The location is great for party people and food-trip travelers as the location is in the middle of khaosan road. The downside is, sometimes the noise outside can be heard minimally inside the room. But so far so good during our stay. Its our second time booking this hotel here in bangkok. Live music, clubs and street bars are available in the area. Also, there are lots of food stalls and street foods along the road.
The rooms are clean, the lights are dim. The room we got smells cigar, luckily there’s still available rooms and the front desk provided us a new room. The staffs are accommodating. There is a 1,000THB deposit fee.

Stayed here not too long ago for 2 nights. Starting off with the Pros -
Check in staff were very lovely and helpful.
Location is great, easy to get to public transport & lots of restaurants nearby.
Rooms LOOKED nice & beds were comfy.
Pool & bar was nice.
Onto the cons-
From the moment we stepped into the room it smelt so damp and foul, and actually found a cockroach on our bed. In the first 5 minutes of being in the room we had to kill 6 cockroaches varying in size and this continued throughout the whole stay. Everything was quite dusty, Tv was old and the shower didn’t drain very well. We were in a room where you could hear absolutely everything that went on outside. Music blaring till 5am so kept us up most of the night making us extremely tired the next day. Probably wouldn’t recommend unless you’re looking for someone cheap to stay to party.

Hotel is in the walking khaosan street, rooms are ok, someone could feel little smaller in size, but for one person it is ok, there's a swimming pool on the top, one can relax there..

The room is clean. The room is good. And good location. But the room doesn't keep the sound. But it's a good location if u wanna drink a lot and can go back to the hotel easily.

Hotel is nice. But horrible if you value sleep.
I was up until 4 am in the morning on a normal Tuesday in the rainy season. I had to cut my stay short and look for another hotel.

The location is just at the heart of the khaosan road. You will step your foot on the khaosan road once you leave the hotel reception. So many restaurants, shopping places, nearby places to visit are offered at this location. I would recommend to stay here if you want to explore night life and party life at bangkok.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel itself. Friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location, pool on the roof! The only reason I did not give 4 stars is the noise from the bars outside at night is insane!!! Was able to sleep ok with earplugs, but I will probably not be returning. Otherwise, this is a very nice hotel.

I can recommend the hotel its loud an nights. But hey you are in the middle of a partymile. I still had a good sleep. Compared to some hostels with bedbugs i really had a good time there.

The rooms are very small! The music plays from the bars outside doesn't stop until are 5.00 am. The room literally shakes and you can't even have a conversation. Definitely no sleep. Unless you are a very small person you cant shut the shower door. Terrible place!
