Regent Ramkhamhaeng 22 in Bangkok

I was pleasantly surprised by the size and spaciousness of the rooms at this hotel in Bangkok. A bonus was discovering it's a Halal-certified hotel, though I feel they may not fully understand what this entails. Regardless, the hotel excels at providing the basic necessities, and the staff are incredibly helpful. Its proximity to a small 7eleven and a shopping mall is a major plus. Despite a few minor issues, I would be very comfortable returning for another stay.

🛌 Room & Amenities
The rooms are very spacious, especially for guests who need to perform prayer sessions. My room had two queen-sized beds, a table, a medium-sized fridge, air conditioning, and a television. However, upon entering the room, which was on the eighth floor, it was incredibly hot, like a sauna, when the room key is taken out.

Our room also had a small balcony, which I believe is intended for smoking, as there was nowhere to hang clothes.

The bathroom is also quite large, with a shower. However, the daily cleaning service didn't clear the shower drain of hair from previous occupants. While a toothbrush wasn't provided, shower caps, cotton swabs, shower gel, and shampoo were all available. A key issue with the bathroom is the lack of ventilation, which can make it very stuffy and smelly after use. We had to leave the bathroom door open to ventilate it.

☺️ Service & Staff
The service aspect was great. The bellboys are always smiling, polite, and very helpful with luggage. The reception staff were also very friendly.

😐 Downsides & Accessibility
The main drawback is the elevator, which only serves floors two through seven. If you're staying on the eighth floor, you'll always have to climb a small step up and down to access the lift area.

I never stay at the hotel but had a chance having dinner in there which its location is seen from the signboard on the main road and conveniently travel to, close to Ramkamhaeng University just 5 minutes in a walking distance. Look at the restaurant reflecting the cleanliness of accommodation as well. I consider this hotel as one of the best Halal hotels and restaurants everyone must stay and try on Ramkamhaeng Road!

I stayed at Regent Ramkhamhaeng 22 in Bangkok. It is a very nice hotel. The room is big, clean, and looks modern. It feels like a luxury hotel but not too expensive.

The hotel is good for Muslim travelers. The food in the hotel restaurant is halal. There is also a small mosque (musala) for praying.

The location is great. It is close to Ramkhamhaeng University and shopping places. You can also take a bus easily.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast was set up as a buffet and the food had been sitting out for some time. It was the scrambled eggs and much of the fruit that I was most concerned about. Also, the breakfast was 150 baht, which is quite high for Thailand.
