditioning and free wifi worked great. Rooms were a little bit tired, but everything worked fine. Breakfast although simple was a nice touch. And the staff were very helpful. Great place to stay if you want a bit of privacy.

This place is on the low end in terms of price. The room is pretty small, the bed pretty hard and polyester-y, and the bathroom is a 3ft X 4ft combined toilet, shower, and sink. It gets the job done, but it is bare minimum.

My room AC unit got my room so cold I was reaching for a blanket (there isn't one)..
Staff are very nice, but grace me some crucially incorrect information. Their English is ok, but not great. Small free breakfast consists of tea, bread, crackers, and some sweet fruit spreads.

Good location, but be aware that it's a bit hard to find. The entrance is in an alley that isn't marked on the street, so you're going to have to do a little searching.

Overall recommend to the budget-conscious traveler.

Hidden gem in a touristy area. Clean rooms, proper air conditioners, water heaters, white linen+duvet, friendly staffs with free prepare yourselves light breakfast. Definitely coming back!

This is for the single room. I saw a few medium to bad reviews but really people just want 5 star hotels now for the price of the dorm. I really am enjoying my stay but Ill nitpick for the sake of the review. Yes the rooms are a bit dated, oh well. The mattress is very firm, oh well... The light comes in the window at night.. Oh well. Rooms pretty clean, ac cold and waters hot and its nice and quiet. The staff are two adorable ladies at the desk.. I extended my stay a few days because im personaly more than happy. The only real issue is finding it the first time but the locals knew right where it was.

This place was great! Close to the action but not on the party street. Great restaurants all around. There is a bus stop on the street and it is right along the river where you can catch boats all over. The breakfast provided was a great treat. The staff was so friendly and nice and helpful. The rooms were tidy and clean and the wifi worked great. They will clean the rooms at your request and we had no issues with that whatsoever. We stayed for 7 nights here and will definitely be going back next time we are in Bangkok. There is a 7/11 on the same street and you can buy some snacks and then hangout on the rooftop of the hotel for a great view. Truly a great place!
