I was impressed by the excellent customer service.
The staff at the lobby even checked if there was any remaining luggage when getting out of the vehicle, and the front desk staff listened to several of our requests and made efforts to address them with great kindness.
The hotel's incredible location made it very convenient for sightseeing, and considering the price, the room condition and breakfast were more than satisfactory for a good experience.
If this level of service is maintained, I will not hesitate to book this accommodation again for my next trip.

Pros:
- It's just a short walk to the Stadium station. If the weather is okay, you can walk to Siam Paragon also (about 20 minutes).
- Staff, especially house keeping people were kind and nice.
Cons:
- The water pressure is way too weak. Bangkok is a humid and hot city, and I expect the water pressure to be much better than this. Even worse, the water temperature changes from cold to hot every 30 seconds or so, so it is impossible to have a "right temperature". The water is either too hot, or too cold, no matter how much you try to adjust it.
- If there is an event going on at the stadium in front, expect to be really noisy well into the night.
- Doorman exists, but I don't think they have enough - there was nobody who approached to help when I arrived, and I didn't see the doorman a lot of times when I was going in and out of the hotel.
I have used IBIS just a couple of minutes away from this hotel, and if it's the same price, I'd use IBIS again instead of this hotel. The water issue itself was too much of an issue for me.

Had a great 2-night stay at Holiday Inn Bangkok Ihg hotel. Everything is perfect for me and my 6 year old. Celebrated my son’s graduation on this trip and the staff at Ginger restaurant - Nannie, Cookie and Bella, went out of the way to make service impeccable during breakfast.
They even arranged and coordinated to surprise my son with a beautifully decorated cake to celebrate his graduation.

Hotel has self laundry room on same level as breakfast venue which was really nice for long staying guests.
Location is near by BTS but had to walk about 5-10 minutes.
There is McDonald's right in the same building which was good for night snack for us.
The hotel offers free breakfast and menu was decent with many varieties.

I’m very disappointed with my stay at the Holiday Inn Express Bangkok. Upon arrival, we were immediately asked for a deposit, either by card (which they would hold for 14 days) or 2000 baht in cash, which we had to use instead. This was never communicated beforehand, which started our stay on the wrong foot.
Our flight was scheduled for late at night, so we asked for a few extra hours after checkout. To our shock, they said we would need to pay the price of another full night just for those extra hours. No flexibility or understanding whatsoever.
The room we were given was for smokers, and it reeked of cigarette smoke, making it extremely uncomfortable. When we requested to cancel our stay, they informed us that it was non-refundable, leaving us no option but to endure a bad situation.
When we spoke with the manager, things only got worse. He was rude, dismissive, and didn’t even take the time to listen to what we had to say. His attitude was indifferent, and it felt like he couldn’t care less about resolving the issues we were facing.
The service was disappointing and disrespectful, and the overall experience fell far below our expectations. I would not recommend this hotel, and I will certainly not return.

A very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express, Siam for 7 nights! The room was spacious for a single traveller. The free breakfast buffet was awesome with a variety of choices. The housekeeping service was tip top eg the helper observed that I tend to drink a lot of water that she gave me additional bottles of mineral water after each day’s cleaning. The gym on level 24 is also pretty well equipped with no overcrowding. The self service laundry was also a good experience as while the washer and dryers are coin operated, guests can exchange bills for coins at the Recep. The Recep staff and the bellboys are also very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is literally 1-2 minutes walk away from National Stadium BTS station. I’ll definitely book my stay again here the next time I come to Bangkok again.
Some areas for consideration: Maybe enable Netflix on the TV so we can sign in with our accounts so we don’t have to stick to cable channels.

Alert! Don't stay at this hotel!
The bath towel is smelly and have that type of smell when the towel is wet and not dried smell.
My skin got rashes immediately after using the towel on day 2.
Didn't expect IHG has such hotel in their belt.
Room corridor is smelly and room is very musty smell.
Complaint so many days and on the last day... Still the same.
Avoid this hotel at all means!

This hotel has an absolutely amazing location. It is no longer than a 20 minute walk to many famous locations such as Siam Paragon and Siam Square.
Even if it isn’t within walking distance, there is the National Stadium BTS station right beside it which makes it super convenient to get around.
Staff working here are also quick and friendly.

The hotel is located well within the reach of SIAM’s malls, requiring you to walk for less than five minutes to be within the shopping spree of the various malls. What was interesting about our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was the FREE (complimentary) breakfast menu, offering a variety of options for all tastes, whether it is food or drinks that you are looking for, you will not be disappointed with their offered choices.
The room we got overlooked a train station, so not really a lively sight to look at. Additionally, I felt like the gym. Could definitely be improved further for those who are addicted to resistance training.
Overall, I was happy with most of the facilities aside from the gym, and I would definitely consider this place if I would come back to shop in the Siam area.

This is my first trip to Thailand in a long time❣️I often travel to Thailand, but this was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn. It was very clean and the staff were very kind. The breakfast was especially great, and the waitresses were all very kind. Whenever I go somewhere, I ask the waitress, Cookie-san, and she always gives me directions with a smile♪ It's a very good hotel❣️
