Oh Boutique Guesthouse - Khaosan

EVERYTHING about this place was bad. No reception, you have to check in down the street which was horrible in a downpour. The door wouldn't work even with the key, we had the hostel next door let us in with the code. The room was dirty, the beds were hard, the pillows were like a piece of cardboard. The toilet didn't flush, even after we reported it and someone came to look at it we ended up having to use the shared toilet (which was t he only one working in the whole building, I think).Nothing in the room but a bed and some side tables really. No fridge, kettle, mirror, garbage can. There wasn't even toilet paper in the bathroom when we got there. I do not recommend at all, we have travelled Asia a lot and I think this may be the worst room we have ever stayed in.

Receptionist is never there everytime you want to speak to her have to wait around for 30 minutes or more told us to check into the
Wrong room then we went out sightseeing all day they threw all our stuff including my credit cards and ids in the hall anyone could have stole anything

The staff is rude, The place is unpretentious and has run down. You have to walk 200 meters back and forth because the reception and the rooms are not in the same place. I have been to Bangkok many times, but so far this is the worst apartment I have ever found.

-Reception lady punched my fave, called me stupid and crazy, because I wanted clean bedsheets the moment I arrived at hotel!!! Even when I showed her pictures, she said they were clean...🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
-Dirty bedsheets/blanket (with footprints and food sauce on them)
-Dirty bathroom with mosquitos coming out of the air vent
-No hot water
-The first message on Line app of the reception lady was for me to check out and leave the hotel, when i asked for clean bedsheets. She's lazy, rude and attacked me 2 times. Playing on her phone all day long.
I stayed 2 weeks, no-one ever showed up to clean my room.
-Reception lady was so lazy to bring me towels and bedsheets so she told me to do it myself. When I went to do it myself, she was angry that I went to their special room to get clean towels. She even grabbed some toilet papers I took for my room. She denied to give me soap for the bathroom...I guess she never shower herself either.
-The only fridge on the reception does not work
-wifi not working for days because reception lady was lazy to go and pay the bill
-they never let me talk with manager and ask for refund
-when I had no hot water in the shower, they told me to go and have bath at another facility they own, 300meters away...
-water in shower had very low pressure
I wish this place gets shut down by authorities
And so many other things I'm forgetting right now

Stay away from this place!!!!!
