Forget any peace of mind; staying at Aspen Suites begins with a walk down a truly disgusting, narrow street reeking of sewage and gutter smells. The location alone should be a major warning sign.

The worst part, though, was the utter incompetence and room debacle. My stay started with a broken toilet flush. We complained and waited 4-5 hours for a "plumber" who just showed up, said it couldn't be fixed, and left. So they offered a new room, but guess what? The flush was also broken in that one! Then they tried to give me a third room which was a complete mess—the bed, sheets, and rugs looked like someone had literally just finished having sex in it minutes ago. The staff insisted I had to choose one of these three broken/filthy rooms because they had nothing else. I had to get into a shouting match for over 15 minutes, absolutely refusing to accept any of their garbage rooms, and only then did a new, decent room magically appear out of nowhere. It's clear they reserve the terrible rooms for anyone who doesn't kick up a fuss. Even the final room wasn't fully normal—it didn't have a cap for the bathtub, but honestly, after all that arguing and room-hopping, I was too tired to even ask for a fourth change. Staying here is a constant, exhausting battle just to get a functional, clean room.

Aspen suite hotel is only a name sake suite hotel. This hotel needs a high time refurbishing. Amenities aren’t that great.
They have no housekeeping direct dial number. The front office staff hardly knows English. They kept tea for Indians in the kettle at the front desk which isn’t even hot.
Lighting in the room is dim.
To sum it up.. don’t book this hotel because you will find place better than this in a better Soi.

A Truly Disappointing 4-Day Stay - Avoid This Hotel
My four-day stay at this hotel was an incredibly disappointing experience, marked by a severe lack of cleanliness and truly unacceptable customer service. I would strongly advise future travelers to look elsewhere.
From the moment we checked in, we discovered a major and disgusting issue: cockroaches in multiple places in the room. This is a fundamental failure of hygiene for any establishment, especially a hotel.
What compounded the issue was the shocking response from the reception staff. When we called to report the presence of pests, the representative was blunt and dismissive, stating there was no housekeeping staff available at that moment. More egregiously, when we attempted to press the issue—a simple request for help with an urgent hygiene problem—the call was disconnected abruptly without any attempt to listen or provide a solution.
Staying in a place for four days knowing there are pests and having the staff treat your legitimate complaint with such indifference and rudeness completely ruined our trip. The combination of a filthy room and the staff's unprofessional conduct made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The absolute lack of care and basic courtesy is inexcusable.
