Hard pass for solo female travelers. Room is clean but dingy. I’m checking out at 7am tomorrow and reception just told me the luggage cart is broken. I know it isnt cause i used it 3 hours ago and could see a staff member using it as reception spoke. I also can’t go down to the lobby to ask again as there are about 40 Pakistani men hanging around outside the hotel and in reception with gazes heavier than my suitcases. The hotel is situated next to the Pakistani chamber of commerce and while I wish them luck with their business, i won’t be staying here again.

The location is not passable for emergency vehicles. The taxi just dropped us on the main highway. The rooms are fine.

The management of the hotel must be very bad because when I was there I was told that all the rooms were fully booked. How can it be I have already booked a week in advance.

The hotel is accessible to shopping malls such as Iconsiam and Robinson, and major tourist attractions such as Wat Arun and the Grand Palace.

Very poor service. I have booked via OYO. Staff is not friendly. When I reached there, they lady who works in reception asking for money first. Room is not good.

Staff behavior is very bed. I was book a room online but when i go hotel at 3 pm they tell me room is not available when someone will check out then we will provide the room i was so angry but staff don't care. They give me room after one hour when i so shout then manager come or give me room. I lost my eye glasses here but when i go to hotel another day for take sunglasses they say don't have here i ask to them for check camera of outside my room they deny. I am sure i left there.
