The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport, perfect for catching an early flight. Cleanliness is acceptable, and the room is relatively clean. Breakfast is simple, consisting of self-service coffee and a few snacks. The service is acceptable, and the staff are friendly. Overall, it's suitable for a short stay with minimal accommodation requirements.

I would like to report a problem about a recent unsatisfactory experience staying with the hotel. I booked a room via the app at the stated price of 595 baht, but upon arrival, the staff informed me that the hotel was not participating in the promotion and charged an additional 300 baht, saying that they had already sent an email to inform me.

Since I travel all the time, I did not check my email and did not receive any contact from the hotel by phone in advance. If there had been a notification via other channels that were easier to access, such as a phone call, it would have helped me prepare or solve the problem in time.

Although the staff spoke politely, what they conveyed made me feel that the hotel did not show any responsibility for the unclearness that occurred and suggested that I request a refund via the app, without any clear information on when I would receive the refund.

At that time, the weather was not good, so I was not able to change my accommodation immediately, so I felt forced to pay more without any other choice, which made me feel uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the overall service.

I hope that the hotel will consider improving the process of informing me in advance and the way in which they handle discrepancies between the booking system and the hotel, so that this kind of incident does not happen to other customers in the future.
